Clan and Party
It is now possible for players to promote companions into nobles with their own clan. In order to use this feature, the player must:
Be the leader of a kingdom.
Have at least one fief.
Have an active companion that is not a family member.
Have 20.000 Denars and 500 Influence ready to spend for the promotion.
Once the conditions are met the player can initiate the dialogue with a companion about their promotion. The player will grant the companion one of their fiefs and will be able to name their clan. The newly created clan will be a tier 2 clan and receive a 50 relation bonus with the player’s clan.
Removed influence gain from donating troops to a clan member's party.
Armies
Factions will no longer create armies if they are not at war.

Players can now earn Loot by playing the game.
Loot is earned whenever the player receives Experience Points by Playing Skirmish and Captain Modes. Every 10 points of Experience awards 1 Loot.

Loot is also earned when a player gains a level (Loot for previous levels gained is awarded cumulatively when a player gains a level for the first time after the update).
Players can spend Loot to obtain cosmetic items to customize their troops.
Once an item is obtained, that item can be used for all applicable troops. No need to obtain the item again for different troops.

Animations now support switching the item on the right hand to the left, and back. The appropriate flag for this is "switch_item_between_hands" which can be set in the editor. The addition of "hand_switch_data" to the animation is then also required to be set in the editor.
Damage Particles are now moddable. A new GameModel named DamageParticleModel has been added. By creating and using a new model class inherited from DamageParticleModel and overriding needed functions modders can choose damage particles very precisely according to collision properties.
banner_icons.xml is now moddable. Modders can include their own banner_icons.xml in their modules under "{MODULE_NAME}/ModuleData/banner_icons.xml". Sigils, backgrounds and colours defined in these XMLs will extend the native banner icons.
Added editor visuals that show ranged siege weapon trajectories.
Languages are now moddable. Modders can now change options for all languages by providing their own options file. (see Native/ModuleData/Languages/[ID]/[id]_options.xml).

Adjusted horse fall animations for gameplay.
Combat
Reworked kick: Added new animations and increased the penalty for missing a kick.
Being able to kick immediately after falling hard from some height is no longer possible.
Being able to switch between weapons during an attack release is no longer possible.
Ready attack and defend animation durations are no longer bound to poses of the animations. Instead, they are now calculated from a data table, with more consistent values. This should make attacking and defending more predictable.
Stun Changes:
Defender stuns are lowered, by reducing the impact of weapon weight. Reduced the momentum factor that gets calculated from the attackers and defenders weapons physical attributes (weight) so defender stuns are reduced. Effectively, the length of the stuns is affected less by weapon weights.
Heavy Attacks deal more defender stun and damage. Heavy attacks now deal around 15% more stun to defenders. They also deal slightly more damage now.
Active blocks cause attacker stun based on defender weapon weight. Similar to how the attacking weapon causes more Defender stun.
Couch Lance changes:
Reduced mount turning speed while the rider is couching.
Made a small adjustment to the camera (zooms in slightly).
Slightly reduced Archer turning speed while aiming.
Reduced the length of infantry knockdown animations.
Adjusted the timings of when dismounted cavalry are able to use their shields when getting up.
Horse Head and Neck damage modifiers for Pierce decreased from 2x to 1.2x.
