Become a Monster & Earn Bonus XP

During this spoopy event, you can enjoy a 100% XP buff, become an undead monster, and acquire a creepy collection of Witches Festival-themed items. In addition to this,we’re also introducing the brand-new Dremora Plunder Skulls, containing a never-before-seen Motif!
Follow the steps below to take part in this frightful festival:
Navigate to the Holiday section of the Crown Store to acquire the “Crow Caller" item.
Complete the quest “The Witchmother's Bargain" to receive the “Witchmother's Whistle" memento.
If you completed the quest in previous events, you don’t need to acquire the Crow Caller or complete the quest again, and you can use the whistle already found in your Collections menu.
Use the whistle to summon the “Witchmother's Cauldron" and grant you and your party a two-hour 100% XP buff that stacks with all other XP bonuses.
Use the Witchmother's Cauldron to transform your character into one of the undead. Don't worry—this isn't permanent!
Note that you do not have to use the Witchmother's Cauldron in order to gain the XP buff.
Acquire Ghoulish Goodies
Should you take part in this year’s festivities take on some of Tamriel’s most fearsome monsters, you can earn some amazing Witches Festival-themed loot. Throughout the event, all boss monsters will drop Plunder Skull containers. Note that you don’t need to have the XP buff or polymorph active to acquire these unique rewards, but it can’t hurt!
Plunder Skull containers have a chance to contain the following spooky items:
Hollowjack Motif Pages or Books
Pieces of the new Apple-Bobbing Cauldron memento
Combine all seven to receive a runebox that contains this unique holiday-themed memento

In addition to regular Plunder Skulls, during the event, you can also acquire the brand-new Dremora Plunder Skulls. These devilish new rewards will be the first Plunder Skull drop you receive for each type of boss each day. A Dremora Plunder Skull contains all the same items found in a regular Plunder Skull, but it is also guaranteed to have a new Dremora Motif page based on the type of boss you defeated.
Arena Bosses drop Dremora Motif pages for Bows and Legs

Would you like to have your own Indrik mount? The wait is almost over. Take part in The Elder Scrolls Online’s upcoming events between October and December to summon a majestic beast of your own, completely free. Learn how right here.
Summon the Indrik
Traditionally found roaming the isle of Summerset, Indriks are especially powerful magical creatures, and they can provide a challenge for even the most experienced adventurers. While it is possible to hunt these majestic beasts in the wild, it is now possible to acquire one as a mount, too!
In order to acquire the brand-new Nascent Indrik mount, you must take part in ESO’s four upcoming in-game events (detailed below) and collect four magical feathers, with a different one available for each specific event.
Here’s how it works:
During an in-game event, collect Event Tickets by participating in that event’s daily activities.
You can earn Event Tickets from one activity per account per day.
Collect 10 Event Tickets and use them to buy the Indrik Feather specific to that event from the new merchant known as The Impresario.
The Impresario is located at a special booth in Daggerfall in Glenumbra, Davon's Watch in Stonefalls, and Vulkhel Guard in Auridon.
Once you have all four feathers, use them to summon your own Nascent Indrik mount!
So majestic!
Every time a new in-game event starts, you’ll be able to purchase the new Indrik Feather AND any previous feathers. You are not locked out of purchasing feathers from previous events, so if you weren’t able to collect enough Event Tickets previously, you always have a chance to catch up.
ESO’s Upcoming Events
Of course, in order to acquire Event Tickets required to purchase the Indrik Feathers, you’ll need to know which events we have upcoming! Here the details on the next four upcoming events and how you can earn Event Tickets during each.
Witches Festival: October 18 – November 1 To earn Event Tickets during the Witches Festival, you must acquire Dremora Plunder Skulls. You will receive one Event Ticket alongside the first Dremora Plunder Skull you earn each day (in addition to the other regular rewards).
Clockwork City Celebration Event: November 15 - 26 To earn Event Tickets during the Clockwork City Celebration Event, you must complete the DLC zone’s daily quests. You will receive two Event Tickets from the first daily quest you complete each day (in addition to the other regular rewards). You must own or have access to the Clockwork City DLC game pack in order to participate in this event.
Undaunted Celebration Event: November 29 – December 5 To earn Event Tickets during the Undaunted Celebration Event, you must complete a dungeon (Normal or Veteran). You will receive three Event Tickets from the final boss of the first dungeon you complete in addition to the normal rewards. You don’t have to be in a random dungeon LFG group to earn your Event Tickets!
New Life Festival December 13 – January 2 To earn Event Tickets during the New Life Festival, you must complete the New Life Festival quests. You will receive one Event Ticket the first time you complete a quest each day (in addition to the New Life Festival Box).
Earn a unique feather during each in-game event
Keep an eye out for official announcement articles closer to each event’s start date – they’ll have all the details you need to jump right in.
Note that you can only carry 12 Event Tickets at a time and that they are an account-wide “currency” that can’t be traded, so be sure to pick up those Indrik Feathers before trying to earn more. Don’t forget, the amount of Event Tickets you can earn per day depends on the event (one, two, or three), and you need 10 Event Tickets in total to purchase a single Indrik Feather!
Happy Hunting!
We thrilled to finally introduce the new Nascent Indrik mount to the ESO community, and we can’t wait to see everybody take part in the game’s fun upcoming events. However, exciting things are on the horizon for these mystical beasts, and starting next year, you'll be able to evolve your Nascent Indrik into an even more beautiful creature. Once you have acquired the DLC game pack, you can venture into Cyrodiil’s capital via one of the three sewer entrances. You can find instructions on how to enter the Imperial City in this help article.
Double Your Rewards
The Imperial City might be overrun with Daedra and warriors of the opposing Alliances, but it’s also filled with the untold riches of a fallen empire, and those bold enough to stand toe-to-toe with the enemy in the city’s besieged districts and sewers will find that the risks more than match the rewards.
While fighting to control the capital during the Celebration Event, you’ll earn the following bonus rewards:
Double the amount of Tel Var Stones dropped from all monsters
Double the chance of picking up either the Stonefire Scamp pet or the Soul-Shriven Skin
Double the amount of Key Fragments
Double the amount of sacks dropped by Cunning Scamps and Trove Scamps
Double the amount of drops from bosses (including within the Imperial City itself and its dungeons)
You can earn the above rewards by taking part in any of the Imperial City activities. This includes battling the Daedra within the Imperial Sewers, capturing districts in the streets above, and delving into any of the DLC’s two dungeons: Imperial City Sewers and White-Gold Tower.
Climb the White-Gold Tower
Finally, as of Update 18, the Stonefire Scamp and Soul-Shriven Skin are packaged (rather uncomfortably) in Runeboxes, meaning if you pick one up you don’t want, you can put it up on Guild Traders for some extra coin!
Claim the heart of Tamriel
The Imperial City is overrun with the minions of Molag Bal and pretenders to the Ruby Throne. Steal yourself into the city, clear out the Daedric infestation, and claim Tamriel’s shining capital once and for all. Great honor awaits those who answer the call, but if your desires are a little more mercenary, great riches await, too. Will you venture into the Imperial City? Let us know on Twitter @TESOnline and Facebook.

Skein Scorpion pet
You can discover some of items available in Psijic Vault Crown crates in our announcement article.
To take part in the ESO Plus Bonus Event, log into the game with an active paid ESO Plus membership (the free trial does not count, sorry) each day from July 10 until July 15. Note that in order to qualify, each unique login must occur within a 24-hour time period that starts at 10:00AM EDT and ends at 10:00AM EDT the next day. If you remain logged in over a two-day period, it will only count as a single entry. You must log completely out of the game and back in – only logging out to the character select screen will not work. The free Crown Crates will be delivered to your account by Friday, July 20. Check your Crown Crates menu!
