Warface Open Cup: Season XIV LAN Finals is almost here! While e-sports athletes are preparing for fight, you can join in: take part in our special event "Open Cup Week" and get a full Open Cup equipment permanently!

Event page

• From 12:00 UTC January, 25th to 12:00 UTC January, 31st win matches in "Plant the Bomb", "Capture" and "Blitz".
  
• Only Quickplay and Ranked count (no custom rooms).
  
• Loss streaks do not influence the result.

The more victories you get — the longer the duration of the equipment you get!

• First win will give you full Open Cup equipment for 10 days.
  
• 26th victory will give you the same equipment for 30 days (these durations sum up).
  
• If you manage to claim 60 and more victories, you get the full equipment permanently.

LWRC SMG-45, HK G28 and FN FAL DSA-58 hit the store till the 29th of January.

LWRC SMG-45 and HK G28 are available via Random Kredit and Crown Boxes, while FN FAL DSA-58 can be found exclusively in Random Kredit Boxes.


In terms of combat specs, LWRC SMG-45 is a hulkier version of the UMP. It can dish out the highest damage of all Engineer primaries and is capable of killing with a single shot to the head. To offset this strength, we’ve given it a lower rate of fire, harsher recoil and restricted its effective range. SMG-45 also comes with two unique attachments:

• LWRC SMG-45 1.3x collimator sight
  
• LWRC SMG-45 angle grip: increases accuracy, substantially reduces recoil, increases weapon selection / deselection speed

Landing killing blows with LWRC SMG-45 will unlock custom achievements.




When it comes to combat stats, HK G28 is a totally different breed. The rifle allows its user to be effective at any range, as its unique collimator sight accommodates for medium to close range encounters. Alongside versatility, G28 excels in delivering substantial damage — two shots will be enough to take any target down, while a single headshot will be lethal. To add spice to the mix, this German DMR’s not too needy on recoil and boasts a competitive rate of fire, while the Golden version grants an even greater rate of fire and an increased magazine capacity.



Let’s take a look at the broad selection of attachments available for this rifle:

• Schmidt Bender 3 4.5x fast zoom scope
  
• Vector Optics Maverick 2.5x zoom collimator sight

The FN FAL comes equipped with a unique tactical grip, DSA-58. This is a considerable improvement in terms of handling the weapon, drastically increasing the accuracy when fired from the hip. Custom high-powered munitions allow it to deal increase damage to arms and legs in the game, as well as granting it improved damage at greater distances.

Use this weapon wisely! The laser module allows for easier targeting, though the red beam will definitely stand out in poorly-lit environment. It’s important to note that the beam does not blind your target, even when pointed directly at them.



FN FAL’s high damage and range values challenge the usual limitations of the class, which makes it a favourable choice for PvP. Extra range translates into extra seconds to take down classes that need to close in on you, and while facing snipers you’ll be able to win these very few seconds for yourself.

An almighty shop update is here! Direct sale welcomes regualar and golden Honey Badgers with Type 97, while the store also features brand new SAP6 along with "Nuclear" and "Yakuza" weapon skins that can be found via your inventory.


Engineer's Honey Badger is a superb personal defence weapon, and thus is best used in close quarters combat. Built upon the time-tested AR-15 configuration, the PDW features an integrated suppressor, thus making it a fine pick for stealthy missions.



The PDW can be placed rather high in the lists: it can deliver plenty of damage a shot at a steady rate, yet the real deal is its effective range – rivalling that of some assault rifles – and reload speed. Accuracy is not something to take into account – you only have to find the firing pattern you’re most accustomed to.



Both regular and golden versions have been buffed in today's update and can be obtained via direct purchase. Don't forget about a glorious stripe you can get by not giving a ... disposing of 999 foes with Golden Badger! As well as other achievements you get for 10 000 and 25 000 kills respectively.





Riflemen are getting Type 97 rifle. Thanks to its high damage and excellent range, this gun is effective practically at any distance.

Let's start off with highlighting its forte from a gameplay perspective: it's a pump-action shotgun that directly addresses one of the primary issues — reloading speed. Magazines allow you to reload the shotgun considerably faster than the conventional pump-action ones.



Moving up to other perks, SAP6 is a promising gun with a high rate of fire and excellent damage. This shotgun is a direct competitor to the MAG-7 and Fabarm STF 12 Compact with relatively similar rates of fire, accuracy and mag size.
