Listen, there’s only one Lightning McQueen. But thanks to the newest in Soccar simulation technology, you can have your very own precision instrument of speed and aerodynamics in Rocket League! Equip the Disney and Pixar’s Cars-inspired Lightning McQueen Car*, and you’ll be hoisting the Piston Cup in no time. The Lightning McQueen Mega Bundle also includes three race-ready Decals, the Ka-chow Goal Explosion, and more!
Speed to the kickoff—the Lightning McQueen Mega Bundle will be available starting November 7.
LIGHTNING MCQUEEN
Ahhhh, breathe in that new preset smell—this is the Lightning McQueen Car you’ve always wanted.
The Lightning McQueen Car is the very first in Rocket League to feature dynamic expressions! Lightning will look around the pitch while you cruise the Arena, then narrow his eyes in focus as you approach supersonic speeds.
With the Lightning McQueen Mega Bundle, you’ll be able to play as three different versions of the Route 66 icon. First up is the classic. With number 95 on the side and a flashy lightning bolt, you’ll be taking the winner’s podium with plenty of style to spare.
Life is a journey, so enjoy the trip. Once you’re off the race track, slip on the Cruisin’ Decal and savor a bit of well-earned rest and relaxation. Doc’s orders!
Being friends with The King has its benefits, and now that Strip Weathers has retired you can don racing’s most famous blue hue with the Dinoco Decal. Wish you could perfectly match your party’s colors in the Arena? You can! Since there’s both a red and blue Decal, you’ll be able to assign each to a team color in your Garage.
The whole world should know when you’re winning. Celebrate every goal with the Ka-chow Goal Explosion. Throw in the “Life Is A Highway” Player Anthem by Rascal Flatts, and they’ll have no choice but to get drivin’.
Of course, no champion race car is complete without a set of wheels to match. The red Lightyear Racing Wheels and blue Lightyear Dinoco Wheels are both tuned and ready for the pitch! Prefer an old-school look? The Lightyear Whitewall Wheels bring back memories of classic hot rods and roadsters.
The Lightning McQueen Car, Ka-chow Goal Explosion, and “Life Is A Highway” Player Anthem will also be available for individual purchase.

Challenge Rewards
Your trick-or-treating bucket will be full in no time when you earn Haunted Hallows Challenge rewards! For the witches out there, the floating eyeballs and squirming centipedes of the Creep Jar Player Banner and Avatar Border will have you feeling right at home.
Get creepy cute with the frankenblobby Bolt Head Topper, or equip the retro Vampire Teeth Antenna if you vant a bite of Halloween nostalgia.
Players can also earn up to five Golden Pumpkins by completing Challenges. Luckily, there’s nothing sinister hiding inside—just open them in your Inventory to instantly unlock items from the Turbo, Elevation, and Zephyr Item Series!
Spooky Cube
Hop into Farmstead (Spooky) Arena and smash that pumpkin! In the Spooky Cube Limited Time Mode, the ball has been replaced by a super speedy jack-o-lantern. You’ll need quick reflexes to chase down this ghastly gourd once it begins bouncing around the Arena on October 18.
Haunted Heatseeker
Tired of dribbling? Nothing a little possession can’t fix. In Haunted Heatseeker, you’ll find that a ghastly presence takes control of the ball, launching it across the Arena with even the slightest of touches. Be wary, for if your opponent manages to block this powerful shot it will bounce right back towards your own goal instead! Players who prefer tricks over treats might even choose to sneak across the Arena for a quick Demo.
Enter if you dare—the door between Halloween Town and Rocket League opens on October 18.
Player-to-Player Trading will be removed from Rocket League on December 5 at 4 p.m. PST.
We’re making this change to align with Epic’s overall approach to game cosmetics and item shop policies, where items aren’t tradable, transferrable, or sellable. This opens up future plans for some Rocket League vehicles to come to other Epic games over time, supporting cross-game ownership.
FAQ
Q: What do I do with my duplicate or unwanted items? A: The Trade-In system for Core Items, Tournament Items, and Blueprints will allow players to continue trading in eligible duplicate or unwanted items to receive a random new item of higher rarity.
Q: What if I lent someone an item? A: These actions are not supported by Psyonix and all trades are considered final. Our support team cannot help reverse trades.
Q: What about third-party trading websites or servers? A: After December 5, there will be no way to trade items with any player or between accounts. Websites or servers advertising such services are fraudulent and have no connection to Psyonix or Epic Games.
Q: Will this undo any trades I’ve made in the past? A: No, you will not lose any previously traded items when Player-to-Player Trading is removed on December 5.

Hip-Hop History
Hip-Hop leaped over social hurdles and censorship over the past 50 years, slowly growing into the cultural colossus of today. Constructed from a supreme combination of DJs, MCs, dancers, and artists, Hip-Hop’s roots began deep in the Bronx.
It all started when talented turntablists began giving the neighborhood breakers a longer dance beat by looping a pair of records. With the crossfader in heavy use, these ‘70s block parties marked the nucleus of Hip-Hop’s creation.
Fast forward to the ‘80s, and Hip-Hop’s popularity echoed through the streets. Radio play, record deals, and tape trading gave backyard MCs an avenue toward fame and fortune. With the funky West Coast and booming South gaining their voice, heavy beats and historic verses were dropping on a daily basis. By the end of the ‘90s, we’d witness dozens of tracks hit number one on the charts.
As the millennia turned, Hip-Hop was no longer a question—it was an answer. Sprawling sub-genres covered too much ground to measure, yet artists found new ways to electrify the airwaves (and dominate the underground scene) with every release. By the time we reached our digital age of instant releases and endless access, Hip-Hop's influence had expanded beyond all borders of music and geography. Even into the Rocket League Arena.
Ready to spin the wheels of steel for yourself? The first release by Salt-N-Pepa is available now!
The smell of burning rubber fills the air while the stock cars of NASCAR round the final corner. As the checkered flag waves, the drivers suddenly find themselves facing a whole new type of challenge: Soccar! In celebration of NASCAR’s 75th anniversary, we welcome a new set of Team Decals (including an in-game Decal based on 23XI Racing’s IRL Rocket League livery,) the return of the 2022 Fan Pass lineup, and a new NASCAR’s 75th Anniversary decal!

Home to Rocket League’s opening day, Neo Tokyo’s megalithic tech scene and neon-soaked cityscape make for a landmark Arena setting. But fanged rumors lurk amongst the roots of these glittering towers. Notorious hacktivist Zero-Day has gained access to the city's digital infrastructure, and although their motives remain unclear, the city's underbelly buzzes with anticipation of what’s to come.
How will you survive this world of digital disruption? Override your Garage with the Porsche 911 Turbo, go incognito with Rocket Pass rewards, and play Soccar in Zero-Day’s corrupted vision of Neo Tokyo.
Season 12 begins on September 6, no password required!
Race Against the Machine
One of the most recognizable silhouettes in sports car history is coming to Rocket League: the Porsche 911 Turbo. This high-class powerhouse has both the style and the speed needed to create a legendary name for itself. Porsche celebrates their 75th anniversary this year, and the 911 is a timeless example of the automaker’s beloved designs.
You’ll instantly unlock the in-game Porsche 911 Turbo when you purchase Rocket Pass Premium, but once you’ve tiered up a little, you’ll also earn a version that can only be described as a wild, wide-bodied beast. The Porsche 911 Turbo RLE boasts super-sized fenders, an eye-catching lip splitter, and a stylish LED car logo on the rear. Even the turbo’s famous tea tray spoiler receives a mammoth upgrade! Whichever ride you choose, both cars use the Dominus Hitbox and will keep you cruising with a high-speed connection.
Augment Your Ride
With scavenging smugglers roaming the web, you’ll need to upgrade your car and ride out the night. Luckily, this Season’s Rocket Pass Premium has got you covered.
All your halo are belong to us! The Hacked Halo Topper adds a holographic vibe to your car without blocking much vis, perfect for sweaty circuit breakers on the move. You could also get your hands on some vintage tech with the CRT Avatar Border! No next-gen enhancements here, just analog electronics and old-school cool.
Already got your presets locked down? Try a new Paint Finish for Season 12! The Bubblewrap, Keyboard, and Pixel Paint Finishes will all give your ride a subtly different look without replacing the Items you love.
Transform the Arena into your personal computer paradise with Zero’s World—Rocket League’s newest takeover Goal Explosion. The effects of takeover Goal Explosions will cover the entire Arena whenever you score.
Sick and tired of living under our neuralwave sentinel overlords? Show your allegiance to all of car-kind with Zero-Day’s Badbeat Antenna, Zero-Day Player Banner, and Zero-Day Topper hologram. Grab an InfoSec Boost and you can start blasting corrupted data out into the Arena. Be careful though—your safety is null and void once you’ve accepted Zero-Day’s terms of service.
Seize the Circuit
For years, the name Zero-Day was spoken only in the deepest corners of the web. That all changed when a massive data flood hijacked the city's firewall matrix, plastering Zero-Day’s masked face across thousands of screens. These hijacked holograms have even transformed the local Soccar spot into Neo Tokyo (Hacked) Arena.
System Override
It’s one thing to break through a Hyper-Aether Digiwrath MKIV security system, but can you score on an open net? Prove your talent in the Arena by earning this Season’s Tournament Rewards!
Rep your last-legs gaming rig by rocking the Toasted Antenna, or doodle all over your car with the Doodled Octane Decal. Looking to mix clean with chrome? We’ve got you covered there too. The five-spoked Sabr-619 Wheels pair a metallic shine with slick treads and just a hint of color. The Sabr-619: Inverted Wheels will level up your look even further if you prefer to go full flashy flash.
If you’re really lucky, you might even land one of this Season’s Black Market items. The universal Hypno-Web Decal is an android's dream, wrapping your car in the newest encryption technology (aka an awesome-looking electric shield!) You could also land a Twisted Tornado Goal Explosion, perfect for blowing the competition away.
Data Drifters
You’re going to need the right ride in this city, and picking up an item pack is a great way to enhance your Garage. The Rookie Pack comes with a Purple Tygris Car, a futuristic set of Black Finny Wheels, and much more!
If you wanna boost your look even further, the Elite Pack offers up slick, color-coordinated gear. The Fennec Car, Quimby Wheels, and Blazer Trail all come in Forest Green, while the Neo Thermal Boost comes in Black. Also in Black, you'll get the animated Wet Paint Decal. This Black Market item is a universal Decal and can be applied to any unbranded car in your Garage.
Digital Noise
Neo Tokyo isn’t the only thing that’s been breached. Sprinkled throughout Zero-Day’s messages, a couple of clues have been decrypted by a nearby grey topper org. It appears as though one of Neo Tokyo’s most infamous tuner crews is planning to reopen the Aftermarket Item Shop Tab. There were also scattered hints suggesting this year’s Halloween celebrations will be something to remember. Keep your ear to the ground—we’ll be cracking more of Zero-Day’s code soon!
Take control of your reality as Season 12 begins September 6.
