Survivors!

It hasn't yet been a year since Crossout became Supercharged, and it's far from over. It's not even our final form! Today, we're proud to announce that our beloved game will soon be moving on to a new phase - Crossout Gigacharged.

We can't reveal the full list of changes yet - the exhilaration of reading it may put an unprepared person into a state of uncontrollable ecstasy and hyper-efficiency, which would have a negative impact on the in-game market. In the Wasteland, there aren't enough resources for everyone!

Nevertheless, we're still sharing a bit of it right now. Behold:

Gigahertz


No one in the Valley accepted Hertz because of his excessive fondness for dangerous experiments, which made the young scientist very angry. After years of wandering around power stations and transformer booths, he realized that he didn't need anyone's acceptance. Dependence on the opinions of others can be very dangerous, and all that is needed for true success is to constantly work on yourself and self-improve. Years of experience have instilled this philosophy in our hero, and now everyone calls him nothing less than Gigahertz.

Talent

Activation: Talent is charged as you move to your goal along life's path. The next encountered setback activates the talent.

Effect: increases damage to inner demons and fears by 30%, and by the same percentage increases the confidence gain.

Passive skills:
  • It's impossible to morally hurt him
  • Gorgeous appearance
  • Refuses to elaborate any further
Blockchad


While everyone else uses a tiny "Blockchain", Gigahertz always has a trump card up the sleeve: the monstrous jewel of weaponry. His trusty "Blockchad" has gone through many battles with Beta bandits, and every time it has brought its owner success.
  • Rarity: motivating.
  • PS: 12,000.
  • Durability: ∞.
  • Energy consumption: 16.
  • Mass: 20,000 kg.
  • Perk: Damage dealt is based on the user's motivation.
Other new items include the "Yamato" laser drill, the "Patrick's business card" decor, the "Clown jacket" defense module, and the "Nanomachines" paint.

And to make your wait a bit brighter, you will get a great gift upon entering the game. The great gift in question consists of 1 unit of Scrap metal, Copper, Wires, Plastic, Electronics, Batteries, and - attention - Uranium ore! A set for any occasion, no thanks are necessary!

[Special] Reduced upgrade cost for weapons on April 1!

Hello, survivors!

Only from March 31 to April 2 inclusive, you will be able to upgrade your weapons at a discount! Until 23:59 GMT on April 2, you will need additional parts to upgrade your weapons. But which parts — that’s the big question!

The special will be available from 12:00 GMT on March 31, to 23:59 GMT on April 2!

Please note that not all types of weapons are eligible for this special — please check the eligibility in the game. This special is different from other part upgrade specials. You may need parts different from the ones that are being upgraded.

Maps in clan battles

It has been more than a month since map rotation changes were introduced in clan battles.
We remind these changes:
  • The following maps have been added to the clan battles rotation: Bridge, Fortress, East quarter, Naukograd, Peaceful atom, Marble quarry, Nameless tower.
  • The map “Factory” has been removed from the clan battles rotation.

Did you recognize this Leviathan?

This month’s artwork features a fateful moment for one of the survivors, which turned him from an unknown engineer to one of the richest individuals of the Valley. And what did you expect? For the participation of such a machine in “Dronapocalypse”, the organizers of this brawl are ready to pay more than a decent amount of gold!

Of course, April will not be limited to the drone battle only. The upcoming events include a traditional Easter event and an unusual PvP mission. And in the second half of the month we expect the return of the “Mayhem” with an unexpected but pleasant change. What kind of change? We’ll find out closer to the start of the event!

  • Fixed a bug where a player’s drone could appear below ground in the “Dronapocalypse” brawl.
  • Fixed a bug where player drones could appear in the same place on the “Oasis” map.
  • Now AI-controlled vehicles try to go around the destroyed tower.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the author’s nickname to be missing when viewing a range at the exhibition.
  • Fixed a number of errors in the market interface.
  • Improved game client stability.

Hello, survivors!

The “Dronapocalypse” update (in addition to small but pleasant improvements, such as new sounds for machine guns and optimization of existing sound effects) includes a full gameplay voiceover for drones in the brawl, as well as a new music track for the login screen. This is the main musical theme of the “Hyperborea” faction, to which the current season “Polar lights” is dedicated:
This announcement is a great opportunity for you to provide feedback on everything related to sounds in the game, including the new voiceover for drones and the music track for “Hyperborea”. Our sound designers will study your feedback, questions and suggestions.
