We love to see all of the incredible fan art tons of our community members create (especially with all of this extra free time this year), and we wanted to give you another chance at getting your art into the game! As we gear up for our Birthday in March of 2021, we wanted to open up submissions for you to enter your own fan art in hopes of your art pieces being turned into Avatars, Jump Stamps, and Global Emotes for everyone to earn for free during our Birthday celebration!

Starting now, you can submit your fan art for our Titan Forge team to review and select to be a part of our SMITE Birthday event in the spring! Submissions close on January 4, 2021, so make sure to get your art in before the submission form closes! There are no themes this year, so bring out the big guns and show us what you’ve got! We simply can’t wait to see what you come up with!

The chosen submissions will receive 10 codes for their in-game Avatar/Jump Stamp/Global Emote along with the Artist Bundle, which includes the Artist Title, Avatar, and Jump Stamp!

Passive - Shingetsu & Mangetsu

Tsukuyomi wields Shingetsu in his left hand and Mangetsu in his right hand. When these weapons damage an enemy they become empowered. Empowered Shingetsu gains a 50% cleave and restores mana. Empowered Mangetsu deals bonus damage and restores health.

Dark Moon Shuriken

Tsukuyomi calls upon Shingetsu, summoning forth a Dark Moon Shuriken. The Shuriken damages enemies and stops on gods, sticking into them. If Tsukuyomi gets close to the god he retrieves the Shuriken and reduces its cooldown. After casting this ability Shingetsu's next Basic Attack becomes ranged. This attack steals Movement Speed from the enemy hit.

Kusarigama

Shingetsu and Mangetsu form themselves into a Kusarigama. Tsukuyomi swings the weapon to his left and right, damaging and disarming enemies hit. He then swings the weapon forward with more force stunning enemies hit. While channeling Tsukuyomi gains 33% Movement Speed and is immune to Knockback effects.

Silver Moon Caltrops

Tsukuyomi holds Mangetsu aloft as it erupts into starlight, sending stars falling to the ground. As they land they become Caltrops, damaging enemies in the area and slowing them for 2.5s. Enemies who move inside this Caltrop field take damage and are slowed again. After casting this ability Mangetsu's next Basic Attack becomes ranged. This attack deals bonus True Damage.

Piercing Moonlight

Tsukuyomi channels the power of the Full Moon, gaining Crowd Control immunity and 50% Damage Reduction. He fires forward 4 powerful piercing beams of moonlight. Enemies hit, take damage and become marked. Each beam can hit up to 3 enemy gods. After firing all beams Tsukuyomi charges forward at light speed, dashing through all enemies in the order they were hit, dealing heavy damage. Tsukuyomi will end his dashing at the final enemy hit.

This world-bending crossover event will see Aang, Zuko, and Korra (with Naga by her side) face their toughest challenge yet: the Battleground of the Gods.

All three characters will be available as skins in the all-new Avatar: The Last Airbender Battle Pass. Merlin will become Aang, bending water, earth, fire and air in a true show of Avatar power. Zuko will wield his sword – and bend fire – as Susano. And Korra will enter the Battleground of the Gods alongside pet polar bear dog Naga as Skadi.

With the Mid-Season Update comes a variety of gameplay and balance changes. Ratatoskr, the Sly Messenger, is receiving a gameplay update that encourages different playstyles. Ratatoskr can now choose from 4 different Acorns, each granting a different gameplay experience. The Conquest map’s Jungle comes to life, with all-new abilities and behaviors for all of the monsters. These monsters are now more formidable opponents, adding a new degree of challenge to SMITE's most competitive game mode. Plus: Items are seeing widespread changes, with a massive rework to Physical Penetration items and all-new items added to the Shuriken tree, the Katana tree, and the Hammer tree. The Avatar Battle Pass has even more content for dedicated fans of the series, including an Appa ward skin and a global emote honoring unlucky cabbage vendors. Plus, this Battle Pass will include bonus prestige skins featuring Aang and Korra in their Avatar states, and Zuko disguised as The Blue Spirit.

The Titan Forge Games team is full of die-hard Avatar fans and when we found out that we’d have the opportunity to work on this franchise, we knew we were going to go all-out and really bring the Avatar world to life in SMITE. We went overboard with detail, capturing each Avatar character’s unique personality and referenced many fan-favorite moments from the shows.
