With all the new blocks and Better Home items brought into Creativerse, we thought we needed to do a bit of tidying up! The team has de-cluttered and smoothed out any creases in order to make way for future Creativerse goodness. And although this is a smaller release, we have also added a sweet bundle to spruce this otherwise quiet but necessary update up for you folks. Thank you for all your feedback and patience.
Happy building! —The Playful Team

It seems we are in the presence of Creativerse royalty! Our last event, the King or Queen of the Kitchen Realm challenge, called upon creators to build their dream kitchen and fill it with delicious, carefully presented food. Entries were served under the #KitchenKraze in either Artwork or Screenshots.
And the creators did not disappoint. Here's a few dream kitchens that left us hungry for more!
Only the most royal of kitchens have this kind of view. By TimeLady
Someone distract this creator while we steal the sushi. By LadyHawke
Fun fact: the entire kitchen is a fridge. Put that on ice. By Delvo
Perfectly placed lighting and candles, the smell of Corrupt pies in the oven... Dinnertime! By Taper
Sure, it's probably the second kitchen in the castle but it's super cozy. By nogard
We are really glad this kitchen is serving 60s style and not 60s mystery puddings! By RedGingerCat
Sometimes you just need a midnight snack... By DarlinDemon
By Miehina This very pink kitchen gives us Alice in Wonderland flashbacks.
Be sure to check out all the #KitchenKraze entries in the Steam hub, found in either Artwork or Screenshots! You've dazzled us once again, community! We can't wait until Creativerse gets it's own cooking show.
With our latest kitchen and food-themed update, the sheer amount of culinary decor, food, and display options is so staggering, we can't rule out the possibility of someone building a kitchen brunch spread so powerful it tears the very fabric of space-time. Hopefully it doesn't come to that, but to be sure, we're hosting a competition. The goal? To determine the ultimate King or Queen of the Kitchen Realm.
To participate, simply build your dream kitchen and fill it with delicious, artfully placed food. Then share a screenshot on our Steam hub, either in Artwork or Screenshots (pro tip: Artwork images can end up as loading screens in the game). Important: make sure you include #KitchenKraze in the image description.
Unlike traditional competitions, we'll be following the Playful rulebook of declaring everyone who participates a winner, which means you will all be crowned Kings and Queens and endowed with the gift of 150 coins.
Deadline to participate is Tuesday, July 7 at 10 am Central US time.
The perfect skillet. Sunday Roast. Toast! Does this deliciousness strike your fancy? In the past few updates, we’ve gone into a bit of a frenzy cooking up new ways to spruce up your Creativerse homes with bathrooms and gardens, so it’s only logical that the kitchen came next. Also, we were hungry.
The Better Homes department has a tantalizing assortment of Sunday Brunch accoutrement, including a kitchen sink and refrigerator, both of which act as displays, an oven range that doubles as a cooking station, a coffee maker that gives you a burst of energy, a Heavenly Baked Hog that’s not only delicious but 100% calorie free. That’s not even the half of it — just scroll down to the patch notes and see what we mean. The wildest part? It’s all available in a bundle that is completely FREE (for a limited time).
This update’s mascot is Egghead, with whom you can delight and/or terrorize your friends with by picking up the outfit in the store. It’s perhaps an unconventional costume, but 2020 has been an unconventional year and we’re responding in kind. While you’re there you can pick up the Skillful Skillet, a weapon and frying pan all in one. Just be sure not to crack up while wearing the Egghead. You may end up as breakfast.
This update’s sidekick mascot is Petey, a new companion that you all voted on (if you didn’t, you need to follow us on social media more). Petey may be domesticated, but his wild counterparts from the Parroki genus aren’t, so keep an eye out for them. They’ll be spawning in a world near you. —The Playful Team

Creators, there’s nothing more relaxing than gardening. We love it so much we are making a party out of it (so, the opposite of relaxing).
This blooming, groovin’ Garden Party Update has everything: critters, pots, plants, even a pretty dangerous shovel called Dirtslayer. You can already smell the flowers, like the Prickly Pal Cactus Plant or the succulent plant, filling up your worlds with the pure scent of life itself. No previous gardening experience required.
And of course, we can’t have plants without bees and butterflies! Along with your gardener’s essentials, we’ve added new ambient insects to the world, as well as the cutest companion you ever did see: Buzzkill. Just don’t get on his bad side.
For advanced you Creators, we’ve added four new machines to this update, including tools to make teleporting and chest access easier as well as an inventory sensor and a “math gate”. Can’t wait to see how y'all put those to use! Maybe a perilous garden maze adventure? Just thinking out loud...
Happy building!

Players have submitted more than 33,000 of them on the Steam Workshop. That's amazing!
It leads us to an important question: What are the best LEAST KNOWN blueprints in the workshop?
This weekend, we have a challenge for you: help us go beyond the Most Popular and Most Subscribed tabs. Help us find the interesting, unique, impressive blueprints that slipped through the cracks. Help us find the unsung heroes of the Blueprint Workshop.
Once you've found your favorite lesser known blueprint...
Include the workshop URL, AND the hashtag #UnsungBlueprints in the image description.
We will award 150 coins to every player who participates!
