Storm vs. Storm Update
Storm vs. Storm (SvS) is a power struggle between Hero Bands that occur every week, where players attempt to capture Stone Pillars to gain rewards.

The first battle will begin on Saturday, February 16, 2019, at 9:00 AM PST.

Starting Storm vs. Storm

• Locate the Storm vs. Storm menu by accessing the SvS tab of the F11 menu.
  
• Storm vs. Storm will only be held at the Fortress of Majesty in Hangzhou.
  
• Only the Band Master can request and cancel the SvS Challenge. Up to 50 Hero Bands can participate per one SvS.
  
• SvS Registration Period: Between the end of the previous battle and one week before the next one begins. (Unable to register once the SvS has already started.)
  
• The "Waiting Area" button will automatically appear 30 minutes before the start of the upcoming Storm vs. Storm. "Waiting Area" button can be found in the F11menu → Storm vs. Storm tab. Click the button to move to the Fortress waiting area. The function is available until the end of Storm vs. Storm.
  
• Health Potions, Huatuo Panacea, and Lightfoot are prohibited during the battle. Recovery skills, continuous recovery potions, and Siphon Panacea can be used.
  
• There is no death or combat penalty, and you are allowed to attack members from the same clan.

Storm vs. Storm Progress

• At the beginning of Storm vs. Storm, all Stone Pillars located in the Fortress are uncaptured and ready to occupied. A total of 10 Stone Pillars protected by Fortress Guard DNPCs
  
• Deviants will appear a total of 10 times to protect each Stone Pillar. As time goes by, more powerful deviants will emerge, so it is recommended to defeat them.
  
• Characters who died during Storm vs. Storm can revive back to the waiting area with Impervious time effect of 30 seconds. The Impervious time effect is reduced when you use the Pillar to teleport.

Storm vs. Storm Rewards

• The Hero Band with the most amount of Stone Pillar occupied will be declared as Lord of the Fortress and will receive trade/sell taxes on all items in Zhengzhou, Shi Zhang, Jinan, Datong, Nanchang, Tibet, Hangzhou, Liaodong, Hefei, The Cave of the Conqueror, Loulan, North Sea, and Kunlun.
  
• The tax rate gain is base on how many Stone Pillar captured. (1 Stone Pillar = 10% Tax Rate)
  
• The tax rate accumulation will begin from the time of the end of SvS and can only be withdrawn by the Hero Band Master.

Ended Lunar New Year Event

• Removed 2019 letters from dungeon drops.
  
• Removed Lunar New Year content from the Festival Merchant, Seo Hwarang NPC resource and trade list.
  
• The Golden Pig Summoning Spirit sale has ended.
  *]Removed winter themed decoration in Hefei Marketplace.

Black vs. White War
Black vs. White war schedule has changed. The new schedule is every Thursday at 20:00 and Sunday at 11:00 server time.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an exploit where the same type relic can be equipped simultaneously.
  
• Fixed an issue where skills cannot be used after being revived by a party member.
  
• Fixed an issue where skills can gain experience points while attacking stands.
  
• Fixed a bug where the healer formation skill cooldown can be canceled.
  
• Fixed the description of Blood Mushroom skill on Blood Sorcerer Crimson weapons.
  
• Abnormal transition progress through data exchange during client execution is corrected.

Improvements

• Improved the Character (C) window where it closes while character bag is open.
  
• Stats tooltip between Character (C) window and Character summary window is now the same.

Miscellaneous

• The Hero Band and Master & Disciple list have been reset.
