Greetings Saviors,

We would like to announce that we will be offering 20% additional TP as compensation for any players who may have issues with claiming their TP Bundle purchases made from now until April 30th.

We wish to use this chance as a way to apologize for the continued issues with regards to the TP claiming process and to show our willingness to solve these issues. There has been a lot of tinkering behind the scenes to smoothen out the process, but we admit that it can always be better.

Please carefully read the details below to see how you can help us improve our TP distribution process as well as gain additional TP in the process. If you require any help on how to claim your TP Bundles, make sure to check out our guide here.

The following list shows how much TP you will be compensated with if you have an issue with a certain TP Bundle product.

- Per 100 TP Bundle (100 TP) : Compensation of 20 TP

- Per 300 TP Bundle (310 TP) : Compensation of 70 TP

- Per 500 TP Bundle (530 TP) : Compensation of 110 TP

- Per 900 TP Bundle (990 TP) : Compensation of 200 TP

IMPORTANT : Please read the following conditions to see if you are applicable for compensation.

1-1. You must have either pressed the 'USE' button OR used the '/retrieveAllItems' command in order to start the TP claiming process.

1-2. Any attempts at claiming TP Bundles not meant for your server region will not be counted.

2. A minimum of 24 hours must have passed after the initial start of the TP claiming process (Condition 1-1).

3. You must send us a Ticket via the Support Page when the issue arises.

4. Any attempts at abusing the system may result in you becoming inapplicable for compensation.

We have been well aware of the inconveniences experienced by South American players since [SA] Silute was relocated to North America, where it is currently located.

We continue to investigate and consider different options for reducing latency issues in Silute, and for that we would like to ask for your feedback on the latency felt between your region and a set of possible future server locations.

Please note that this does NOT guarantee new relocation plans for [SA] Silute, as we are still only evaluating the possibilities of such an operation.
