INSPIRATION



US-12 is based on the USAS-12 automatic shotgun by the Korean small arms manufacturer, Daewoo Precision Industries. The shotgun’s easily described as an absolute beast: heavy-weighing and hard-hitting. Some go as far as to describe it as a “pumped up AR-15”: it combines some elements of assault rifles -- the grip and fire control unit -- and yet has a truly explosive nature to it, which earned it a place in the media as a futuristic weapon, to some extent.

As a combat shotgun, US-12 is designed to mercilessly dispatch any enemy in the path of its user -- provided that they get close enough. While not as rapid-firing as the Viper, it is far more potent and accurate, and yet retains its speed. Not to mention, it outranges many other shotguns with the effective range of 5.5. On top of these specs, it comes with a 20-round mag and carries 40 total ammo, making it a prime weapon for Medics that like unorthodox, bold strategy.

Dear players!

Today we are going to address the smoke bug - one of the issues of great importance for the community. As you may know, we’ve identified that the ability to see through smoke comes from Nvidia’s Inspector utility.

Over the course of past several months, we’ve been trying to tackle this issue. It’s necessary to note that this bug is hard to fix, since it involves the third-party software. Our developers at Crytek have been working in collaboration with Nvidia to figure out a solution to this problem. Despite their joint efforts, most of the fixes we’ve been able to achieve are temporary, so we will keep working on a permanent solution.


Following the rising complaints within the community we’ve decided that the current penalties for abusing the bug involving Nvidia Inspector are not sufficient enough. It’s discouraging to see that some players opt in for such an exploit to get a meaningless victory, and we’re forced to introduce stricter disciplinary punishments as a result.

After May the 10th, we’ll be raising the account suspensions for abusing the Nvidia Inspector vulnerability to 30 days and higher.

It’s worth noting that reporting Nvidia Inspector abuse via a Support Centre request (in “Code of Conduct Violations” reports) is far more efficient than a simple in-game report. We encourage you to record the gameplay via the built-in My.Com Launcher recording software (you can set it to enable via a hotkey combination).

Before contacting the support please evaluate the situation once again. The fact of shooting down an opponent through smoke is in itself no proof of a bug abuse. The shots can be random and that also goes for headshots. Moreover, the smoke is not designed to be completely non-transparent and in certain situations, like with muzzle blasts, you can partially see through it. Using guns without a silencer reveals your position on the radar and the experienced players can foresee the movements of the foes and shoot at positions most likely occupied by their opponents. For example, a smoke has been used around a fallen soldier. In several seconds a medic is most certain to dive in to approach the target and start reviving. Thus you know that by shooting at the location around the treated soldier – you will probably take down the medic. The lower is the percentage of false reports, the faster the real bug abusers will be identified and punished.

We assure you that we are sincerely concerned about this specific bug and its impact on your experience. Unfortunately, this problem is so complex that even with full cooperation from Nvidia’s engineers we’ve been unable to find a direct permanent solution as of yet.

We thank you for your support and for you abiding by the rules. We will not stop until the bug issue is fixed.

• You should put only ONE correct username (not a clan name) in the “Offender nickname” field. If you want to report several cases of violation, please make separate tickets.
  
• If you’ve chosen “Griefing” the bot scans the ticket for .mp4 file or a link (starting with http/https). For this category you can upload an unlisted Youtube video.
  
• If you’ve submitted the ticket correctly it’ll be proceeded. Please, take notice that the bot was created in order to speed up the process of investigation.

Teletubbies are the winners of Season XIII Challenge Cup II. They reigned supreme on the battlefield.

As for the Masters League, its champions are Tilted and Vaevictis_eS. With sweat and blood they reached the new victory peak, congratulatons! These two teams will travel to the Tournament LAN-Finals, where they will encounter other six teams from CIS countries.

Meanwhile, Po0ts and Onliners have scored the last places in Season XIII Masters League and thus will not take part in this league next season. Their spots will be occupied by Teletubbies and EX.

M917-SR is a weapon that needs no introduction, regarded as one of the best firearms in the game.

Seize its outstanding power till 14.05.

INSPIRATION



M917-SR is based on the Calico M951S automatic rifle that employs the M960 submachine gun design. One of the distinctive features is the helical magazine atop the firearm. Owing to its futuristic looks, the weapon was well-received in the movies. While the concept of a light low-recoil large-capacity firearm appealed to many, the weapon’s future and opportunities are believed to have shrunk due to the Assault Weapons Ban of 1994 which limited the capacity of civilian guns down to mere 10 rounds.

IN WARFACE



Technically a carbine rather than a full-size rifle, M917-SR is light and mobile. It possesses the absolute highest rate of fire among all other sniper rifles in the game, while its damage, recoil and mag size make it a superb tool for any sniper.

Aside the fine combination of qualities above, M917-SR shows great performance in other fields as well: accuracy is on-point, and so is the effective range. The magazine carries a total of 30 (!) rounds, and you can carry a total of 60 ammo into battle. The reload speed is average, though with the magazine size it barely raises concern – the enemy team’s likely to be dead or desperately ducking for cover by the time you stop firing.

You can outfit the carbine with a variety of muzzle attachments, bipods and scopes to your liking.

Not every gun is clumsy or random: FN FAL features excellent stats that have allowed it to seize the high ground. And if you want to be a cut above the ordinary – obtain swamp green Nuclear or volcano red Earth Shaker Katana swords.




FN FAL comes equipped with a unique tactical grip, DSA-58. This is a considerable improvement in terms of handling the weapon, drastically increasing the accuracy when fired from the hip. Custom high-powered munitions allow it to deal increased damage to arms and legs, as well as grant the gun improved firepower at greater distances. And don’t forget about the laser module!

When all else fails, it comes to a melee weapon to finish the job. In this case slash ‘em up with the Earth Shaker Katana, leaving but a smoke trail with a flick of an arm. Burn out their will to oppose you!
