This month, we’re taking a quick detour to the southern reaches of Skyrim, to the formidable stronghold of Dushnikh Yal. Encampments like these are notoriously well-defended – and this card is part of the reason why.

Quite a bit of versatility, right? Normally, a 3/3 Guard for four magicka isn’t an amazing deal, but Dushnikh Yal Archer’s added Summon ability provides multiple tech options to make itself valuable.

For example, Dushnikh Yal Archer really shines when you’re facing down an army of smaller creatures. One-health foes can be easily pinged to death by the Archer, while also advancing your board position with a reasonably-sized Guard. Are your opponents’ creatures out of ping range with a buff like Divine Fervor? Luckily, Dushnikh Yal Archer has your back with the handy support removal option as well.

Of course, not all your opponents will be playing with a creature swarm deck, and that just means you’ll have to get a bit creative. Dushnikh Yal Archer is great for wounding enemy creatures to empower your Finish Offs and Leaflurkers, but can also be combined with the likes of Doomcrag Vampire to kill, well, just about anything. And don’t forget that Dushnikh Yal Archer is an Orc, so it naturally works well with other Warrior Orc synergy cards like Wood Orc Headhunter and Wrothgar Kingpin!

Ready to call this card your own? Hop into the ranked queue this month to earn your copies of Dushnikh Yal Archer on November 1st!

This time, Sheogorath has given you his Wabbajack to use while drafting your deck. Up to five times during the draft, you may transform your three card picks into new, entirely random cards. The Wabbajacked cards will be the same rarity as your original picks but may also include cards from outside of your chosen class, making for some truly unique deck recipes.

While Chaos Arena bucks a few traditions, rewards based on your total wins remains the same as Versus Arena. And as always: three losses and you’re out!

"And as for you, my little mortal minion... feel free to keep the Wabbajack. As a symbol of my... oh, just take the damn thing."
― Sheogorath

This special Chaos Arena begins Friday, October 20 at 12pm ET and ends Monday, October 23 at 11:59am ET. Don’t forget that you can also log on during the Chaos Arena for a free card pack!
