It’s finally here! Veterans can continue their adventures with 20 fresh Elite levels.


We’re expanding the Veteran system on 6th December 2017! The release brings 20 Elite levels which add to the existing 80 Veteran levels.


The Elite levels work as follows:

• Once you’ve reached Veteran level 80, each Gold Pack (30 days) used in the game increases your Elite level by 1. 
• Each Elite level you reach unlocks additional rewards which can only be assigned to one of your character. 
• In contrast to the existing Veteran levels, the Elite level rewards are not reset after 6 months and can't be applied to another character.
• As with the regular Veteran levels, the individual rewards can be seen in the tooltips from the respective levels in the Veteran system.

Note: The Elite levels released are only available for 3 months. After that, no further Elite levels can be reached by activating Gold Packs (30 days).

• Your existing Elite rewards remain available to you. These can be viewed and assigned to an individual character in the section ‘Elite Rewards’ under ‘Manage bonuses’.
• In the overview you can still see which and how many Elite levels you have achieved in the 3 months.
• A countdown shows how long the Elite level period has to run.

We will occasionally release new Elite levels, offering rewards close to players’ hearts which are useful for the gameplay. Newly released Elite levels will be announced to you in due course.

Postanowiliśmy wziąć przykład z wielkodusznego Santa Shugo i przygotowaliśmy wspaniałe eventy:


Czas trwania: 29.11.2017 - 20.12.2017


Shugo są już w świątecznym nastroju i są odpowiednio szczodre: rzucając kostką, możesz wygrać wartościowe przedmioty – w zależności od tego, na którym wylądujesz polu! Rzuć po prostu kostką i zagraj kilka rund na planszy.


Rozpocznij grę, wybierając odpowiednią ikonę (złota kostka) w prawym dolnym rogu interfejsu. Aby wziąć udział, musisz mieć kostki. W czasie trwania eventu co tydzień otrzymasz od nas jedną kostkę bezpośrednio w grze, o ile posiadasz na swoim koncie postać o poziomie 46 lub wyższym. Zobaczysz ją bezpośrednio w interfejsie swojej planszy.


Ponadto możesz codziennie odbierać trzy bezpłatne egzemplarze w AION-Shopie (1x na konto). Aby otrzymać kostkę w Sklepie, potrzebujesz co najmniej jednej postaci o poziomie 15 lub wyższym, a Twoje konto musiało zostać utworzone przed 29.11.2017 godz. 00:00. Łącznie otrzymasz więc legendarną liczbę 22 bezpłatnych rzutów kostką tygodniowo.


Każdy rzut kostką umożliwi Ci przesunięcie się od 1 do 6 pól do przodu. Otrzymasz odpowiednią nagrodę, a pole zostanie oznaczone zielonym haczykiem. Jeśli po okrążeniu planszy wylądujesz na odwiedzonym już wcześniej polu, zostanie ono pominięte i przeskoczysz dalej na sąsiednie pole.


Pamiętaj: plansza jest resetowana co środę o godz. 9:00. Rozpoczniesz wtedy ponownie od punktu startowego, a zielone haczyki na odwiedzonych już polach zostaną usunięte.
Łącznie dostępne są trzy plansze, z których co tydzień wybierana będzie dla ciebie losowo jedna.

Dodatkowa informacja: jeśli nie użyjesz darmowej kostki rozdawanej w każdym tygodniu, to zresetuje się ona wraz z planszą

Aby wziąć dział w grze, potrzebujesz pieniążków Jang, które można zdobyć podczas eventu "Śnieg w Atreii". Alternatywnie możesz je otrzymać jako nagrodę w evencie rzutów kostką.


Jak zagrać w grę Shugo:

• Otwórz grę Shugo, klikając symbol Shugo w prawym dolnym rogu ekranu.
• Poprzez kliknięcie "Dalej" rozpoczyna się gra i zużywany jest jeden pieniążek Jang.
• Spróbuj ulepszyć broń do maks. poziomu 8, aby otrzymać nagrodę najwyższego poziomu.
• W każdej chwili możesz zakończyć grę, klikając "Stop", i zgarnąć nagrodę osiągniętego poziomu.
• Ulepszenie może się nie udać. W tym przypadku otrzymasz nagrodę poziomu 1. Gdy zaczniesz grę od nowa, zużyjesz ponownie jeden pieniążek Jang.
• Wydając pieniążki Jang, zapełniasz górny pasek punktami Jang. Gdy go zapełnisz, zacznie się szczęśliwa passa. Podczas szczęśliwej passy masz lepszą szansę na pomyślne ulepszenie i jeszcze cenniejsze nagrody.

Wskazówka: gdy w trakcie gry Shugo wylogujesz się lub zmienisz postać, otrzymasz automatycznie nagrodę uprzednio osiągniętego poziomu. Kontynuacja gry nie jest możliwa.

Gdy osiągniesz poziom 6 lub wyższy, a ulepszenie nie powiedzie się, możesz wydać pieniążki Jang, aby spróbować ponownie od poziomu, na którym doszło do skuchy.

The gleam of snow and scent of gingerbread: Atreia is full of cheer and getting ready for the Solorius Festival! The Christmas trees have been decorated, Christmas hats are the latest craze in the towns and those who are not careful keep finding themselves caught in the crossfire of a rain of snowballs.


We have looked to Santa Shugo for inspiration and prepared some great events:


Running: 29/11/2017 - 20/12/2017



The Shugos are already in a festive mood and are feeling generous: roll the dice for valuable items – what you get depends on the field you land on! Throw the dice and play a few rounds on the game board.


You can open the game using the corresponding icon (golden die) in the bottom-right of your UI. To take part, you will need dice. We will be giving you one every week in-game, provided you have a character on your account who is level 46 or higher. You will find it directly in the UI for your game board.


Additionally, you will be able to collect three freedice daily in the AION Shop (once per account). To get the tokens from the shop, you will need to have at least one character who is level 15 or higher and your account has to have been created before 29/11/2017 at 00:00 AM. In total you will receive a wonderful 22 free dice per week.


Each die lets you move between 1 and 6 fields. You then receive the correspondent prize and the field will be marked with a green cross. If you’ve travelled the length of the game board and land on a field that you already visited, you will skip it and continue to the adjacent field.


Note: The game board will be reset every Wednesday at 9 AM. You then start again at the beginning and the green crosses on visited spaces will be removed.
In total there are three boards, of which one will be selected for you at random.

Additional information: if you don’t use the free die given every week, it will be reset with the board.

The Black Cloud Merchants are also celebrating the Solorius Festival. With this in mind, they’re running their popular Shugo Game again and have put in some really valuable prizes for the winners. For example, you could win a [Jakunerk] Archangel Wings Box, Illusion Godstone: Kasika's Shackles, Mighty 100% Manastone Socketing Aid (Mythical) or a Shugo Edition Illusion Godstone Bundle.


To take part, you will need Shugo Game Tokens, which you can earn in the event ‘Snow in Atreia'. Alternatively, you can receive them as a possible reward from the Lucky Dice event.


How the Shugo Game works:

• Open the Shugo Game by clicking on the Shugo symbol at the bottom-right side of the screen.
• By clicking on 'Continue', the game will start and a Shugo Game Token will be used.
• Try to upgrade the weapon to the maximum level (8) to then earn reward of the highest level.
• Naturally you can click on 'Stop' at any time to end the game and collect the reward for the level that you have attained.
• The upgrading can also fail. Should this occur, you will receive the reward for level 1. If you then wish to start fresh from the beginning, a further Shugo Game Token is required.
• By using Shugo Game Tokens, the upper bar fills with Shugo Points. Once it is full, the Nyerk Fever begins. As long as this is active, your chances of successfully upgrading increase and it is more likely that you will win more valuable prizes.

Note: You will automatically be given the prize for the level that you got to if you log out or switch to a different character while participating in the Shugo Game. The game cannot be continued.

If you reach level 6 or higher and the upgrade fails, you will be able to use two additional Shugo Game Tokens to try again from the level that you failed at.

The Shugo Imperial Tomb will once again be opening its gates to players level 45 and up. Seek out Indiana Jonshunerk in Sanctum or Pandaemonium to enter the instance in the form of a Shugo Warrior. Together with one to two fellow players, stop the tomb raiders who have their eyes on the treasures of this lost empire.


This time around too there are some enticing rewards such as the Phoenix Wings, the Fire Dragon King's Shimmering Weapons Chest, Panda's Go-Kart, Advanced Daevanion Protector's Weapons Chest, Prigga Legion's Enhanced Weapons Chest, Minionite and much more.


Starting 08/11, you will find some useful items for your excursion into the instance in the AION Shop: the Entry Scroll for the Shugo Imperial Tomb increases the number of visits you can take to the instance by one, meaning you can dive right back into the tomb. In the burial chamber of the Emperor, Empress and the Crown Prince there are valuable chests waiting, which you can alternatively open using the Indestructible Treasure Chest Key from the AION Shop instead of the in-game keys.

There is currently an issue with one of the rewards from the Shugo Imperial Tomb. You have a chance to get 2 estimas when you open the 3 keys chest.
Unfortunately, the game can’t provide 2 estimas out of this item. Therefore, all the players who received only one estima from this specific chest will receive the second one when the event ends.
The issue is only there for the 3 keys chest and does not affect lowest chests.

You can complete a quest daily to earn yourself two Halloween transformations! NPCs Esta and Isuta will be waiting for you in the capitals within Esterra and Nosra. Pay them a visit and be rewarded! A full list of potential rewards can be viewed further down this news post.


Get 400% more XP and a drop rate boosted by 100% for one hour in Nosra or Esterra. These buffs can be attained by clicking on 5 consecutive candles that appear on a coffin in the middle of Nosra and Esterra. Activate your buffs as many times as you like – the only catch is that you cannot renew them when they are active. These buffs replace those placed by amulets (for example, those attained through Pure Merek's Wondrous Prayer). They cannot be stacked.


Charging stations for Candy Bombs will appear daily from 6 PM till 11 PM in Sanctum and Pandaemonium as well as on the fields of Atreia. Hunt the Pumpkin Kings in the instances listed below and blow them up with the event bombs – it’s the only way to defeat them!
The bombs can be collected from the Charging Stations for Candy Bombs every 10 minutes (up to a maximum of 20 a day).
Defeat an event boss and you will receive 1 Pumpkin King’s Bundle as well as 1 Halloween Pumpkin. A full list of the instances in which the Pumpkin Kings appear can be found further down this news post.

Attention! For every 69 AION Coins per character that you spend in the AION Shop, we’ll send a Halloween Pumpkin to the respective character in-game. This shop offer will run from 31/10/2017 at midnight until the end of the event on 8/11/2017. (You can repeat this as many times as you wish to for the duration of the offer.)

We will also send the Halloween Pumpkin to your character if you gift an item in the shop to one of your friends and thereby reach the 69 coin mark with that character.

In combination with the changes to the Luna instances a few weeks ago, and as we already announced in the forums, we are taking a closer look at the topic of the availability of All Powerful Enchantment Stones and manastones in the game.


For this reason, today there will be some changes made to the quests and rewards for the Hero Trials.


We have made the following changes to the rewards in the 21-day rotation for the Hero Trials:



We will continue to monitor your feedback regarding the availability of All-Powerful Enchantment Stones and Manastones and will make more changes as needed.


The following changes have also been applied to the Hero Trials:

• In the quest rewards, all Ceranium Medals have been replaced with Spinel Medals (the amount remains the same).
• Spinel Medals and Lodas' Golden Stars have been added to the rewards for the quests ‘Find and eliminate 40 Elyos/Asmodians (level 65 or higher) in the Abyss’.
• The quests ‘[Group] Raging Priests’ (Nosra) and ‘[Group] Raging Assassins’ (Esterra) now requires that the player kill ‘Raging Calyda Priests’ and ‘Raging Tarha Assassins’. For this, the required amount has been reduced from 20 to 5 respectively.
• The amount of Raging Tarha Assassins and Raging Calyda Priests required for the quest ‘[Group] Enemy's Realm’ in Esterra and Nosra has also been reduced. Instead of 10 monsters as prior, now only 3 must be defeated.

In combination with the changes to the Luna instances a few weeks ago, and as we already announced in the forums, we are taking a closer look at the topic of the availability of All Powerful Enchantment Stones and manastones in the game.
