Hello Warriors!

This week we have 3 new elite outfits being added to the game, one for each hero. "Sentinel of Avalon" for the Knights, "Phantom Queen" for the Vikings, "Daikichi" for the Samurai can be found in the Outfits section of your hero's customization menu. Surprise! We will be having an Open Test next week for the content coming with Marching Fire! Starting September 6th at 8:00 AM EDT and ending September 10th at 5:00 PM EDT, players will be able to try out all 4 new heroes, our new Breach gamemode on 3 new maps, our new Perks system that will be replacing Gear Stats, and so much more! Players who participate will receive 2,000 Steel in the live game.

It should be noted that there is no preload for players on Steam.





Ranked Tournaments are back again this weekend in the Ranked front of the worldmap! Starting August 31st at 1:00 PM EDT, players can participate in Ranked Duel Tournaments for a better chance to acquire that exclusive ranked loot. The tournaments will be available until September 3rd at 3:00 PM EDT.





Starting at the same time as the return of Ranked Tournaments, August 31st at 1:00 PM EDT till September 3rd at 3:00 PM EDT, we have the event order "Ranked Warrior Challenge." For this order, your faction will need to be the one with the most completed Ranked matches. The prizes are:

• 1st Place: 4 XP Boosts
  
• 2nd Place: 3 XP Boosts
  
• 3rd Place: 2 XP Boosts

This week we are bringing a new, fiery emote for your heroes. "Volcanic Destruction Blast" can now be unlocked for all heroes for a limited time in the hero customization menu. The emote will only be available from now until August 30th. You can see how the new emote looks in the video below:

The Reining Inferno bundles, containing all the lootable cosmetics for the event, the event's mask and the new "Volcanic Destruction Blast" emote, are now available for all heroes from now until 8:00 AM EDT on September 3rd.

The price for each bundle is calculated dynamically. This means if you own content already listed in the package, the price will be reduced according to the value of the content you already own.

The Reigning Inferno Bundles will instantly unlock the SEVEN following items for one Hero:

We are now in week 2 of our seasonal event, "Reigning Inferno". What does this mean for you? This means that there is only one week left to play our limited time gamemode, "Infernal Dominion", collect our event themed weapon sets for each hero, and loot our event cosmetics. This week we are releasing a new set of mask outfits to coincide with the release of our new seasonal event! The "Reigning Inferno" masks are available for all heroes and can be unlocked under the "Mask" tab in the Hero customization menu. You can see how the look in the video below:

The day of reckoning is upon us! Season 7's seasonal event, "Reigning Inferno", is now live for all players!

From now until August 30th at 8:00 AM EDT, players can earn exclusive rewards and play a new, limited-time game mode.



Players can loot unique items during the event by playing the following game modes (PVP and PvAI):

• Dominion
  
• Tribute
  
• Skirmish
  
• Elimination
  
• Brawl
  
• Duel (only in PVP)
  
• All available ranked modes
  
• Infernal Dominion

The following items can drop randomly at the end of all matches:

• Ornament: Flamerider
  
• Battle Outfit: Aria of Daybreak
  
• Idle Effect: Reigning Inferno
  
• Emote Effect: Reigning Inferno
  
• Execution Effect: Reigning Inferno

Each of the 18 playable characters have 1 weapon set that is made of 3 gear parts. A gear piece may drop in every mode and in Scavenger Crates, as well as at the end of matches from now until August 30th at 8:00 AM EDT. The weapon sets are not be available in The Reigning Inferno bundles.





"Infernal Dominion" looks to spice things up a bit by changing aspects about how Dominion works. As usual, teams will need to capture and hold points in order to gain points and win the game. However, when an enemy contests the zone, fire will now surround the zone to enclose you and your enemy within it, or else risk massive damage trying to exit it.

"Infernal Dominion" can be found in the Events Playlist located on your Faction's stronghold.





Alongside the new gamemode, we have the event order "Eruption of Mt. Ignis." With this event order, the community will need to win as many "Infernal Dominion" matches to get both Steel and en exclusive symobl. The event order will be available from now until August 19th at 1:00 PM EDT. participation is required in order to get the rewards.

With the start of Season 7, Ranked Duel Tournaments have been placed on a rotating schedule. Ranked Duel Tournaments will be available for players this weekend, from August 10th at 1:00 PM EDT till August 13th at 3:00 PM EDT. You can access the mode from the "Ranked" front located on your Faction War map.





Complimenting Ranked Tournament's first rotation, we are releasing our first Ranked event order. With the "Ranked Vanquisher" event order, each faction will compete with one another for the most Ranked match wins. The reward for the order will be XP Boosts. Remember that participation is required in order to be eligible for the rewards.





Today, we also released our roadmap going through the rest of August and to the end of September. On the roadmap, you will wind the days in which Ranked Tournaments will be returning, the start of the next rounds of the Faction War, and some new, mysterious slots teasing our upcoming Seasonal Event. Hang in there, we'll have more details to share on the event very soon.

Welcome to the start of Season 7! This week, we are bringing players a new effect that is apt to Season 7's name, "Storm and Fury." You can now unlock and unleash the fury of "Tempest Call" for all heroes. You can check out the effect in action in the video below:

With a new season, comes a new title update containing a whole, new array of changes, including the Warden and Valkyrie reworks, ranked duel and rewards alterations, and the new map "Secluded Keep."

You can find the full list of changes that arrived with Title Update 1.26 and Live Update 1.26.1 in the links provided.





Starting August 2nd at 12:30 PM EDT until August 9th at 8:00 AM EDT, Realistic Elimination will be available in the Events Playlist located on your faction's stronghold. Try out Season 7's new map, "Secluded Keep", in this variant of Elimination where there are no revives, no stance indicators and no gear score.





Starting today, we are opening a Hero Trial for all players, regardless of game editions, to try out all the heroes without needing to recruit them. Additionally, all heroes will also be on sale during the Hero Trial with the following discounts:

• 8,000 to 5,000 Steel for Launch Characters (Starter Edition)
  
• 15,000 to 10,000 Steel for DLC Characters

The Hero Trial and Discounts will end August 9th at 8:00 AM EDT, so be sure to try them out and recruit some new blood into your ranks.





Unlike more recent seasons, Season 7 does not have a seasonal event coinciding with its launch. Don't worry, we didn't forget about it, and one will be coming very soon. You'll have to trust me when I say, this one is going to be hot.

This week, we announced a few details regarding Season 7, which starts next week on August 2nd, 2018. Next week, we'll be looking to give players the full details on Season 7, such as our major updates coming to the Warden and Valkyrie, our new map "Secluded Keep", and more! Patch notes for the update will also be going live August 2nd as well.



Additionally, next week we will be hosting a special Warrior's Den livestream to celebrate the start of Season 7. We may have some new details to share about Marching Fire during the stream, so be sure to tune in!

Realistic Dominion is back today in the Events Playlist! If you aren't familiar with this special gamemode, this is a challenging variant of Dominion in which there are no gear stats, no guard stance widgets and no revives. This gamemode will be available from July 19th at 8:00 AM EDT/ 12:00 PM UTC until July 26th at 8:00 AM EDT/ 12:00 PM UTC. You can find the the Events Playlist on your Factions stronghold.





Accompanying Realistic Dominion is the "Dominant Warrior" event order. Starting July 20th at 1:00 PM EDT/ 5:00 PM UTC until July 23rd at 3:00 PM EDT/ 7:00 PM UTC, you will need to complete as many Dominion matches as you can. The reward for completing it will be 2,000 Steel. Remember that participation is required in order to be eligible for the order's reward.

This week, Dance of Death returns to For Honor for a limited time. In this "no revive" game mode, victory is achieved when both opponents are dead at the same time. Dance of Death kicks off July 5th 8:00 AM ET until July 12th 8:00 AM ET.





Earn some steel while playing For Honor with the Brawling Vanquisher Event Order! Be the faction with the most Brawl match wins at the end of the challenge for a steel reward! Brawling Vanquisher begins July 6 2018 1:00 PM EDT / 17:00 UTC until July 9 2018 3:00 PM EDT / 19:00 UTC.

• 1st Place: 2500 Steel

Finally, we've updated our roadmap for July - August! As you can see, Realistic Dominion will be making its return, the date has been set for the start of Season 7, and we'll be having an Extra Loot Fest towards the start of August.
