Hey folks,

We’re going to be performing maintenance on our network during the ArcheAge downtime on December 12, 2018. There shouldn’t be any downtime at all for our other games. Most players likely won’t notice anything has happened, but we just wanted to give you all a head’s up.

However, during this maintenance, there is a chance that you may be disconnected from one of our other games. If this happens, fear not! You should be able to login again immediately. In the very worst-case scenario we’ll need to perform a restart on the servers for any game experiencing connection issues. Once the restart is complete, you’ll be able to play normally again.

We appreciate your patience as we take some time to solidify plans moving forward. There are a ton of moving parts involved in the transition from where we were to where we want to go, and it’s going to take us a bit of time to navigate all of the changes required to keep Telara and its denizens happy with the world we’ve called home for so long.

With our smaller team we’re still working out the details on what future content updates will look like. While plans are being made for the future, we’re going to be focusing the team on implementing Quality of Life improvements for RIFT in the short term.

We can’t share specifics yet because there's still work being done behind the scenes to build a strong foundation for the future. It’s on this foundation that all future updates will be built. This includes examining the health of our shard populations and looking at ways to make sure all of our players have the best possible experience in game.

If you have specific feedback on the kinds of quality of life changes you’d like to see, be sure to share them with us! It would be very helpful to get a sense for what you feel are your main pain points.

We just wanted to take another moment to thank you for your patience as we’ve been working behind the scenes to get things stabilized. More news will be coming down the road so please bear with us a while longer.

Update - Autumn Harvest is being extended an extra week and will now run through November 14, 2018!

Cool breezes and brightly colored leaves usher in Autumn Harvest starting today, October 18th! Wings, heads and tails. Tails? YES, we've introduced our very first tail item in RIFT!

Take a half dozen toxic spores from the Xarth Mire, mix in some devious beasties, swirl them together with toxic miasma and just like that, we're ready for the season of spirits!

Claim Lady Glasya's wings in the RIFT Store on Live or Prime! These pinions are loaded with dark power, and are served up in both cosmetic and mount versions in the pack, offering you flexibility in your pairings! This just in: you may also choose Lady Glasya's TAIL from the pack, the very first tail item ever offered in RIFT!

Noxious Levitation will leave a cloud of poisonous ruin in your wake as you travel across Telara. They will be offered for Credits on Live and a consumable version for event currency on Prime.
