Before this update, you could only customize lights in the default Condo. Now with a revamped lighting system, you can edit lights in every Condo!
To use this new lighting system, simply open your inventory and look for glowing light symbols around the Condo. Right click on them and start editing! You'll notice there's a new light function feature which will let you set lights to pulsate or cycle through colors.
On top of that, we've overhauled the surface editor for when you customize walls and floors of your Condo. Surfaces now can be listed by material type (ie. brick, tile, carpet) and we've added Canvas support to surfaces so you can truly customize your abode.
VOICE ISSUES RESOLVED FOR LOBBY AND CONDO
We had many reports of the voice system not working well in Lobby and Condo and this update should alleviate all voice related issues.
ALCOHOLIC ITEMS WILL NOW MAKE YOU INEBRIATED
In past updates, there have been issues with alcoholic items not affecting clients. This is now resolved. We have plans to expand on this by adding vomiting and garbled drunk chat text in future updates.
TESTING DESTRUCTIBLES: SUBWAY
We're adding more feedback for environmental destruction in Virus. Subway is the first map to start using the environmental damaging systems. We hope to continue to expand on these new systems to other maps soon. You can now destroy the ticket machines and signs and shoot at smaller items as well.

WEAPON PREDICTION AND THE NEW WEAPON SYSTEM
We're finally done implementing weapon lag compensation!
This means that when you shoot at something, the server works to recreate what you saw, so regardless of how high your ping is, you should still be able to hit your target.
Animated viewmodels are now supported and Krionikal is working on animations for each gun in the game.
Some weapon animations are work-in-progress and some weapons have no animations. We're working through them. You can read more detail about the weapon animations at the bottom of this update log.
We also fixed some issues with weapons in the Lobby and the Condo, the hotbar plays nicer with weapons and is much easier to use now.
VIRUS RE:CODED
Virus was completely recoded and boasts many improvements.
Most notably, shooting an infected plays audible "hit" feedback and displays the damage on your screen. The infected also make growling noises when hit (they don’t like it ok).
We also added timers to the HUD so you know how long it takes to reload your gun, or how long your adrenaline will last.

ENGINE UPDATE: UNREAL 4.15
In this update, we've migrated to the latest Unreal Engine 4 version. This migration allowed us to benefit from decreased load times and improve memory pool usage for streaming textures.
We've tested with different machine configurations and saw improvements to FPS and decreased load times (especially for those with SSDs).
VOICE CHAT OVERHAUL
We found many issues with voice, especially when players respawn in Lobby.
We have recoded the voice system from the ground up and fixed these issues. Voice chat will now be more reliable!

The animation for the new handgun is the standard for the rest of the Virus weapons, including with it a new hand model that will be replacing the old hand models
The Flak Hand Cannon has first pass animations for firing and reloading
The Double Barrel has first pass animations for firing and reloading
The Silencer uses the same animations as the handgun
Adrenaline has basic first pass animations for injecting
The Confetti Gun has basic first pass animations for firing

New Little Crusaders Map: Toy Room! The Dragon has escaped from its toy-box in this colorful, playful map created by Matt. It’s up to the Knights to contain the wild animal. You’re in the Dragon’s realm now, the realm of oversized toys.
