Fixed app container permission dialog popping up repeatedly for users who use a separate admin user from their normal user.
OpenXR:
Fixed an issue with prediction when apps are not making framerate.
Maximum automatic render resolution is now additionally limited based on total dedicated gpu memory. In the meantime, users can override the automatic value in Settings if needed (e.g for Pimax 8KX).
Fixed depth submission from apps that use side-by-side rendering.
Fixed formatting on the in-headset performance graph
Fixed issue with texture arrays on driver direct mode displays.
Fixed a rendering bug that affected Vulkan applications on AMD GPUs on Windows

Delayed closing the existing "scene" app until the OpenXR app starts a session.

Fixed jittery head pose tracking issue.
Valve Index:
Added support for toggling Audio -> Microphone Monitoring (sidetone) (requires firmware update)
