We’re doing some spring cleaning of Chaos Chest loot and sending some rare items back into the Trove Vault. These items may pop up again in other places down the road but they’re being removed from Chaos Chest loot tables at some point before May 2018:

We're doing a restart of Trove at 3AM PDT (10AM GMT) on April 6. There will be no download with this restart, it's just adding some tech to help us better identify and track issues that we were working to address this week.

Downtime may take up to an hour but will likely be closer to 30 minutes since it's just a restart to make sure all the servers get the new tech at once.

Update 1 - 2:15 PM PDT (9:15 PM GMT) - The team continues to work on addressing the connectivity issues with the EU data center. We haven't found the root cause yet but we've been able to eliminate several possibilities so please bear with us as we continue to investigate.
