Hello there and welcome to the Best of the Weekly Torch, your weekly inside look at the Warhorse Studios team.

Every Friday, we give you three solid entries with key Warhorse members regarding his/her work on Kingdom Come: Deliverance.

Enjoy, and as always, stay medieval!

Prokop “Proky” Filcík was born in Prague, (the capital of Czech Republic) and joined Warhorse Studios in the 1st of April 2016, but this was no April fools joke. Formerly an enthusiastic community member, Proky is now a loyal bug hunter! Being a part of the QA-Team, he is reviewing the latest builds of Kingdom Come: Deliverance and is constantly on the go between different departments to assign the spotted bugs (when he is not on the hunt for Him-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named).

Luke Dale was born in Sheffield in England and came to Prague to work as an actor on Kingdom Come: Deliverance, in the role of Capon (or in Czech - Jan Ptáček), a young nobleman.

Viktor Bocan is one of the founders of Warhorse Studios. He is well-known for his other game, Operation Flashpoint, which he developed together with his team at Bohemia Interactive. Afterwards, he worked at 2K together with Daniel Vávra and is now working as the Design Lead on Kingdom Come: Deliverance with a team of Scripters to combine the different elements of the game to one organic unit. Viktor was born in Prague, here in Czech Republic.

Back in the day, hunting was more than a simple past time - in the Middle Ages, it became an essential arena for social interaction, a training ground for war, and a privilege of nobility.

Rovna, the church of St. Jakob near Skalice was built in the 12th century. It's duty was to protect the mine workers who worked in the silver mines close by.

Neuhof was a stud farm settlement owned by Hanusch of Leipa, the Lord of Rattay. In 1403 the stables were raided by a squad of bandits - men and horses were slaughtered. As a result, Lord Hanusch sent a unit commanded by Captain Bernard to investigate.

'Tis the season to win a gaming mouse on behalf of Warhorse Studios! We are launching a fun and simple contest that ANYONE can participate in. We recently created a post about a particular quest that you will come across in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. We want to know what choice YOU would make in this particular situation and why. CONTEST TIME

You're on a very important quest where you'll need to find a murderer who has disguised himself as a monk. What will you do to catch the killer? Will you become a monk yourself by taking on the duties of a monk, or will you sneak in, try and find him quickly and kill him, or will you be like Spartacus and kill them all?

*Please be sure to post your answer on the Steam DISCUSSION thread HERE

Want to increase your chances? Write up a different scenario on our Reddit page, or our Facebook page, or both!
