New God Release: Martichoras - The Manticore King

Basic Attacks

Basics apply Venom, dealing 5% Basic Attack Power over 2s. Initial hit applies 4 stacks, hits refresh and increase damage by 1 stack, max 8 stacks.

Passive - Monstrosity

Martichoras gains up to 100 stacks of Ferocity for hitting Basics, Abilities, and earning kills or assists. Once maxed, he loses all Ferocity and gains an Attack Speed buff that increases in duration by Basic Attacking gods. He also gains a permanent Monstrosity stack of 1% Physical Lifesteal and 1% Physical Ability Lifesteal.

Acid Rain

Martichoras fires hundreds of venomous spikes from his wings, creating a circular rain of spikes that deals damage as it rolls forward. As the rain moves, it leaves behind a toxic trail that slows and damages all enemies within the trail.

Poisoned Barb

Martichoras shoots a stinger, dealing damage, piercing minions, and stopping on the first enemy god hit. The stinger then persists for 3s attached to the enemy god, reducing their healing, or at a point on the ground. Martichoras can explode it by hitting it with a basic attack or ability. The explosion deals damage, reduces healing, and Roots the god who held the stinger.

Stalk Prey

Martichoras creates a patch of stealth grass in which he and all allied gods may hide. While inside and on exiting the patch, Martichoras gains Movement Speed. Martichoras’ Basic Attacks from stealth apply 8 stacks of Venom. Enemies may reveal anyone hidden in the patch by entering it or by placing a ward inside its range.

Death From Above

Martichoras becomes CC immune and untargetable as he soars into the air, raining down 12 bursts of damaging toxins over 3s. Each time an enemy is hit with a burst, their Physical Protections are reduced.

SMITE Year 10 | The Fire Giant Update

SMITE's is celebrating its 10th Year, with the release of the Fire Giant Update!

To celebrate 10 amazing years of SMITE with our incredible Community, we have packed the first Update of Year 10 with more changes and additions than ever. We are looking forward to SMITE's 10th year being the best one yet!

A Brand New Conquest Map:

With an entire new Conquest Map, Year 10 will give players a chance to create brand new strategies and chances to express their playstyle.

A new SMITE Crossover Event - Magic: The Gathering:

We also have an exciting new Crossover Event with the incredible universe of Magic: The Gathering! Play as powerful Planeswalkers & Creatures in a fight over the fate of the Battleground of the Gods.

New God Release: Surtr - The Fire Giant

Passive - Obsidian Flesh

Surtr's flesh cracks into fragments after he loses enough health. On picking these up Surtr gains a percentage of his Max. Health over time and Protections for 3s. Enemies can destroy these fragments by walking over them.

Flames of Muspell

Surtr sets his sword ablaze gaining Haste while this buff is active. Surtr's next successful Basic Attack will deal bonus magical damage, ignite the target causing them to take damage over time as well as spawning a Fiery Imp. This ability's bonus damage increases per stack (max. of 200) when an enemy dies while the burning effect is active.

Giant's Grasp

Surtr pulls the closest target to him, either an enemy lane minion, a Fiery Imp or a magma rock if neither are in range. Surtr then hurls the object forwards, dealing damage and stunning enemies ahead.

Emberwalk

Surtr's fury creates a ring of embers around him providing a Movement Speed buff that increases for hitting enemies, while the ability is active. The ring deals damage and slows enemies once as it expands or when fully formed and again when it contracts. While formed, the outer ring deals continuous damage to enemies inside. The ring also picks up Obsidian Flesh fragments.

End of Days

After a short buildup, Surtr surges into the air infusing into a large Meteor. While in the air, Surtr is immune to damage and can choose where to come crashing down. Before landing, Meteorites split off, targeting enemies on the ground, dealing damage and spawning Fiery Imps. Surtr's Meteor deals increased damage and knocks up enemies hit.

Year 10 Celebration

Wow. It's hard to believe that it's been almost 10 years since the launch of SMITE, but we're thrilled to celebrate this milestone with the all-new Year 10 Celebration event. We want to thank everyone who has helped make SMITE what it is today, and show everyone just how much they mean to us! So, we’re giving away some amazing rewards for FREE to all players - just for playing a few games.

How it works:

From January 6th until January 23rd, jump into SMITE and play 10 games to unlock a Unlimited Skin Chest (featuring fan-favorite skins like Toony Terror Scylla), a free Battle Pass (or 10 levels if you already own it), 10 Pick-Your-Own God Chests, and 10 Account and Match Boosters. New in SMITE: Odin's Onslaught

Odin's Onslaught

Fight the mighty Nidhoggr on this whole new map:

Odin has hired five teams of two to defeat the herald of Ragnarok, Níðhöggr (Nee-thogg-r). Face off against each other to reach a bounty threshold of 35,000 gold. Defeat jungle monsters, players, and a roaming boss for bounties. Secure and deliver trophies for even larger gold rewards.

The Yulefest Event

Welcome to the Yulefest event! This event celebrates SMITE’s many friendships during this most joyous and cozy season! This event will have 6 purchasable Exclusive Skins in total with 2 Skins releasing every 2 weeks. Each Skin will have an initial discount for that release only. Purchase all Skins to unlock the Unlimited Spell Blaster Charybdis Skin!

Also, each time you purchase a Yulefest event Skin you will also receive a Gift Token of a certain gift type (Emote, Voice Pack, Tier 2 Skin, or Awesome Gift). Gift Tokens allow you to send a gift to a friend on your friends list, in the gift store, or to maybe make a new friend by giving a gift from the end of match lobby to a stellar teammate!
