Realistic Dominion returns this week in the Event Playlist. If you are familiar with Realistic Dominion, players will play a standard match of Dominion with a twist. There will be no gear stats, no guard stance widget no feats and players will only be able to be revived once. The gamemode will be available today until March 29th at 8 AM EDT.





Extra XP Fest returns once more this weekend, meaning double XP gain in all gamemodes and on all orders. The festivities begin March 23rd at 1:00 PM EDT and will last until March 26th at 3:00 PM EDT. If you've been wanting to level up your reputation to get access to that high reputation gear, now is the time!

This week, we are adding the new, limited-time "Lucky Strike" effect for all heroes, just in time for St. Patrick's Day this weekend. The effect can be used on idle, emotes and executions and will cost 1703 Steel. This effect will only be available from now (March 15th) until March 22nd. After that, it will be gone forever. You can check out the new effect in the video below:

In addition to the new effect, the "Down the Hatch" emote has also been discounted to 5,000 Steel in honor of the upcoming holiday. The discount is only valid until Mar 22nd at 8:00 AM EDT. After that, it goes back up to it's full price of 10,000 Steel. Dominating the battlefield is hard work, so keep those heroes hydrated!



Today also marks the return of Ranked Dominion, which will be replacing Ranked Tribute. Alongside this change, we will also be resetting rank in 4v4 and are reducing the ranked promotion and demotion bonuses from 25% to 10%. This should help players to move more smoothly through the ranking system, allowing them to reach their true skill ranking more easily.





This week's Event Order is "Dominant Executioner." As a community, you will need to perform as many executions as you can in Dominion. The event order will begin at March 16th at 1:00 PM EDT and will be open till March 19th at 3:00 PM EDT. The reward for completing it is 2,000 Steel. As a reminder, you will need to participate in the event order to receive the steel reward.

A live update was pushed today that contained an update to the afk timer, adjustments to region mapping, an adjustment to moveset icons and several hero specific bug fixes.

Additionally, we will be offering a Celebration Bundle. This bundle will contain the new "House Champion" mythic outfit, as well as last week's "Rub Salt in the Wound" and "Down the Hatch" emotes. The bundle costs 25,000 Steel and will dynamically adjust this price depending on what you have already. This bundle will be available until March 12th. As a reminder, the Apollyon's Legacy Bundle is also still available.





Extra Steel Fest is finally here for its first outing! During it, players will receive 100% more Steel on Orders and 50% more Steel from matches. This fest will last from March 2nd at 1:00 PM EST to March 5th at 3:00 PM EST.





Get ready for the first ever Faction Rush! In this event order, your faction will need to be the first to perform the highest amount of executions. The rewards are as follows:

• 1st Place - 1500 Steel
  
• 2nd Place - 1000 Steel
  
• 3rd Place - 500 Steel

This event order will last from March 2nd at 1:00 PM EST to March 5th at 3:00 PM EST. As a reminder, participation is now required in order to attain the rewards for the event order and the Extra Steel Fest multiplier for completing orders does apply to it.

Celebrate the anniversary of Apollyon's fall and receive more loot in-game. During Extra Loot Fest, you will have the chance to obtain an increased amount of loot at the end of your matches. This fest will begin Feb 23rd at 1:00 PM EST and last till Feb 26th at 3:00PM EST. If you are wanting to collect all the event exclusive loot, this would be the time!
