The Black Cloud Merchants are again running their popular Shugo Game in which you can win valuable prizes – including the following items:


The Cuddly Sheep Box, the Cat Cape, the [Event] Bundle of Legendary PvE Enchantment Stones, [Event] Legendary PvP Enchantment Stone as well as the Form Contract: Bah.


To take part, you will need Shugo Game Tokens, which you can purchase in the AION Shop from 24/10.


Free! During the event period you will receive three Shugo Game Tokens for free in the AION Shop.


How the Shugo Game works:

• Open the Shugo Game by clicking on the Shugo symbol at the bottom-right side of the screen.
• Then, by clicking on 'Continue', the game will start and a Shugo Game Token will be used up.
• Try to upgrade the weapon to the maximum level (8) to then earn reward of the highest level.
• Naturally you can click on 'Stop' at any time to end the game and collect the reward for the level that you have attained.
• The upgrading can also fail. Should this happen, you will receive the reward for level 1. If you wish to start from the beginning, you will need another Shugo Game Token.
• By using Shugo Game Tokens, the upper bar fills with Shugo Points. Once it is full, the Nyerk Fever begins. As long as this is active, your chances of successfully upgrading increase and it is more likely that you will win more valuable prizes.

Notes:

• You will automatically be given the prize for the level that you got to if you log out or switch to a different character while participating in the Shugo Game. The game cannot be continued.
• If you reach level 6 or higher and the upgrade fails, you will be able to use two additional Shugo Game Tokens to try again from the level that you failed at.

Those who have no fear, win! An unnatural mood has swept across all of Atreia - those that can keep their cool now will be able to celebrate, battle and clean up in the Halloween event: there’s daily quests, bombastic buffs, exploding pumpkins and impressive rewards all across Lakrum.

NPCs: Esta or Isuta


You can complete a quest daily to earn yourself two Transformation Potions! NPCs Esta and Isuta will be waiting for you in the capitals within Lakrum. Pay them a visit and be rewarded! A full list of potential rewards can be viewed further down this news post.


Get 100% more AP and a drop rate boosted by 100% for one hour in Lakrum. You receive the buffs by clicking on the coffin that appears in Lakrum. Activate your buffs as many times as you like – the only catch is that you cannot renew them when they are active.


Charging stations for Candy Bombs will appear daily from 6 PM till 11 PM in Sanctum and Pandaemonium as well as on the fields of Atreia. Hunt the Pumpkin Kings in the instances listed below and blow them up with the event bombs – it’s the only way to defeat them!


The bombs can be collected from the Charging Stations for Candy Bombs every 10 minutes (up to a maximum of 20 a day).


Defeat an event boss and you will receive 1 Pumpkin King’s Bundle as well as 1 Halloween Pumpkin. A full list of the instances in which the Pumpkin Kings appear can be found further down this news post.

Since the last update there have been problems with the Gold Packs – the bonuses included in them have not been credited to you. For this reason, with the next maintenance on 24/10, we will be sending you your Shugo Gold and Luna in the form of items. As a small compensation for the circumstances, we will also be gifting you 30 Shugo Gold and 10 Luna.

• You will receive 30 Shugo Gold for every day between 19/9 and 23/10/2018 in which you had an active Gold Pack (you do not have to have been logged into the game for this).
• In addition, you will also receive 30 further Shugo Gold once as compensation.
• This refund can be found in under ‘Manage bonuses’ in the AION Shop, where you can then decide which character to transfer the Gold to.

• If you had a Gold Pack active between 10/10 and 23/10, you will receive the 40 Luna from the Pack and an additional 10 as compensation.
• This refund can also be found in under ‘Manage bonuses’ in the AION Shop, where you can then decide which character to transfer the Luna to.

• You’ll find the Shugo Gold and Luna as free items in the shop. If you have an active Gold Pack, these items will be shown there (they will be highlighted). The items can be collected from the shop every 30 days.
• The ‘40 Luna’ item will be delivered to you in-game in your postbox.
• The ‘Shugocopia’ item will also be placed in your in-game postbox. From the moment that you take it into your inventory you will be able to use the item once daily for 30 days in order to receive your 30 Shugo Gold.

Visit the AION Shop from 4/10 to 18/10, give the Wheel of Destiny a hefty spin and win some great prizes!

With a little luck, you could end up winning some rare items such as the Weda Minion Contract, the Form Contract, the Karemiwen Minion Contract, the Bundle of Class A-C Minionite or the Assassin's Outfit.

Simply click on the Wheel of Destiny in the AION Shop to get a spin. After purchase, the wheel kicks into motion and stops on a random segment, which displays your prize.

Save the Moon Festival from 01/10 to 24/10 and grab valuable items. You can look forward to rewards that include the Tetragon Hopper Box, the Legendary PvE Enchantment Stone, the Legendary PvP Enchantment Stone and the Pixel Weapons Chest!





The Moon Festival is a traditional festival that sees the whole family come together. Lively discussions, fun games and lots of food are the order of the day during this celebration.


But because of the war against Ereshkigal, this year lots of Daevas are running late with preparations for the festivities. As well as this, many sons can't return to their families because they're still bogged down in battles.


So it's up to you to save the Moon Festival! One family needs a lot of help in particular to gather all the ingredients they need so they can make a Moon Cake Dish. Talk to the father and son first and receive a daily quest. Once you've done that, hand over the Moon Cake Dish to the mother and you'll be rewarded with [Jakunerk] Ring's Kindness.


Don't know much about baking? Don't worry - we've put together the recipe here for a tasty Moon Cake Dish:

• [Jakunerk] Steamed Rice
• [Jakunerk] Red Beans
• [Jakunerk] Grain
• [Jakunerk] Minced Meat
• [Jakunerk] Moon Cake Batter

The Moon Cake Batter can be obtained when you log in daily (1x hourly, maximum 20 per day). You'll receive the other ingredients as a reward for completing quests and defeating boss opponents.

Daeva, toast to AION's birthday with us! Until 3rd October, you'll have the chance to pick up a Surprise Selection Box once a day.


But beware - there's a horrible monster inside the box! If you defeat it, you'll be rewarded with black or white feathers. With a little luck, you can even receive one or more Minion Contracts.





Here's what you need to know about the event:

• You'll receive a Surprise Selection Box from the AION Shop.
• You can open this in Gelkmaros, Inggison or Lakrum.
• The Surprise Selection Box lets you choose between the Sweet Event Surprise Box and the Cute Event Surprise Box.
• The Sweet Event Surprise Box summons a monster from level 55 to 74.
• The Cute Event Surprise Box summons a monster from level 75 to 80.
• The monsters are random and can appear as normal or elite monsters.
• You can receive the Surprise Selection Box once a day per account as soon as you reach level 55.

The Surprise Selection Box randomly contains the following items:

• [Event] Box of Dye
• [Event] Arch Kerubiel Minion Contract
• [Event] Cute Minion Contract (14 different types)
• [Event] Greater Minion Contract (8 different types)
• [Event] Class A Minion Contract (6 different types)

Are you ready for AION – A NEW DAWN?

Daeva, it’s time to take a tour through the brand-new region Lakrum! Look forward to thrilling adventures and amazing rewards such as the Bundle of Legendary PvP Enchantment Stones, Bundle of Legendary PvE Enchantment Stones, Selection Box of Legendary Transformation Potions (3 Potions), Bundle of Genesis Crystals (7 pieces) and Stigma Selection Box.





In the cities you’ll meet Lakrunerk, who offers three daily missions for you:

• Kill 10 Elyos or 10 Asmodians (depending on faction)
• Defeat a Legate of the Lakrum Garrison
• Defeat 10 Shugolings

In reward you’ll earn XP plus Shugoling’s Jewels which can be exchanged for amazing prizes from Lakrunerk.


In addition, various monsters appear in Lakrum which not only grant Shugoling’s Jewels, but also drop useful PvP items (such as the Shugoling Protection Potion).




Hint: Please note that the event items will no longer be available after the event.

A lot of players have asked for it – now, with the new update, a long sought-after feature is coming: unbreakable equipment! None of the equipment items that you upgrade through Enchantment will now break when it fails. You’ll never again need to worry about equipment being lost when enchanting – what a wonderful feeling!





Also new with the upate is the Transformation System: the Transformation Cards not only change your appearance but also grant you mighty abilities that you can then use against your foes. Look forward to all kinds of Transformation Cards and teach your enemies the meaning of the word ‘fear’!





Chase the Gold Standard in AION 6.0: visit premium NPCs Shugobot and the Shugo Vending Machine and reap the benefits. You’ll get the following advantages with the activation of a Gold Pack:

• Receive 40 Luna for every Gold Pack
• Receive 30 Shugo Gold daily (as part of the daily login bonus system)
• Your available character slots increase to 11
• Loot with a 10% bonus
• ... and plenty more!

Less grind, more fun: you can’t be stopped in AION 6.0! The improved level progression of levels 1 through 75 ensure a rapid and entertaining ascension. There’s also the reworked and captivating story! High-level players can look forward to the new maximum level of 80.
