It’s that time of the week once again to check the ladder rankings and reward the best players from each realm. So without further ado, we present to you this week’s heroes of the arena!
Last month, we offered every Dragon’s Prophet player to draw their dream Osiran costume and and to send it to us. An awesome bunch of wonderful costume designs later, we are happy to present to you today the winning costumes of our Design a Costume contest!
1. Fiery Phoenix Armor by Cadell
Most definitely the hottest of all entries, this scorching design by prolific player Cadell wins first place and is surely going to warm up Auratia’s atmosphere by several degrees!
2. Fadernoc’s Armor by SeyrenWindsor
This sleek silvery blue armour by SeyrenWindsor was inspired by one of the most popular dragons in the game; we’ve named Liquid Silver/Fadernoc! It offers a nice ice cold alternative to Cadell’s winning armour!
3. Not-So-Fluffy Set by 22Rii
Does the name sound familiar? It’s probably because 22Rii’s creations have already had the honour of being developed in game. It seems like 22Rii is as talented when it comes to creating costume designs as she is when it comes to dragon design!
3. bis! Rabensturm by RavenToxidermic
Runewaker couldn’t decide between these two last armours, so they’ve nicely offered to pick both! We must admit that this head turning futuristic and dark design by RavenToxidermic would stun any jury in awe!
These are already incredibly nice designs to admire, but it’s not the end of the story yet! Stay tuned for exclusive previews of these costumes’ development process as Runewaker teams implement them in game!
In “Dragon of the Week”, the Infernum Community Team highlights a dragon from the world of Auratia.
The Bright Year is mostly seen near rocky crevasses, where it likes to settle down in caves. With its strong forearms, it climbs up and down the cliff faces whilst it uses its thorny tail for balance. Some people claim that they have seen this dragon jumping off cliffs to catch birds in mid-flight.
But this isn’t even the most interesting story about the creature. Legend has it that the Bright Year hibernates all winter long, clinging to the ceiling of its cave with its massive claws and hooked tail, only to be awoken by the roars of the Chinese dragon parade, and the sound of the firework celebrations when Chinese New Year commences.

If you experience low FPS or visual performance issues on Dragon's Prophet, please try the following workaround.
Before anything, please check that you system fits with the minimal requirements and that your graphic card drivers are properly updated. You can also go through this topic for various tips and tricks.
If you still experience FPS issues, please try and go through the following process:
Head to Dragon's Prophet main directory.
Open the file "client.ini" with the notepad. Copy and paste the following lines at the end of it: [Debug] SkipUpdate=true
Locate dp_x64.exe and dp_x86.exe files.
Run dp_x64.exe in admin mode, and play for a little while. Take note of your average FPS performance.
Close the game, then run dp_x86.exe in admin mode, and play for a little while. Take note of your average FPS performance.
Compare performances. You will probably notice better performances and improved stability when running one or the other file.
Move the defective file out of your game directory. You can save it anywhere else.
Save, and run the game normally.
In case of further decrease of performances following an update, please check your game directory for a possible reappearance of the defective file, and remove it again from the folder if necessary.
