To those who logged in at least once between Thursday, 5/16/2024 JST, 14:00 and Thursday, 5/30/2024 JST, 14:00, We will provide compensation items for the numbers of days which your characters did not log in during the affected period.
※The cutoff for each day will be based on 4:00AM JST. ※The period from Thursday 5/16/2024 JST,20:00 to Friday 5/17/2024 JST, 3:59, will be counted as one day. ※The period during which the issue occurred will be determined after confirming that the temporary issue was resolved by today's release fo the 32-bit Beta version of Onigiri. ※The compensation items Above will no be included in the compensation items for the emergency maintenance on Tuesday 6/4/2024 JST.

During the maintenance on Thursday, 5/30/2024 JST, we transitioned the Steam version of "Onigiri" to a 64-bit client. However, we have encountered an issue where the game does not launch when the "Play" button is pressed in the Steam client. As a temporary measure to address this issue,we have released a 32-bit beta version of "Onigiri"。
If the issue is not resolved even after trying the solutions provided in the notice below, please switch to the 32-bit beta version of "Onigiri" and try launching the game.
①Right-click on "Onigiri" in Steam library to open the "Properties" screen.
②"Betas" → Select "32bit - onigiri 32bit" from the "Beta Participation" dropdown options to download 32-bit beta version.
※Select "None" from the "Beta Participation" dropdown options to revert your game to the 64-bit version. ※Bith the 32-bit and 64-bit versions use the same game database. There are no differences in game progress or obtained items.
If the issue persists even after trying the above solutions, please report it via the inquiry form on the Onigiri's Steam official website.

Regarding the issues related to the migration of the game client to 64-bit, which was implemented during the maintenance on Thursday,5/30/2024 JST, we would like to inform you of the current situation and our future actions.
■Regarding the issue of forced termination on specific stages
This issue involves the game client forcibly terminating when approaching specific objects in the 64-bit version. Additionally, if the game forcibly terminates due to this issue, there have been instances where logging in again, selecting a character, and entering the same place would cause another forced termination. This issue was resolved during the emergency maintenance conducted on Tuesday, 6/4/2024 JST, and Wednesday, 6/5/2024 JST. If you are still experiencing the above issue, please report it via the contact form to let us know.
■Regarding the issue of the Game Client Not Starting
This issue involves the game client displaying the message "Important files are missing. Please Reinstall." upon startup, and the client does not start. As a response to this issue, we have provided instructions to uninstall the game and manually delete the Onigiri installation folder.However, we have received reports that the client still does not start even after trying this method. We are continuing to investigate the cause of this issue, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We ask for your patience while we work on resolving it.
Additionally, when inquiring about this issue, we would appreciate it if you could provide us the following information: ・Your Windows Version ・A screenshot of the folder where "Onigiri" is installed. You can check this via "Properties"→ "Installed Files" → "Browse". ・A screenshot of the "bin" folder inside the folder where "Onigiri" is installed This folder is located directly under the folder referenced above.
◆Response to the Above Issues Considering that there are users who have not been able to log in since the maintenance on Thursday, 5/30/2024 JST, or are still unable to log in due to the above issues, we plan to extend the duration of the current event and provide compensation. Since the issue of the game client not starting is still ongoing, we will announce the details of the compensation once this issue is resolved.
Please be assured that there has been no deletion of user game data during the migration to 64-bit.

We have confirmed that due to a configuration error on the Japanese version of the official Onigiri Steam site's (https://crossplay.onigiri.cyberstep.com/) inquiry form, we were unable to check the inquiries we received. ※Inquiries made through the in-game inquiry form were confirmed without any issues.
The issue has now been solved, and our management team would respond to inquiries sequentially. Please note that for older inquiries, we would only respond to those deemed necessary.

・Fixed a bug in the Steam version where approaching certain objects would crash the game. The hitboxes of certain objects has been adjusted consequently.
