We are here again for another Town of Salem patch! The team has been working very hard on mobile lately but that doesn't mean we can't also add some awesome new stuff to the game.

Hey Townies! Welcome to the Valentine’s Patch for Town of Salem! Check out our new releases and bug fixes for the month of Love.

New Releases:
Cupid Pet – Enlist his help to get the attention of that special someone.

Love Shack – Great spot to bring a date.

New Login Music and changed Login Page – The Cupid pet has invaded the Login page and brought new Login music along with him!

Bug Fixes:
Tutorial – We have decided to remove the required Tutorial for new users as it wasn’t everything we hoped it would be. Bugs in the tutorial and the “versus Bots” aspects led us to remove it. We will release a new improved tutorial at some point in the future.
Server Fixes – Josh (Achilles) has been working tirelessly to improve our stability and performance. We are proud to say the server has not crashed in the past month. Also, after testing, there should be a large decrease in the amount of lagginess in the game.
Mac Steam Fixes – We have fixed a lot of issues surrounding the Mac version of the Steam client. Things should behave just like the Windows version now.
Paypal Improvement – We have seen some people not get the items they bought when buying through Paypal. We are introducing some fixes in this patch should help of these problems with more fixes to come.

The North Pole is a joyful place, filled with Santa's elves working to make the children of the world happy.


But not this year......

The North Pole will never be the same again after what the Witch created. It is dark, something of pure evil, with just a dash of the giving spirit. This giving spirit is more likely to give you an axe to your throat, than a present. The Witch has created a demented robot, that has taken on the form of Santa. The Witch has special plans for this "Robot Santa" and you can be sure that they include our little Town of Salem.


Patch 1.3.3 Dark Holidays

Hey Townies!

Today we are releasing out Holiday themed cosmetics. There is no Holiday cheer coming this year though, and these halls will not be decked with Holly. the Holidays this year have taken a turn for the worse....

Bug Fixes:
The login screen animations are now a little smoother.
Various missing commas in text have now found their way back to their place.
Vampires and Vampire Hunters now have a little more flavor text in the custom lobbies.
Improved scroll sorting in the customization window.
Improved the tutorial! There is now better pacing where people chat after you type in the chat box, you know, like real people would.
The Amnesiac becoming Mafia will now update their role card, and they can now perform their new role's ability.
The Disguiser will now show up as Disguiser to Mafia after using a disguise.
Mafia cap has been lowered from 6 to 5 in custom lobbies.
Vampire cap will now prevent you from adding more than 4 Vampires to a custom lobby.
Vampires now receive a message that they bit someone. They also know if their target was immune and their target will know she/he was attacked.
Added an Auto win condition for WW or Arso vs 1 Vamp.
Added an auto win condition for Transporter vs 1 Vamp.
WW Night Immunity was improved, before he was only immune to some killing roles.
When a Vampire Hunter becomes a Vigilante after killing all Vampires, a message explaining they only have one bullet is sent down.
