This year something special lies in wait for you. Beginning today, everyone can now discover new tricks and treats around the world of Don't Starve. Fill your candy bag to the brim and satisfy your sweet tooth with all sorts of sugary seasonal treats!

As you may have noticed, fun Hallowed Nights skins have already been added for everyone to enjoy. These spooky costumes will only be available for a limited time, so be sure to enjoy them before November 8th when the event ends and they're gone forever!

Also available are special disguises that will stick around, but they’ll only drop during the season of Hallowed Nights, so be on the look-out for these rare items and snag them all while you can!

Good luck, have fun, and brace yourself for a scare!

The shadow queen Charlie has begun to make her mark on the Don't Starve world, and her influence is manifesting in new and mysterious ways. What is her plan for Wilson and the survivors? Will she aid them in their fight for survival, or does she have something more dastardly in store?

  • Chesspiece Sketches and Trinkets will now be added to Grave and Tumbleweed loot tables after the original Sketch is obtained from the repaired Sculptures.
  • Fixed strings for attempting to replenish Mushroom Planters.
  • Fixed animation glitch when traveling to and from Caves while carrying a heavy object.

HOTFIX 194420 - 10/26/2016
  • Fix crash caused by burnt Mushroom Planters.
  • Moon Caller’s Staff now has a Polar Light while planted in the Moon Stone.

Please note that A New Reign content will now be automatically retrofitted into existing Worlds, but we cannot guarantee that this will be exactly the same as using a new Save Slot to generate a new World.

In addition, saved Minimaps in existing Worlds will be reset, just this one time, in order to switch to the new networked Minimap data.
