Background and Measures Taken
From around 1:26 on 10/11/2025 JST, a database failure occurred, preventing character data from being properly saved. Since then, several maintenance sessions were carried out over the following days.
As a result of our investigation, we determined that the database was likely corrupted due to multiple factors. We have since implemented system recovery and countermeasures to prevent the recurrence of similar issues.

〇 Measure 1: About Rollback For the maintenance completed on 10/21/2025 JST, no rollback was performed. Gameplay progress after the maintenance on 10/17/2025 JST is retained. Note: The rollback performed at the end of the maintenance on 10/17/2025 restored data to the 10/9/2025 maintenance point.

③Relaxation of Succession Removal Conditions
Normally, characters who do not log in for over four weeks (28 days) lose their Succession status during maintenance. This condition will be temporarily extended to eight weeks (56 days). It will return to four weeks after a future maintenance.
Future Compensation Plans
A separate maintenance will be conducted later to provide the following compensations. Details, including the claim period, will be announced later.
①Refund of Paid OC
Paid OC consumed during the rollback period remain reduced and will be refunded in a future maintenance. ※Free OC were restored to their pre-consumption amounts through rollback.

■Refund of Bazzar Coins Bazzar Coins (revenue collected from Bazzar) were not rolled back and will be refunded.
■Adjustment of Bazzar Revenue If players collected stall revenue between maintenance on 10/9/2025 JST and 10/14/2025 JST, their collected OC were not rolled back, while the Bazzars’ sales data and unsold items were rolled back to their previous state. As a result, affected characters may temporarily possess more coins than intended. To correct this, we may reduce the corresponding stall revenue obtained during this period.
Event and Nyankoropon Schedule
New events and Nyankoropon additions originally planned for the maintenance on 10/23/2025 JST will be rescheduled. We will announce the updated schedule once it is confirmed.

Details and Compensation
A database issue occurred on 10/11/2025 at 1:26 (JST), which caused character data to not save properly. Maintenance was carried out over the following days to resolve the issue.
〇Fix 1:Rollback Implemented The database has been restored and rolled back to the state as of the 10/9/2025 (JST) maintenance. As a result, the following play data has been reverted: rewards from monster defeats, Nyankoropon results, used items, character levels, equipment status, received presents, and other in-game progress.
〇Fix 2: Shopping Plaza Temporary Closure We can confirm that, due to the rollback, some actions may cause the game to become unstable. To address this, the Shopping Plaza will be temporarily closed. The Shopping Plaza is expected to reopen after the maintenance on 10/21/2025 (JST).
〇Follow-up: Suspension of Data Deletion The scheduled deletion of a portion of inactive account data has been suspended.

From around 10/11/2025 1:26(JST), an issue occurred in the database, causing data not to be saved properly. As a countermeasure to this issue, we have performed a Temporary Maintenance.
During this maintenance, the database was rolled back to the state as of the maintenance on 10/9/2025(JST). Player data including items obtained from monster drops or clear rewards, items obtained or consumed through Nyankoropon, as well as level, equipment state, and present-box receipts, were largely affected.
