The Archnemesis League ends on PC on Tuesday May 10th at 3pm (PDT), so this is your last week to complete any unfinished challenges. At this time, private leagues for Sentinel will become available so that you can prepare ahead of time for its launch. On consoles, the Archnemesis League will end when the Sentinel League goes live for consoles on May 18th PDT.

When the Archnemesis League ends, the current items available in Kirac's Vault Pass will be permanently locked away and replaced with new, exclusive cosmetic effects alongside the launch of Sentinel. If you've missed it, Kirac's Vault Pass is also now available on consoles. Their items will be replaced alongside Sentinel's console launch on May 18th (PDT). This is also your last chance to purchase the Archnemesis Brimmed Hat! If you want to show your support for the league, be sure to check it out in the store, which you can access in game by pressing 'M'.

Last week, we shared a teaser for the upcoming Sentinel expansion, which we'll be revealing the full details of during an exclusive livestream over on Twitch next week. We've seen lots of interesting theories from the community based on the teaser so wanted to take a moment to share in some of your excitement and speculations! Check out the community reactions below.

Alongside our livestream reveal for the Sentinel expansion, we'll also be introducing two new sets of Supporter Pack themes! At that time, the Scourge Supporter Packs will leave the store forever, so this is your last chance to purchase them before they are gone!

There are two pairs of Scourge Supporter Packs available in the store; the Liege Supporter Pack and the Dread Supporter Pack. Each of the two pairs is designed in its own style with different contents, so you can choose whichever you prefer; or if you can’t decide, you can get both! If you have previously purchased a smaller pack, you have the option to upgrade to a larger one. All of the microtransactions included in the Supporter Packs are exclusive and will not be available in the store again.


If you're interested in getting one of the Scourge Supporter Packs but you're not sure you'll be able to do so in time, we'd recommend setting up a payment plan which can reserve a pack for you for up to three months after the commencement of your plan. Just email us in advance at support@grindinggear.com; we'll be happy to help you!


Additionally, if you have purchased any plain points packs since October 13th 2021 (PDT), you can use this in an upgrade to one of the Scourge Supporter Packs! You can credit up to 80% of the value of your desired supporter pack towards an upgrade. You'd then receive the remainder of the contents of the pack, excluding the points you already purchased before the upgrade.

The Scourge Supporter Packs will be replaced with the new ones on consoles alongside the launch Path of Exile: Sentinel.

During the livestream reveal of our upcoming Sentinel expansion on May 5th PDT, you'll be able to earn the Rapture Wings with Twitch Drops, so don't forget to link your Path of Exile account with your Twitch account!


Just simply link your Path of Exile account to Twitch (see below) and watch the Path of Exile: Sentinel Livestream at http://twitch.tv/pathofexile, or any Path of Exile stream* for 45 minutes on Thursday May 5th. Drops will be enabled from 1pm PDT until 10pm PDT.

You will get the Rapture Wings after 45 minutes of accumulated watch time on any channel streaming Path of Exile during the event. This means that the drop is guaranteed for everyone who has watched any Path of Exile stream for this amount of time. This promotion is available for all accounts.

*If you're planning to stream Path of Exile during our livestream and want to enable Twitch Drops for your viewers, you can do it via your Twitch Creator Dashboard here.


Visit your Twitch Settings page while logged in. If your account isn't connected, click the "Connect" button for Twitch under "Other Connections". Complete the process on Twitch and you will be redirected back to your Twitch Settings page. If your account is already connected, this page should say "Your Path of Exile account is currently linked to your Twitch account."

After you've accumulated enough watch time to earn your Rapture Wings, you must redeem them from your Twitch Inventory before the promotional period ends. Then they will be available in your microtransactions list in Path of Exile.

This weekend, we're having a sale on a huge selection of Character, Portal and Footprint Effects! You can view the full selection of discounted items by pressing M in game. The sale ends at 1pm on April 26th NZT.

If you're not sure what to get, we've put together some previews of some of our favourite effects in the sale, paired together with some themed cosmetics that we think look great together!

One of our favourite Character Effects is the Golden Character Effect! It visually turns your character's armour to gold and goes great with armour sets with lots of geometry, such as the Apollyon Armour Set, Hood and Cloak!



As for Portals, you can't go wrong with the Zenith Portal Effect! Its pearlescent colour scheme goes well with a myriad of white coloured microtransactions. We've paired it together with the Zenith Armour Set as well as the Zenith Back Attachment, Weapon and Shield!



Finally, for footprints, we've chosen the Twilight Footprints Effect! These Footprint Effects leave a trail of beautiful purple and orange, so we've put it together with the Twilight Armour Set, Helmet Attachment and Cloak!

Path of Exile Livestream Announcement

In the livestream, you'll learn all about the new challenge league and other content of the expansion. It's followed by a live Q&A between ZiggyD and Chris Wilson.

Path of Exile's Expansion Launch Date

You'll be able to play the new Path of Exile: Sentinel expansion for free on May 13th (PDT) on PC and on May 18th (PDT) on console.

We can't wait to reveal what we've been working on!

We're in the process of deploying the 3.17.4 update that includes the Beta version of a new DirectX 12 renderer, some bug fixes and further improvements to controller support. The full patch notes are available here.

While the DirectX 12 in Beta, there may be issues. Please report any bugs related to the DirectX 12 renderer in the Bug Reports forum.
