We are glad to present you a new content update - the final part of the big season "Hidden War." We have already begun to prepare interesting novelties that await you. Still, for now, we suggest you get acquainted with new guns, weapon series, an agent, and themed content related to him. Please note that the new content is not available in the game now; we will inform you later about the ways of its distribution. Moreover, we have fixed some of the reasons for an incorrect end of battles.

KAC PDW

The KAC PDW is an assault rifle that combines compactness and impressive power. The weapon boasts excellent damage, range, and rate of fire. The model comes equipped with three unique attachments: a flash guard, a silencer, and a reflex sight. The gun comes in two versions: the golden model offers an increased rate of fire, takes more ammunition, and features a more spacious magazine.



TX-15 SBR

The TX-15 SBR is a functional submachine gun developed on the AR-15 platform using modern polymer materials. The arm has a shortened carbine barrel. In the game, the TX-15 SBR owes its top performance to an impressive range and rate of fire offset by its recoil and aiming speed which are more modest compared to some class-specific models.



The weapon comes in two versions (the regular and the golden ones) and offers three unique attachments: a silencer, a reflex sight, and a special handle. The latter stands out due to a higher rate of fire, a more spacious magazine, and increased ammunition.

"Hammer Squad" Set

A new agent is almost here! Very soon, the character of the Hammer squad will tell us his story. In the meantime, here is a themed set of items: a character skin, a series of weapons and camouflages "Iceberg," weapon charms and achievements. The pack also includes a series version of the Tavor CTAR-21 Special.

The Tavor CTAR-21 Special is a compact submachine gun designed for special forces units. It boasts high accuracy, devastating damage, and a good effective range. The weapon has a manageable recoil and unique attachments that increase shooting efficiency.

"Scratch" Series

The new weapon series features striking colour patterns on the frames. Daring looks, wild power in every pixel, and admiring looks of opponents await those who manage to replenish their arsenals with the novelty! The series includes the Scratch Chiappa Triple Threat and the Scratch DVL-10 M2.



In addition, a new version of the bat, Anesthetic Bat, and a themed Decontamination Charm have been added to the game.



We will tell you more about the ways of distributing the new content in the future. Stay tuned!


The system of contracts has been replenished with new orders. Don't miss class-specific ones: you will prove to everyone a real pro and get good rewards by completing them. The prizes include helpful items and consumables as well as permanent weapons of the "Impulse" series for fully completing an order.


Important

• Fixed some causes of the issue "Receiving a reward ... Press Esc to skip." The number of gaming sessions that ended with no results and awards should diminish significantly.
  
• Upd: Disabling DirectX 9 will be postponed to carry out additional tests to ensure the stability of the system. For now, you'll be able to switch between the two versions. We'll keep you up to speed on any changes. Details.

Weapons and Gear

• Fixed a bug due to which some new golden weapons might not count towards the task progress of the Battle Pass "Hidden War".
  
• MSBS Radon "Scar": fixed a bug due to which the scales with the weapon specs were displayed incorrectly.
  
• MSBS Radon: fixed a bug due to which some weapon versions of the model were named Custom.

• Updated game texts and descriptions, fixed some localization bugs.

Do you enjoy destroying your opponents and getting impressive wins on the battlefield? Let that happen only in the game as no one should see the horrors of war, let us all live in peace, and let us all remember that the greatest victory is that which requires no battle.

The solemn date of the 2nd of September is near. Celebrate the end of the Second World War in Warface by completing simple tasks that will yield cool themed rewards. It's easy to join in: just play certain "Quick Play" matches or PvE and Special Operations and get temporary and permanent prizes.


Take Part


1. Play one "Free for All" or "Bag and Tag" match in "Quick Play". It does not matter if you win or lose.
2. Win one match in a team-based mode in "Quick Play".
3. Win a Hard PvE mission or any Special Operation (except for the Solo Mission).

After completing any of these conditions, you will receive a random reward. The status of the task is updated once an hour meaning that you can do it again every 60 minutes to receive more prizes. This way, you can earn up to 24 rewards per day. The rewards can repeat.

Please note: you should not wait for 60 minutes after the end of the task to do another one. You can start completing another task at the beginning of each new hour of the day.


Upon completing a task, you will get one random prize: a weapon, a Random Box or equipment. Some of them are temporary, while some rewards are permanent.

Enjoy our new event! By completing PvE missions on Hard difficulty and Special Operations (except for "Hydra", "Blackwood", "Swarm", "Heist" and Solo Mission) on Easy or higher, you'll be getting Karambit Boxes.

• The event is already live and will be active until the maintenance on the 15th of September.
  
• You should complete PvE missions on Hard difficulty and any Special Operations on Easy difficulty or higher (except for "Hydra", "Blackwood", "Swarm", "Heist" and Solo Mission).

The Karambit is a unique knife with a curved blade sharpened on the inside. In the game, the knife resembling a tiger's claw has a unique animation and offers excellent characteristics on par with the already familiar melee models.

A hotfix for the "Hidden War" update has been installed on the game servers. In the current version, we have fixed an in-game vulnerability related to the use of smoke grenades, improved the characteristics of the shotgun SPAS-12 Special, and fixed some bugs.


Weapon Tweaks

• SPAS-12 Special (including the "Moray" version): increased damage to 800 (used to be 700), reduced recoil.
  
• Bats: added unique sounds for models (played when a character throws up the weapon).

Other

• We started to integrate new weapons into the game, they are the KAC PWD and the TX-15 SBR. The models and their specs are not fully tuned yet.

Important

• Fixed an in-game vulnerability that allowed players to see through smoke screens.
  
• Fixed some reasons for spontaneous game client crashes.

• Localization errors: missing texts, incorrect names.

The first season of Ranked Matches dedicated to the large-scale update "Hidden War" has already kicked off. Take part in breathtaking combats and get plentiful rewards. Show what you are capable of - your effort will be generously rewarded. And remember: the key for memorable victories is experience, teamwork and skill. It's time to get ready for the upcoming confrontation! Join the fun - demonstrate your skill and get to the top.

We'd like to remind you that we have evenly distributed in-game currencies and boxes with cards for crafting gained in Ranked Matches to make it more beneficial for all parties involved. It will be easier for beginners to earn better rewards by fighting in lower leagues while experienced players will receive more prizes as they can reach higher leagues.


To mark a successful merger of the CIS servers, we will distribute three free levels of the current Battle Pass. We hope you had fun in the "Sea Battle" game and gained nice prizes. Now, enjoy three additional Battle Pass levels that will take you closer to the desired rewards.

• The season will last till the 29th of September.
  
• The rewards include weapons from the brand new "Hidden War" series. The higher the league - the better the gun!
  
• "Hidden War" crafting cards will be awarded for reaching every league. Gather as many of them as you can!
  
• You will fight on the maps of "Plant the bomb" game mode and Blitz except for "Platform" and "Heist".
  
• SEDs are excluded from the Ranked.
  
• The standard progression is on.

Prove your skills every season to gain recognition and additional bonuses. You will receive cool "Hidden War" guns as well as cards for crafting arms of this series.

• The unique stripe "Viking Fury" and the "Warface Ranking Matches League" badge will be given immediately upon reaching the 1st and the 21st leagues respectively and not after the end of the season as it used to be.
  
• Cards for crafting "Hidden War" weapons will be awarded for each league - 20 times in total.
  
• "Hidden War" weapons will be a reward for each league. Each arm can be obtained for a period of 3 days.
  
• Those players who reach the 3rd, the 2nd or the 1st leagues will get a random camo box containing the Ruby or the Diamonds camos.
  
• If you skip a season, you’ll have to wait until the 12-season cycle is complete to try and earn the first league achievement again! All achievements can be obtained only once.
  
• Seasonal box camos are random and do not repeat.
  
• To obtain achievements according to the occupied places ("Special Metal Forces Squad", "Silver Veterans Squad", "Elite Carbon Squad" or "Gold Legendary Squad") and camos after the end of the season, you must log into the game during the next season. Otherwise, if you come back after several seasons of Ranked Matches, the reward will be lost.

Log into the game every day and get a temporary reward — cool weapons from the "Pyrite" series and boxes with cards for crafting "Hidden War" arms. One day - one gift.

Warface International merged its servers and united players from all over the world in July. Now it's time for the CIS version of the game to undergo the same procedure. The merger will start at 21:01 UTC (23:01 CEST) on the 24th of August and will last for quite a while. During this period, we will launch a special event "Sea Battle" on our Twitch channel where you can get pleasant rewards.

Fight against the AI, earn PIN-codes, and, once the maintenance is over, redeem them on a special page to get nice prizes including weapons and equipment of the "Hidden War" series.

A system of mods will soon appear in the game. The new mechanics will give another option to fine-tune and customise your favourite guns and equipment.

• Choice. It's up to you to decide how exactly to upgrade the item and what specs you need, which ones are worth improving, and which characteristics are not that important for you.
  
• Balanced mods. Modifications improve performance but do not tilt the balance of the gameplay. The weaker the mod, the less adjustments it requires via an additional negative effect since it will not produce a significant impact on the game. If the effectiveness of the mod increases, thereby increasing its impact on the gameplay, the perk is mitigated by a negative effect.
  
• Free. To unlock mods, you will need a special currency, which is mainly earned in matches. You will just play with your favourite gun, get a currency at the end of the match, and use it to unlock new mods.

The second part of the large-scale update "Hidden War" has been installed on the game servers. It brings lots of fixes that significantly reduce the number of freezes in the game - and this is just what you've been waiting for. In addition, the game now offers new guns and weapon series, as well as tweaks to the older line-ups.

Fixing freezes

We have made several technical improvements to the game client, which are designed to solve the problem of freezes. In general, they can be subdivided into four groups of fixes related to the following situations:

• A new player joined the match that was already on.
  
• Interface elements were being loaded (for example, a window with information about the killer) at the moment of a character's death.
  
• New weapons or equipment were used in matches.
  
• The player rejoined the same session (quite often encountered in "Free for All" or Special Operations).

The changes made will neutralize most of the described reasons. Now you will experience much fewer freezes or no freezes at all.

We would like to warn you that minor freezes related to the use of new content or class changes may reappear in the future. We will promptly fix them in intermediate versions of the game.


Golden M4A1 Custom

We are glad to present you the golden version of a cool assault rifle. In addition to the advantages of the regular version, this model boasts improved specs: an increased rate of fire, and a larger magazine. It also takes more ammunition and yields a unique stripe upon eliminating a certain number of enemies.




"Siren" Set

The special agent line-up has been replenished. A new character with the codename "Siren" will begin her mission soon. The "Siren" set includes a skin for the Engineer, the "Moray" series, themed weapon charms and special contracts in the future.

SPAS-12 Special

This is a new special version of the well familiar weapon. The updated model compares favourably with its regular peer thanks to its increased range of fire and accuracy, as well as better damage multipliers to limbs.
