The next update will feature a Medic weapon Marlin 1894 Custom! This all-time-classics gun uses slug rounds instead of usual pellets. Even if the enemy is still breathing after the first impact, a close range shot will knock him down for good.


The hunting rifle Marlin 1894 was introduced back in 1894 by the Marlin Firearms Co. At that time the lever-action guns were gaining popularity, and the new Henry lever-action model was embraced by American hunters and soldiers. Its simple construction granted rapid reload and reliability in rough field conditions. At first glance, the rifle might bear certain resemblance to the "Winchester family" of that time; however, Marlin 1894 had a unique receiver and breech block construction.



The original Marlin 1894 weighed 2,95 kg, was 952 mm long and was chambered in .44 Magnum and .44 Special. Now it offers many versions accommodating various ammo. Skilled technicians transform this good old Wild West classics beyond recognition applying modern technologies such as the Picatinny rail, reflex sights, silencers and others.


Marlin 1894 Custom is a new Medic weapon that can remind you of other one-off in-game guns: just like Saiga Spike - Marlin 1894 Custom uses slug rounds instead of usual pellets, while its reload system resembles that of another Wild West symbol, Winchester M1897.

Marlin 1894 Custom boasts a high range of fire and excellent aiming plus hip accuracy. It packs a superb punch and at close range knocks down any enemy if the first impact fails to kill them.



Marlin 1894 Custom will be available in Random Boxes for Kredits and Crowns. The sleek golden version offers increased range of fire and clip capacity (10 rounds).

Marlin 1894 Custom comes equipped with two unique accessories: a silencer and a X1.3 reflex sight with a fast zoom that increases accuracy while aiming.

Just as the name suggests, the weapon traces its roots to the era of battle rifles. That is, when full-powered rifle cartridges — 7.62 and alike — were used in regular armed forces. Nowadays, this class of rifles is exclusive to those who mean to cause some real damage on the battlefield. Sounds like Riflemen, does it not?

FN FAL DSA 58 is a shortened, modified variant of the Belgian FN FAL, refitted with Picatinny rails and produced by an American small arms manufacturer, DS Arms. Widely recognized around the world alongside the Kalashnikov and the M16, this rifle features unsurpassed reliability earning it the reputation it has today — it’ll even fire and function as normal when frozen in ice.


FN FAL comes equipped with a unique tactical grip, DSA-58. This is a considerable improvement in terms of handling the weapon, drastically increasing the accuracy when fired from the hip. Custom high-powered munitions allow it to deal increase damage to arms and legs in the game, as well as granting it improved damage at greater distances.

Use this weapon wisely! The laser module allows for easier targeting, though the red beam will definitely stand out in poorly-lit environment. It’s important to note that the beam does not blind your target, even when pointed directly at them.



This rifle comes in two variants: regular and golden; both available in Random Kredit Boxes. The Golden FN FAL features a higher rate of fire, improved hipfire accuracy and an increased magazine.

FN FAL’s high damage and range values challenge the usual limitations of the class, which makes it a favourable choice for PvP. Extra range translates into extra seconds to take down classes that need to close in on you, and while facing snipers you’ll be able to win these very few seconds for yourself.

Soon Warface will feature a new gun Maxim 9 - a nod to the military Sci-Fi movies. The integrated sound suppressor contributes to its exotic design. If you are in for stealth and futuristic weapons, this gun will make the best pick.


Maxim 9 is not the first integrally suppressed arm; the Soviet PB (Silent Pistol), the British Welrod Mk.1 and others sport the same feature. The USA manufacturer SilencerCo well-known for its silencers made a great stride in the area. In January 2017 it exhibited its version of the integrally suppressed pistol at the SHOT Show in Las Vegas and announced its mass production.



According to SilencerCo, the Maxim 9 is the world’s first integrally suppressed holster-able handgun. The company workers nicknamed the weapon "a silencer with an integrated pistol". The Maxim 9 was named after Hiram Percy Maxim, an American inventor, son of the creator of the legendary Maxim gun Sir Hiram Stevens Maxim. In 1909 H. P. Maxim developed the first commercially successful silencer for firearms, the Maxim Silencer.



Maxim 9 is designed on the base of the Performance Center M&P 9L Pro Series CORE platform by Smith & Wesson. The pistol’s key feature is its integrated modular suppressor, which allows the user to change its length. The pistol’s full length is 273 mm; it can be shortened to 240 mm. The "long" version shot sound reaches 136 - 138 dB (139 dB for the short version) with subsonic ammunition.

The Maxim 9’s weight is 1,1 kg without ammunition, caliber — 9×19 mm; it’s compatible with standard Glock magazines. It is also possible to install additional sights and a tactical light. The weapon is ambidextrous thanks to a refined two-stage trigger.


Maxim 9 is the first-of-its-kind pistol in game providing a unique gameplay. Without a doubt, the gun will be appreciated by PvP fans due to its high damage, good aiming accuracy and excellent range. Thus, the pistol can be placed among such popular high-tier performers as the S&W M&P R8 and the CZ 75 Czechmate Parrot.

M16A3 is considered one of the classic high-tier performers: superb damage and effective range is an altogether powerful combination. The accuracy – as with any top-tier AR – remains unparalleled in the aiming mode, however M16A3 also retains a decent share of its accuracy when fired from the hip, without aiming down the sights.

Soon Warface will introduce one of the largest armor series codenamed "Specter" consisting of several dozens of items that will help you get additional set bonuses fitting your unique gameplay style!


It is no secret that equipment plays a major role on the battlefield: good equipment makes you less vulnerable and increases your K/D ratio. The new "Specter" series that will soon arrive in Warface aims to diversify the gear available and improve character customization.

For the first time in its history Warface will feature such a hefty series comprised of several dozens of items with various characteristics. The series embraces three equipment groups: "Gamma", "Delta" and "Sigma". "Gamma" will be the first one available (read on for more details). Future dedicated articles will provide information about exact dates and the ways to get your hands on the other two groups of the "Specter" series.



By equipping armor pieces from different groups, you will be able to customize your character suiting your own gameplay style; for example, the "Gamma" helmet and vest, the "Delta" gloves and the "Sigma" boots.

What is more, the "Specter" series offers class-specific set bonuses that will be unlocked as soon as you equip several items of the series. Four armor pieces (a helmet, gloves, a vest and boots) will grant you the maximum bonus.

The new "Specter" gear will share an aggressive hi-tech design and will become the crown jewel of your collection.


The whole "Specter" series will be based on the "Gamma" gear. Its several items (helmets and gloves) will become part of the legendary-tier armor in the next update. The VP quantity required to unlock this legendary-tier armor was decreased significantly in comparison with the weapon cost, so you will easily unlock the set for your favorite class.

Today starts the new season of Ranked matches 2.0 featuring plenty of prizes.


The new season starts today and will end on April the 10th, 08:00 UTC. Ranked matches will be conducted on all “Plant the Bomb” and “Blitz” maps.

Please note that the 7th RM season will last 3 weeks.

This season offers:

• Mind-blowing weapon skin series: “Emerald” and “Jade Dragon” for reaching the higher leagues;
  
• Random boxes with skins for reaching the higher leagues;
  
• Warface Dollars, Crowns and Boosters for advancing to each next league;
  
• Achievements for advancing to the required leagues;

You can always track your progress in your account overview on the site.


In order to advance between leagues, you need to win consecutive matches. As you climb higher, you will have to display better prowess, flexibility and persistence. At the same time, you won’t drop down instantaneously if you happen to lose — you will have a chance to recover by winning a series of matches. If you fail to use this opportunity and continue to lose, you’ll roll back to the previous league.

Important! It will be incredibly tough to drop out after reaching the first league — you will have to lose 9 matches out of 10. This has been implemented as a preventive measure to let the top contenders master their skills to perfection while enjoying the competitive scene, without worrying over losing their rank.







All participants that win at least one ranked match will receive the “Warface Ranking Matches League” mark.

Top contenders that finish the season in the first league will be able to proudly fly their “Samurai Spirit” stripe. Please note that if you skip a season, you’ll have to wait until the 12-season cycle is complete to try and earn that achievement again! The full list of all 12 achievements for reaching the first league can be found in the announcement.

The absolute champions that collect all 12 stripes will receive a unique badge, “Best of the best!”.

The ultimate reward for reaching the first league is the Emerald weapon skins. This is a one-of-a-kind series that can only be unlocked via ranked matches during spring. Once the summer season starts, the weapon series will also change.

The game will soon feature the revamped version of the familiar Free for All map "Widestreet" with significantly improved gameplay and appearance.




Which map do you immediately think of when it comes to "Free for All"? Most likely, it is "Widestreet", since it is one of the first and all time favourite locations of the hottest mode in Warface. The "Widestreet" map features the same oriental style as the "Yard"one that got updated last year. No matter which class you opt for, you will feel comfortable among long and narrow areas the map provides.



In terms of gameplay, there are no drastic changes: you will find the majority of key objects at their normal places but with one difference: players will no longer be able to get up on the second floor of the high building in the centre of the map meaning that it will be impossible to secure this favourable vantage point and deal numerous death blows. Besides, we demolished several fences that made players vulnerable while climbing; at the same time, some spawns were further protected aiming to defend recently respawned players from enemy fire.



The surface became flatter to avoid possible problems with slides and scope fluctuation and let you concentrate on taking your enemies down with precise shots.

Visual overhaul includes improved map illumination and more vivid and realistic texture of surrounding objects. Thus, we managed to give the map a unique oriental touch and make it transparent enough to read the enemy well. There is less grass on the map so it will be more difficult to hide in it.



Easter eggs are the most enjoyable part! When you occupy a high vantage point, take a look around — there is something beyond the river.
