No one wants to get their screen scratched, but some situations require sacrifices. Like the zombie-apocalypse situation. It’s either this new, shiny tablet or you. And in Harran, you must always choose you. Fortunately, you’ve got just enough of too long, tangled cables that have been waiting all those years to finally come in useful and colourful LED lights (because we all know everything’s better backlit) to turn your hardware into deadly and stylish weapons. Well, more than that. Gaming weapons! That instantly makes them better, right?
Now, it’s time to show the infected your new gear! Chain at least three hits with the new one-handed axe—RGB AXE-Pad—to apply shock damage! Or, if you’d rather use something heavier, smash them with the Next-Gen Maul hammer. Use a charged attack to let its power flow through the circuit and shock your enemies. But sometimes it’s better not to come too close, and for that, you’ve got the LED Meta Bow. It glows, it shoots, and, most importantly, it keeps you away from the bloodthirsty monsters! But let’s not forget about the pinnacle of your crafting skills! Some extra lights here and there, just a little bit of polishing, and your buggy has turned into this cool 4wheelz ride! So, jump right into it, put on your 1337 G4m3R VR headset (Careful! It might affect your vision!) and let’s get out of this mess!
The bundle contains:
Outfit—1337 G4m3R
Buggy skin—4wheelz
One-handed axe—RGB AXE-Pad: Applies shock after the third consecutive hit
Hammer—Next-Gen Maul: Applies shock damage on charged attacks
The combination everybody needed! See what happens when two worlds of survival are brought together and meet in the midst of a zombie apocalypse! Don’t worry, though, we won’t leave you without proper equipment. Grab the free Rust DLC to get a set of unique items that will help you make it through the dangers of the unforgiving world.
When your life’s at stake, there’s only one thing you can do—grab whatever you find and use it to your advantage. Like that Heavy Plate outfit that’s apparently all the rage and will show everyone around how inventive you are. Or the Salvaged Cleaver with which you’ll chop both zombies and bandits as if they were veggies (quick disclaimer: do NOT eat the zombies! Or the bandits!). Prefer fighting from a distance? Then shoot your enemies with the Custom SMG or the Rust Assault Rifle, the latest advance in unconventional weapon-making. And for the final piece of your survivor’s kit—the new buggy, Rust Bucket—the capstone of your engineering skills. You can be sure it’ll put to shame all who have ever doubted your talent as well as remind you that nothing is impossible. Even building a car in the middle of a post-apocalyptic wilderness.
Now, let’s put all that equipment to good use and see just how long you can survive against flesh-hungry zombies and ruthless bandits. What’s more, the scientists from Rust must’ve heard about the Harran virus and have come to investigate the deadly pathogen. Surprise them with your amazing parkour skills and show them what you’ve learned from years of fighting the infected. They’re not the only enemies you’ll encounter, though. In both the Slums and the Old Town, you’ll find outposts full of Rais’ bandits. They’re dangerous places, but you’ve been to such by now, haven’t you? Crash through the front door and wreak havoc among the enemy lines or take them silently, through stealth. They won’t know what hit them, and you’ll leave with powerful elemental C4 explosives. You’ll use them better anyway, right?
Still, surviving in Harran may prove harder than expected—but you already know that. Fortunately, you’re a skilled inventor and a full-fledged survivor. Who better to build something out of nothing than you? With the right materials, you’ll be able to research and craft improved versions of your weapons. Look for the necessary resources and let ’em see how deadly scrap can become in the right hands.
The bundle contains:
Heavy Plate outfit
Buggy skin—Rust Bucket
Short axe—Salvaged Cleaver
SMG—Custom SMG
Assault rifle—Rust Assault Rifle
Global goal:
Hunt down bandits (1 000 000). Reward: A docket for the C4 Elemental Variation Blueprints
Dust off your weapons and turn on the old arcade machine again, adventurer. Something’s happened inside Ba’al’s Temple and now you can feel two energies calling you from within. One seems familiar, you might’ve heard it before, answered it even. Yet still, it feels changed. But the other one, it’s new. Though mysterious and eerie, the more you listen to it, the more it attracts you. So much that you can’t help but peek at what’s behind the portal…
New challenges to face, new areas to discover, and an ally who needs your help—an ancient conflict reignites and you must prepare for an inevitable clash. But remember the mysteries of the Ba’al’s Temple are well-guarded, and the fate of the one person who could guide you to the truth depends on you. Should you succeed, however, you’ll earn a powerful bow, Corrupted Justice, which might tip the balance in the upcoming confrontation with the forces of evil.
We’ll be adding more quests to the story mode with future updates as we gradually unveil the plot. While waiting for the new episodes, check out what’s changed in raid mode, as we’ve introduced visual and gameplay changes into the whole realm. You’ll notice the Temple’s atmosphere is much grimmer now and encounter a new type of enemy—a skeleton with a large shield. Kill it for a chance to get Bonecruncher, a two-handed hammer, but don’t sweat it if luck’s not on your side. You can also get it as a reward for reaching a new rank—Vanquisher.

The Chicken Ninja is back in town, which means we can get the annual Harran Egg Hunt rolling. As the name of the event suggests, the objective is to collect special Easter eggs – the more, the better. You will find them among the usual loot in various containers, but as you explore the city, you’ll also notice little zombies dressed in white. Those might not exactly be the cute Easter Bunnies we all deserve, but they’re what we’ve got nevertheless. If you catch and kill one, you get an egg too. In case you wonder why the eggs look like decorated grenades – it’s because that’s what they are. They come in four different types and can be used in combat to poison the enemies, freeze them, set them on fire, or knock them out.
When the community reaches the global goal, everyone will receive three gold weapon dockets. There are also two rewards for completing personal bounties – a gold weapon and the Cock-A-Doodle-Do Outfit (the legendary Chicken Ninja apparel). The event ends on Wednesday (April 7, 19:00 CEST). Happy hunting, Survivors! __________________________________________________________________ If you don't want to participate in the event, you can turn it off in the main menu (Options > Online > Community event participation). __________________________________________________________________ Remember that you can wishlist Dying Light 2 here!
Thanks to you, Hothead Joe is finally gone, but that's not the end of trouble. Another freak of nature terrorizes Harran and the GRE has no choice but to ask for your help once again.
Excavator Mike is another one of the undead GRE agents we've managed to pin down. Big and strong, he's trying to finish what Joe started—destroy both the city and its survivors. He also happens to be carrying a recipe for the GRE potion responsible for his mutations. Luckily for you, you're very much alive and able to use the ""GREcipe"" to your advantage. Kill him to get a blueprint for the special mixture. For a short time, it will grant you infinite stamina and boost some of your stats. With its help, you'll hunt the infected down even more efficiently. While looking for Mike, you might spot some of the supply drops the GRE distributed in an effort to mitigate the damage done by the mutants. Help other players retrieve enough of them and get a King Mod as a thank-you!

Here, only the best will make it. Become a part of an elite police unit and investigate the dangers lurking in Harran. Form a team with your friends to make sure you’re covered!
The zombies refuse to give up; in fact, their numbers are rising as we speak. With the situation in Harran getting worse by the hour, we’re left with no other choice but to send a Harran Tactical Unit into the city. By the time zombies see your lights flashing, it will be too late for them to retreat. Clear your way with a special HTU hammer that’ll send your enemies flying with its permanent hypermode effect. Then, open fire before they rally and pick them off with your new rifle or shotgun. Do whatever’s necessary, but remember: the operation must not fail.

Dispatcher – a Harran Tactical Unit shotgun
Guardian – a Harran Tactical Unit rifle with burst fire
HyperArgument – a Harran Tactical Unit Hammer with permanent hypermode effect
