The next game update will feature a new LMG, DP-27. This particular weapon has made its name on the Eastern Front in WW2, serving as the primary infantry support weapon for the Red Army. Nothing says time-tested better than that!
INSPIRATION
Designed by Degtyaryov in 1927, this light machine gun was one of the first to be mass-produced in USSR. Nicknamed the “record player" for its distinctive “pan"-looking magazine atop the barrel, this LMG proved incredibly reliable. Despite a plethora of moving parts, its design ensures minimal maintenance and natural synergy between the parts, making it an easy weapon to use.
A total of 795,000 DP LMGs were produced, as the model went on to serve in various countries supported by the Eastern Bloc, including China, Vietnam and more.
IN WARFACE
DP-27 will be joining the heavy-hitter division in Warface, bringing extremely high damage coupled with great accuracy to the field. The golden variant of this firearm will have increased range, rate of fire and magazine capacity values.

We have taken measures regarding the players who abused the pin code system a couple of days ago. The items gained via fraudulent actions will be written off, while the accounts of players involved in the fraudulent scheme will be suspended for the period of 3 to 30 days depending on the gravity of the violation.
Please note that in case of the repeated violation the sanctions will be utilized against these accounts – up to a permanent ban depending on the gravity of your undoing. Besides, if these accounts already have a temporary block, it will be prolonged with the abovementioned number of days.
We kindly remind you that you should not get involved in any suspicious and seemingly fraudulent schemes in order to eliminate any risk of getting blocked.
Remington MSR, or Modular Sniper Rifle, is the next high-caliber weapon appearing in the game. Created in 2009 by Remington Arms, the rifle was designed to meet the harshest requirements of the armed forces. It is particularly suited for taking down high-value targets at extreme ranges up to 1.5 klicks, and as such will feature the highest effective range of all bolt-action rifles in Warface to this day. Let’s dive into the details.
INSPIRATION
Following the rearmament program, Remington Arms filed its MSR for the Precision Sniper Rifle competition. After a fierce competition, MSR was selected and adopted in the U.S. Armed Forces.
As the name suggests, the rifle has a modular configuration, allowing for barrel and shutter replacements, which, in its turn, enables its user to quickly rechamber the rifle in another caliber per the task at hand. Traditionally, the upper side features a Picatinny rail for optics while the forend allows to install bipods and other attachments. Folding gunstock is a real marvel, outfitted with an entire system of supports and rests for most optimal contact. Manufacturer claims sub-MOA accuracy at up to 1500 meters, which in essence means the rifle shoots within one inch at the given range.
IN WARFACE
Remington MSR’s going to be the undisputed champion of long-range shootouts with one-shot capability. Definitely a solid pick for PvP, isn’t it? The golden variant will feature a slightly increased rate of fire and pack a few extra rounds in the mag. The rifle also comes with several available attachments, two of them are unique: a 4x Bushnell Fastzoom scope and a Remington suppressor that increases minimal damage through stabilization. Both variants, regular and golden, will be available in Random Kredit Boxes.

The game now features for a limited time a brutal shotgun Origin-12 from the American manufacturer Fostech. Inspired by a Russian gun “Saiga-12” it differs in ergonomic effectiveness and modular construction. Origin’s creators claim that their gun has the highest RPM among all the shotguns in the world and is limited only by the speed of the person pulling the trigger.
Fostech Origin-12
Exceeding its prototype in terms of combat adaptability, Origin-12 is a modern multi-purpose weapon. Originally created for the American market of civil and police weapons – it can be used for sportsmanship, guard duties and law enforcement. This shotgun can also be relied on during the hunts.
Origin’s barrel extension is overall similar to that of Saiga-12 – apart from the addition of a large window for the release of shell casings, protected with a flap cover. The breech-mechanism arming handle is situated on the fore grip and thus stays stable when shooting. The safety lock levers are placed on both sides of the gun. The switches of the magazine case retainer and breech cut-off are located in the front part of the release bracket.
In Warface
Speaking of Origin’s in-game stats – this shotgun boasts amazing RPM, steady damage and above the average accuracy even at large distances. On top of that it offers a large clip size holding twenty bullets and high reload speed. The golden version of Origin-12 will not only make you stand out on the battlefield but will provide even more impressive RPM and effective distance. Compatible attachments include a scope and a flash suppressor.
The combination of these characteristics does not only make Origin-12 an ideal candidate for PVE modes but also allows for top performance in PVP.
And don’t forget about achievements! Annihilating foes with Fostech Origin-12 will earn you honorable distinctions.

April update has finally arrived! New TDM map “Phantom Zone”, new weapons, rebalanced old weapons and bug fixes - everything you have been waiting for.
A new addition to the legendary tier – Bowie knife, a national legend and a legacy bearer in the USA. Warface will feature its M48 variation produced by United Cutlery.
The damage and speed of its quick attack (LMB) are comparable with the ones delivered with an axe or a katana, whereas the damage of the heavy attack (RMB) is enough to kill players wearing Corundum vest with one strike.
Don’t forget about the achievements! For killing 10 000 and 25 000 enemies with this knife you will receive “Knife fight” and “Remember Alamo” stripes respectively!
M48 Bowie knife is an arsenal weapon, and it is unlocked through arsenal points you receive by playing the game. The players that have just started unlocking the legendary tier have a higher chance of unlocking the knife first. That is, new players will not need a lot of arsenal points and time to get the knife unlocked.

Increased damage (up to 63), range (up to 8.5 meters) and head multiplier, as well as the zoom-in time. The changes affect all versions of this weapon.

We have rebalanced the damage, range and recoil of a wide range of some of your favourite guns. Here is a table of full changes.
New map "Phantom Zone"
A new Team Deathmatch map is finally here, the “Phantom Zone”. Warface will clash with Blackwood in Pripyat, one of the most atmospheric ghost towns in the world, the one you can also see in the corresponding Special Operation. Anyone leaving the battlefield will inevitably die of radiation poisoning!

It is no longer possible to see through the smoke and ignore the flashbang effect.
OTHER CHANGES
Arsenal progression has become smoother. The overall number of arsenal points needed has been decreased by approx. 20%. Please note that we have recounted your VP progress according to the new system. The percentage of the progress remained the same: that is, if you made 50% progress towards the item you want to unlock, you will have exactly the same percentage after the recount, even though the VP number will be different.
Knockback grenades. Knockback grenades have been removed from the shop, including side drops from the random boxes. This does not affect the grenades that players currently have in their warehouses.
Repair cost of the following weapons has been decreased: AC7, R60E4, RST-14, Anatolia RK-102 (regular and "Atlas"), SX-41 (regular and "Anubis"), MT-19, TT‐3000 (regular, "Anubis" and "Radiance"), AP-84 Custom "Atlas", Q-88, B-5000 (regular and "Anubis").
The following melee weapon skins have been reworked: Ultra Marine knife ("Urban", "Desert" and "Wilderness"), Utility knife ("Urban", "Desert" and "Wilderness"), Katana ("Mk.60 Mod" и "Special Forces"). Now the camo also covers the blade.
Firing visuals while using the following weapons have been improved: Python, High Power Pistol, M9A1 and MD9.
PvP, Premades: specific game modes now have different restrictions regarding the number of players in premade parties that can join the game: Battle Royale – no more than 1, Free for All – no more than 5, other modes – no more than 3.
Now after certain actions (e.g. planting the bomb or jumping over an obstacle) players have a quicker weapon animation that allows shooting earlier than before. This change only concerns the guns with a special animation.
BUG FIXES
PvP, Ranked matches: some cases of players not retaining their KDA after the reconnection have been fixed.
PvP: "Storm": "Wharf": it is no longer possible to get stuck in certain places.
PvP: "Storm": "Wharf ": thrown grenades no longer get stuck between the cables in the upper part of the fence.
PvP: "Storm ": "Wharf ": it is no longer possible to get to a position that gives unintended advantage in the match.

"Russian Punisher" achievement: now kills from Viper Halloween Skin, as well as SMG-19 Wisent Halloween and Evil Santa Skins count correctly towards the achievement.
“Harvester of Pain" achievement: now kills from gold CCR CQB count correctly towards the achievement.
Smoke grenades: the pin no longer interferes with the character’s fingers.
Female Nanosuits: animation of armor repair in prone position is now displayed correctly.
Basic Scope (x5.5 Zoom): the crosshair is no longer that big.
Sniper Scope (x4.5 Zoom): visual artifacts while zooming have been fixed.
M217 (all versions): reload animation has been fixed.
Python: zoom-in without attachments has been fixed.
Interface: “Full screen” option in graphics settings has been fixed.
Animation: there is now no animation delay after you get knocked down.
Animation: team climbing with a mine in hands is now visually correct.
Fireworks grenade: item icon in shop and inventory has been fixed.
