Since the summer of 2020, a very special bus has been travelling through the French city of Rennes in Brittany. This bus is unique because it has only been manufactured once so far. It is an articulated bus, but not a normal bus, but one with electric propulsion: the "Bluebus articulé 18E".

More and more public transport companies are using such buses and trying to achieve the traffic turnaround towards less emissions with them.

Fans of OMSI can now also drive this extraordinary bus in the popular Omnibus simulation and test its performance.

Version 1.2 of the Lite introducs 8 completely new London variants with realistic Wayfarer 150, iBus and Smartblind systems to match. It also includes a completely new and even detailed interior and exterior model.

Furthermore, an emphasis on customizability was added. This version has over 40 setvars so you can customise your Lite to match even the most unique specification of a vehicle in the real-world.

Apart from improved texturing throughout, 250+ new sounds, hyper-realistic system simulation and refined vehicle physics, a huge emphasis on overall performance was added.

The popular OMSI 2 Downloadpack series with AI expansions goes into the next round! The 10th part contains varied AI buses that enrich every OMSI map.

In addition to three combibuses, which can be used for intercity services, but also for shuttle, day and touring trips, two vehicles are now available, which we will certainly see more often in the future. In addition, two bus models are included for the first time, which, with their passenger entrance on the left side, are perfectly suited for use on English maps.

All seven AI vehicles come with different repaints. This allows a realistic use on known OMSI maps. Included are repaints for selected free- and payware maps. Further repaints will follow.
