We're big fans of Fallout here at Psyonix, and to celebrate next week's big Fallout 4 release, we'll be including this FREE Vault Boy Antenna as an unlockable in our next update (the one with Mutators!). Look both the Antenna and the Mutator patch to hit Rocket League hit sometime next week!
(and a huge thanks goes out to our friends at Bethesda for making this possible!)

We really appreciated your responses to our previous Rocket League News post, so we're back again with another update from Psyonix HQ!
One of the hot topics lately, has been your desire to report inappropriate activity that occurs during matches, in addition to our recently-announced (and soon-to-be-released) update for Rocket League. Here's info on both topics:
Report System Functionality:
We want your Rocket League playing experience to be fun at all times, but if you find someone messing it up by griefing, intimidating, or harassing you with malicious or offensive behavior, we want to help make that better. If you weren't already aware, players already have a few options at their disposal:
Players can disable communication (text and audio) with a specific player by selecting their names in the "Muting" menu. Players can disable text and audio chat from the entire opposing team (or completely) by pausing the game and moving into the Audio menu.
If you're a PS4 player, you have the added option of using PlayStation's "Block and Grief Reporting" system as part of a system feature, located in the "Friends" menu, under the "Player's Met" tab.
In addition to those options, we'd like to implement a dedicated system to counteract some of the worst behavior. We are currently investigating the construction of an in-game reporting tool that would, essentially, grab the dialog text from an apparently-toxic player and send it to Psyonix for monitoring. This system would take time to implement, though, so we appreciate your patience as we work it all out.
Mutators Preview:
We announced earlier this week that we're releasing a FREE game update in November that adds a number of new Presets and Custom Settings. Dubbed "Mutators," these brand-new options will allow you to change multiple aspects of your custom games. Ball size, ball bounciness, boost strength, gravity, match length, and max score are just a few of the many new modifiers that you'll be able to manipulate. In addition, we'll also offer a "Mutator Mashup" playlist that assembles several game-type Presets (like "Moonball" and "Cubic") for easy online action.
Over time, we'll continue to add additional presets to the Mashup playlist, and starting in December, we'll also add a brand-new Hockey mode. You can watch the official trailer to see what we're talking about, RIGHT HERE.
We'll continue to update you more on these (and other) topics regularly via Facebook and Twitter. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to bring them up in this thread or during our Reddit AMA on November 3! Also, don’t forget to grab your FREE Halloween items by November 2! You’ll have another chance to get them next year if you don’t grab all six. Thanks!
