Some reports on cash charging have been noted recently. Please follow the below if your cash charging page doesn’t work.
[How to charge Cash]
1. Click the ‘Charge’ button on the right bottom side of the game client.
2. Cash Bundle page pops up
3. Click the amount of cash you would like to purchase
4. This page will pop up if it is working properly
5. If the page doesn’t show up, your Steam Overlay might be inactive. In this case, please follow below.
[Checking the Steam Overlay]
1) Check to activate Steam Overlay when you press Shift+Tab.
2) If nothing shows up, go to:
- Steam > Settings > In-game tab
- Check the box next to Enable Steam Community In-game
In addition, please check LoveBeat’s properties
- Library > Right-click on the game
- Check the box next to Enable Steam Overlay while in-game
If it still doesn’t work, do the following to run a program (Steam.exe) in admin mode.
1) Exit Steam
2) Navigate to the Steam installation folder (C:\Program Files\Steam\ by default)
3) Right-click on Steam.exe, then select 'Run as administrator'
If you didn’t get cash after charging, please email lovebeat_cs@crazydiamond.co.kr to submit your issue including information following. We will give charged Cash back to your account as soon as we confirm you didn't get it.

3. Confirmation/invoice number
4. Purchase time
5. Purchase item and its price
