Auto login for Steam users, which lead to a login error, has been disabled
Once the patch has been released, you will be able to launch Dragon Nest Europe from your Steam library as normal again.
You still need to login with your username and password, but everything else will be as usual, beside the top-up page. We are still working on the implementation of the top-up page for Steam users.

Dragon Nest Europe will be co-published by Shanda Games International Europe together with Shanda Games International and Cherry Credits starting from 16th March 2016. Cherry Credits is already publishing Dragon Nest SEA and is part of the Shanda Games Group.
Not much will you change for you. You will still have your account and character on the European server, along with all your data. But in order to play, you will need to bind your account to Cherry Credits. You can do so here: https://dneu.cherrycredits.com/binding/login
When creating the account on Cherry Credits the requested information are all optional except username, password and email address. But you need to enter or select something in all the fields except the mobile number, which you better keep blank.
You will need your Username and Password, which you have created at the first start of Dragon Nest Europe. If you don’t know your Username and Password anymore, we will send every Steam user their Username and a link for the password reset http://ingame.dragonnest.eu/en/Support/Forgot_password?id=2 to the e-mail address that you used to register your Dragon Nest Europe account.
Unfortunately the automatic log in function will not work for the moment. The automatic log in function will be reestablished as soon as possible. However, in order to launch Dragon Nest Europe via Steam, you will need to go to your Dragon Nest Europe Steam folder (usually C:\Program Files (X86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Dragon Nest Europe\DragonNest) and execute dnlauncher.exe
Also the billing via Steam will be temporarily not available. We are right now working on making accessible again, so you can do in game purchases as soon as possible.
We, the European team of Shanda Games, had a great run operating Dragon Nest Europe by ourselves and we are looking forward to continue our service for you, the Steam users. All your belongings will still be handled by us. Together Dragon Nest Europe will have a very capable team to assure a great future for the European community.
