We've pushed a few updates to Faeria this week that took care of some pesky bugs.

Most importantly, we were finally able to fix the disappearing sound bug that many players were experiencing.

There was also a problem involving an introductory Daily Quest and validating your email.

We've corrected the problem, and anyone stuck on it will have received their chest rewards from completing it.

Following that, we briefly introduced a problem where Pandora was telling players they needed DLC in order to play their decks. This is not how Pandora is intended to work!

Pandora is meant to be a place where you have potential access to all cards in the game, regardless of which DLC's you own.

Anyway, it's fixed now and you shouldn't have that problem anymore. We also pushed a fix today that was making the Play button unclickable for some people in Pandora.

Today we applied an update to Faeria that fixes a small number of bugs, but unfortunately may require a big download.

The problems we addressed today are:

• Sounds disappearing after a few games should no longer happen!
  
• Those players who were blocked with the "Validate your email" daily quest should now also have it completed and gained their 2 chests

If you experience problems with your existing Pandora draft, please try restarting them and email support@abrakam.com to let us know of the issue. Sorry about that!

Yesterday began the Epic Free Week!

We've experienced an issue this week that resulted in us bringing down our servers in the US for a few days.

Don't panic, you can still play Faeria in the USA!

It does mean that you may experience a bit more latency than usual, as you'll be automatically connected to our European or Asian servers.

We've decided to leave them down until we can fix the underlying issue as there is a risk the problem can resurface and cause more worrying problems. We expect to have them back up early next week.
