This maintenance includes gamble updates, a new pet to Fashion Shop, beauty item sales, and new year's blessing packages.

Infinite Box has been discontinued from the Fashion Shop.

Dragon Trainer Package in the Web Promo Shop and Steam DLC has been discontinued after this maintenance; we are planning to add a new gift package in the near future.

Due to packet losses and heavy lag spikes caused by unexpected network maintenances during December 19 ~ December 23, players that have logged in at least once during this period will receive the following compensation package:

We are aware that error codes 39001 & 39005 are preventing some users from making purchases on Steam. We are currently investigating what is causing this issue, and hope to resolve it as soon as possible.

Hello Heroes,

Our investigations have concluded that one of the network service providers, Cogent Communications, and its recent maintenances have been causing unexpected packet losses in the past few days. This issue has typically started at approximately 7:00 PM OGP until 4:00 AM OGP. Any players with specific Internet Service Providers that use this network to connect to our servers have been found to be affected by above.

Until this is resolved by Cogent Communications, we are looking for possible solutions that can be implemented as soon as possible. We understand that this can be a very frustrating issue, especially with the recent major update, and hope to provide a more stable experience as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologize for this issue, and thank you again for your patience. As a small compensation, 2x EXP / 2x IDR will be in effect until December 25th, 2016 (3x EXP / 3x IDR during weekends). A compensation package will be given to anyone that has logged in since December 19, 2016 when we have resolved this issue.
