[E-Sports] Introduce of PBST: PBWC Qualifier

Attention NA and EU Operators!

One of our PB global tournaments, PBWC (Point Blank World Challenge), will be taking place this coming May.

It has been decided that North America and European Union will also have their representative teams, so we would like to share with you the details regarding the qualification process.

- Tournament Flow

PBST (Piercing Blow Season Tournament): PBWC Qualifier
* Season Clan Battle. Teams with the highest points at the end of the season will be entitled to sign up for PBNC / PBUC.

PBNC (Piercing Blow National Championship) 2017 - North America
* Online tournament to select the representative team for North America. The winner will participate in PBWC 2017 in May.

PBUC (Piercing Blow Union Championship) 2017 - European Union
* Online tournament to select the representative team for European Union. The winner will participate in PBWC 2017 in May.

PBWC 2017
* Global Tournament in which representative teams from all service regions compete together for the title of PBWC 2017 Champions.

* March 14th 2017 ~ April 10th 2017

PBNC (Piercing Blow National Championship) 2017 - North America
* Middle of April 2017

PBUC (Piercing Blow Union Championship) 2017 - European Union
* Middle of April 2017

- Notice:

* All cheating activities (illegal or third-party programs usage, game client modulation, Clan EXP/Point farming, violation of official rules etc.) are strictly prohibited. In case of such activities being found, appropriate steps such as (but not limited to) disqualification will be applied.
* For the purposes related to organizing and conducting the tournament, the organizer might request players’ personal information. All the data will be deleted after the tournament ends.
* PBNC / PBUC Tournaments which will be held after PBWC Qualifier (Season Clan Battle), might be conducted under different rules and regulations than previous online competitions, therefore conditions of participation may also vary.

More information regarding the tournaments will be announced soon.

We are sorry but unfortunately the maintenance will take about 1 hour longer than we expected.

Estimated completion time:
NA: Mar 14th, 01:30 PST
EU: Mar 14th, 10:30 CET
IN: Mar 14th, 15:00 IST

On March 14th, Piercing Blow will go undergo a maintenance.

For NA and EU servers we expect it will take about 3 hours 30 minutes (maintenance content includes opening new Season Clan Tournament and bug fixes)

For India server, it will take about 8 hours 30 minutes due to moving our server to AWS (Amazon Web Service), maintenance will also include bug fixes.

Maintenance schedule summary:
NA: From 21:00 on Mar 13rd to 00:30 Mar 14th on PST.
EU: From 06:00 to 9:30 Mar 14th on CET.
IN: From 05:30 to 14:00 Mar 14th on IST.

[Notice] IDC maintenance of EU server

Our Germany located IDC will be undergoing a maintenance on:
- 2017/03/07 (Tue), from 8:00am to 10:00am [CET]

The maintenance can cause some short-term connectivity issues on Piercing Blow EU server so please be aware of that.

If you happen to have any trouble with connecting just try again shortly afterwards.

Whatever reason there would be, these accounts will never be recovered and will stay as banned permanently.
