As you may know, players have recently encountered issues with authorization. First of all, we want to thank you for your patience and understanding in the matter. Your reports and vigilance have been crucial in researching these issues. Secondly, we want to let you know that we are doing everything to mitigate these problems and are actively working on a fix.
All players whose gameplay experience was affected by these issues will receive compensation, that we’ll announce as soon as all issues have been resolved. Stay tuned and watch out for updates regarding the composition and delivery time for the compensations.
Earlier this year, we have announced that MY.GAMES declared a business restructuring process to continue developing the game in a way that aligns with our vision and enhances the experiences of our community. Which meant that the game would be relaunched with a new title in the future. We’re finally ready to reveal the title and introduce you to Warface: Clutch.
WHY “CLUTCH”?
The inspiration for the name came from the fact that in games and sports there are moments of pressure where you are required to summon strength, concentration and grit to make that match-defining play. This is what we want our players to experience, their moves, their strategy and their reflexes define the match. Frantic gameplay with a competitive edge, that’s what Clutch is about.
WHAT’S CHANGING?
The rename to 'Warface: Clutch' is part of a gradual process of improving the game. While we’ve already taken some steps to advance toward that goal, such as adding new content to the console version from the PC version, this is only the start. We want to ensure that the PC and console versions are matching in both content and patches. This also means that events (both seasonal and game related) are getting overhauled.
Behind the scenes, the development team is also being strengthened to deliver more high quality updates, but some features are already making their way into the game such as a new ranked matches system, new weapons and updates to the game’s contract system. A large update is still being prepared to ship before the end of the year.
We’ll share more news on the development of Clutch in the coming months. This is the first step of a long-running journey as we enter a fresh chapter.
This is just the beginning! Thank you for your support.
The third seasonal update has been installed on the game server, and with it comes something very special! The SO "Villa Valhalla" is waiting for you, and we’ve fixed a number of issues as well. Stay tuned for the upcoming content!

The new Special Operation “Villa Valhalla” is now available in Warface. A story with a twist is set within the clean lines of a luxurious Scandinavian hotel that harbours not only ancient Viking artefacts but a terrible secret as well…
Mission Lore
A cloudy autumn sky looms above the Scandinavian fjords as the Warface squad set foot on solid ground in front of a sleek, modern hotel. But the enemy didn't waste time either and are already swarming the Nakai corporate villa like a pack of wolves. The mission is simple: save the hostages kept captive by Blackwood. You fight off the Blackwood mercenaries and make your way further into the hotel. But wait a second, why are there turrets in a civilian building? The mystery can wait, as the target – an important figure in the Nakai corporation – needs a way to safely escape the location. Warface fights fiercely to free the way for her, yet as they reach their getaway spot, the helicopter takes off, leaving the fighters to realise that they're trapped… They have to find an exit, and their search brings them to a facility, that might uncover horrible truths about the corporation. The further Warface delves into this seemingly innocent hotel, the more the knot loops tighten.
Will you be able to figure out, what's going on? And can Warface bear the weight of the information they now possess?
Completing the objectives in the new special operation will grant you unique achievements!
Only the brave and fearsome will survive Valhalla! We will see you in the game!

Agent Bursti (full codename – Gullinbursti) appeared in the squad as suddenly as agent Huginn did. The command once again acted like Bursti had always been there, and nothing was out of the ordinary. At first this annoyed the other squadmates, but he did his job expertly, and in the end they all became tight-knit friends, especially since the agent turned out to be quite easy going and affable, as long as you don't mention his biography.
Bursti's personnel file is as thin as Huginn's, which is unusual for a standard fighter dossier. All information in his file is obviously fake and most likely is used as a cover-up for the agent's real records. Even his name – John Brass – doesn't seem to be real. Bursti is sure that he used to go by a different name before.
Sometimes at night, Bursti suffers from nightmares, or rather, the same one. In that night terror he, along with a special forces detachment, is surrounded somewhere in Southeast Asia and in the end dies in a shoot-out. These dreams, much more vivid and realistic than usual ones, as well as inexplicable scars from operations on his body, led Bursti to believe that he really did die in battle. But why is he still alive then? Who brought him back from the dead, and most importantly, how? Is he still a real person? These questions periodically roll over Bursti like a wave, and he becomes withdrawn and angry, but that doesn’t deter him from carrying out his job. As a rule, these existential crises end with the appearance of mysterious people who take Bursti away without explanation. About a week later, the agent returns refreshed, as if he doesn't remember what exactly happened to him. Yet he still refuses to talk about his past.

The "Bursti" weapon series represents the style and nature of the agent. Equip the themed guns and let the ancient power boost your combat performance. The weapon series includes the PP-2011 Kedr-Para, the M1911A1 and the Balisong Knife.

About the PvP Mode "Corruption"
A team of 16 players will join the match. A random team member will become patient zero and turn into a buffed cyborg. The cyborg will be dealing melee damage to the rest of the team, aiming to kill them and turn the dead over to the dark side. As soon as any of the "human" players die, no matter the cause, they will immediately turn into cyborgs too, gradually adding to the forces of the cyborg horde. The stand-off between cyborgs and survivors will be epic. If you've ever wondered what it would feel like to crush an EMP carrier or tear characters' flesh apart, then strap in tight and join the cyber horde!
The SED is excluded from the fun, since androids and cyborgs don't really mesh well.
The event will take place on the thematic maps Halloween Motel and Halloween Widestreet.
Devs' comment: We wanted to design a cool game mode for the players just to have fun and not care too much about the match outcome.
Cyborgs
Cyborg lines will be filled with every dead survivor. There is no way back. Cyborgs have increased HP and movement speed. They cannot wield weapons, but they can easily tear their targets apart with their hands. They can also see survivors through walls thanks to a useful wall-hack implant.
Cyborgs can die and will die a lot, so they don't get any death penalties and the mode stats in general do not count towards your personal stats.
Devs' comment: For the mode, we've added a new unique cyborg arm animation in the first person view. The special social interaction effects should also contribute to the atmosphere.
If there are no cyborgs in the match, a new patient zero will emerge. As soon as one of the survivors turns into a cyborg, the rest of the "human" team's ammo, health, armour and consumables get restored and a power-up appears on the map. If cyborgs fail in killing survivors within a certain period of time, they'll get special buffs that last until the first survivors' death.
Survivors
Survivors are living characters whose only goal is to keep breathing till the match ends. Survivors can pick up power-ups of the Juggernaut, Gunslinger and the Pyro when they appear on the map to increase their chances of survival.
Who wins?
Cyborgs win if all the survivors turn into cyborgs.
Survivors win if they remain alive until the timer runs out.
The event points gain depends on the personal performance of each player, rather than on the victory or defeat. Survivors get points for the time they remain alive after the first cyborg appears. Those who remain "human" till the end of the match, get additional points.
Cyborgs gain points for the survivors they've killed, for assisting to eliminate living characters, and for just being a cyborg. Pretty cool, right?
By completing certain actions in the game mode, players will earn special achievements.
PvE Part of the Event
You'll also take part in the event by completing Special Operations "Pripyat", "Cyber Horde" and "Black Shark". The event currency is granted only for the first successful mission completion of the day.
Event Screen
On the event screen, you'll see a progress bar with three check-points. A new check-point will unlock at the beginning of the event and at the start of the second and third week of the event.
By completing the event contracts, you'll earn event points and fill in the progress bar. Once your progress reaches a check-point, you'll get a thematic reward:
A Tactical Axe for 500 event points,
Helheim Gloves for 1,000 event points,
A Helheim Helmet for 2,000 event points.
Event Showcase with a Progress Bar
Just like in the summer event, "Cyberheim" offers a showcase with a reward progress bar. By using Black Market Coins, you can refresh items in the showcase. Each refresh activation adds to the progress bar. When 100% is reached, you'll get an exclusive offer to get one of four valuable items for free.
After making your choice, the other items become unavailable, the progress bar resets, and you can fill it up again and reach a new offer. The amount of offers is unlimited. The items for special offers are chosen randomly and may repeat.
What are the Event Rewards?
Among the event rewards, you'll find weapons from the new "Helheim" series including the PKM Zenit, Kalashnikov USA KHAOS, Beretta PMX and SVCh-54 as well as thematic achievements. To get the weapons, you'll need to collect special cards by purchasing them in the event showcase for Black Market Coins. The Black Market offers unique achievements, weapon charms and weapon skins.
