Tomáš “Vegeta” Plch was born in Slovakia and currently is the Senior AI Programmer at Warhorse Studios. He studied Computer Sciences at Charles University and joined the Studio in 2012, shortly after it was created. His Ph.D. thesis is based on the work of the Kingdom Come: Deliverance’s AI Engine.

Martin Klekner is our Lead Cinematic Designer here at Warhorse Studios. He joined the team after the Kickstarter Campaign back in 2014 and enriches the team with his excellent visual sense. He was born in Liberec in the north of the Czech Republic, but now he is here in Prague of course.

Christian “Dr. Fusselpulli” Piontek moved from Düsseldorf in Germany, to Prague in the Czech Republic, to become the European Community Manager for Warhorse Studios. He has a foible for realistic games and movies and started in the community as a moderator before he joined the team.

Divish z Kounic was the lord of castle Talmberg between 1397 and 1414.



The Marian Church in Úžice east of Talmberg in its high medieval Romanesque style was already built in 1175.



More than just the soldiers, a medieval army included women, children, prisoners, and traders. Knights rode horses into battle. Oxen, horses, and mules pulled wagons and carts for supplies, while the knights and noblemen slept in tents. However, many soldiers and camp followers had only meager shelter, if any at all.

Tomáš Duchek was born in Pilsen, in the Czech Republic - a city famous for its tasty beer. Tomáš has an excellent taste in art, which is important because he is one of our concept artists. He joined Warhorse Studios in November 2013, even before the Kickstarter campaign had begun.

Tomáš Kozlik was born in Veľký Krtíš, in the south of Slovakia. He worked on Mafia III at 2K Czech before he joined Warhorse Studios shortly after our Kickstarter campaign in early 2014, where he became our Senior Animator. Part of his job is to get his colleagues animated to work. ;0)
