The dazzling cosmetic effects from the previous Twilight Mystery Box are now available in the store! It’s also still possible to combine some of the individual Sunrise and Nightfall microtransactions into the ‘Twilight’ cosmetic effects. You can see all of the cosmetics that have been made available in the Twilight Mystery Box trailer below or you can view everything that is new to the store here.
If you would like to add a touch of extra glamour to your hideout then check out the new Twilight Stash Skin Bundle. This bundle replaces the standard look of your Stash and Guild Stash with elegant, purple and gold themed ones. You can equip your Stash Skin by checking under the ‘Twilight’ theme in the Hideout Cosmetics UI and placing the item in your hideout. Please note that both microtransactions are only available within your hideout and will not be displayed in town instances.
Our Talent Competition has only just started but we have already seen so many incredible entries that we wanted to share some with you today! We've had a few requests to provide an update on what duration to expect for the Ritual League. The short answer is that we plan to stick with our 12-13 week development cycle. The longer answer is that we're expecting to release our 3.14 expansion in early-mid April with the Ritual League ending roughly five days before its release. We'll keep you updated as the exact dates become locked in.
We're planning to announce this expansion's content via a livestream on http://www.twitch.tv/pathofexile like we did for 3.13. We had a lot of fun with that format and are really looking forward to seeing how we can improve these presentations over time. We're also looking to see if we can find some interesting surprises to show off as well.
It's worth noting that the scope of 3.14 is smaller than 3.13, which was itself larger than the average expansion. 3.14 should still include all the normal things you'd expect like a fresh challenge league, balance changes, new items and more.
As usual, we're aiming to create four expansions this year and will keep you updated throughout the year on what to expect from these. We're very excited about 2021!
We’ve been working on a patch that includes various bug fixes and improvements to the ongoing Ritual league. We are hoping to deploy the 3.13.1c update as soon as possible, ideally before the end of the working week. You can check out a preview of the patch notes below.

Ritual Improvements
The Monstrous Treasure prophecy can no longer activate in maps where Blood-filled Vessels are used.
Foul Ritual encounters will now only apply Toxic Vines if you stop moving during the Ritual encounter.
The Obtain Ritual Base Types challenge now requires you to exchange Tribute for 9 out of 27 Ritual Base Types.
Fixed a bug where Ritual Altars couldn't be interacted with if all of the monsters that spawned inside the Ritual Circle were killed outside of it.
Fixed a bug where Blight encounters sometimes couldn't be started if they were too close to a Ritual Altar.
Fixed a bug where certain monsters could remain stationary during Ritual encounters. [li]Fixed a bug where certain Conqueror-influenced monsters could be invisible during Ritual encounters.
Fixed a bug where certain Elder-influenced monsters could be immune to damage for a short period of time after being revived during a Ritual encounter.
Fixed a bug where the Estuary Map boss could become invisible after being revived during a Ritual encounter.
Fixed a bug where the Spider Lair Map boss could sometimes disappear if a Ritual encounter was completed near the boss.
General Improvements
Reduced the life on Tier 4 Harvest bosses.
A short grace period has been added between Elder Guardian phases.
Maps Influenced by The Shaper or The Elder can no longer be obtained as a reward for completing tiers 1-4 of The Maven's Challenge for an Atlas region.
The Stone Golem's Attack Range has been increased, and will now use it's Slab Slam and Rolling Stone skills more often.
The Bramble Valley Map can no longer roll the Twinned modifier.
Water Volatiles spawned in the Forking River Map boss encounter now spawn less often, deal less damage and explode with a greater delay after being touched.
The Whirlpool skill used by the Forking River Map boss now requires the player to be further away from the boss and persists for a shorter duration.
The Repeated Water Lance skill used by the Forking River Map boss now requires the player to be within a closer radius to the boss. The boss also turns at a lower speed while using this skill.
The Teleport skill used by the Forking River Map boss no longer deals damage.
Fixed a bug where the Uncharted Realms atlas passive tree wouldn't unlock correctly after defeating The Maven.
Fixed a bug where the incorrect faction's Splinters and Emblems could be obtained from a Legion encounter.
Fixed a bug where certain map bosses could sometimes fail to transition to their next phase if they were frozen.
Fixed a bug where totems were not being counted as Allies.
Fixed a bug where the chance to Dodge Spell Damage would only be calculated once for all three of the Forking River Map boss's Repeated Water Lance hits.
Fixed a bug where the Graveyard Map bosses could become invulnerable when using Explosive Arrow.
Fixed a bug where Ballista Totems and Spell Totems were incorrectly calculating their life based on the level of the supported Skill Gem, rather than the level of their Support Gem.
Fixed a bug with the Arcane Surge buff where the strongest source of the buff was not always prioritised.
Fixed a bug with the Fortify buff where the strongest source of the buff was not always prioritised.
Fixed a bug where the Hydrosphere skill could sometimes fail to deal damage if a monster lost the Drenched debuff after a new Hydrosphere was created.
Fixed a bug with the Wave of Conviction skill where repeating the skill (for example with Spell Echo or Unleash Support), could result in monsters only being hit by one of the waves.
Fixed a bug with the Slayer's Impact ascendancy passive where the "5% increased Area of Effect per Enemy killed recently, up to 50%" modifier wasn't working correctly.
Fixed a bug with Channelling skills not working as intended while being affected by an Echoing Shrine.
Fixed a visual bug where the Conqueror tracker on the Atlas could sometimes show the incorrect amount of maps required to open portals to fight the Conqueror.
Fixed a bug where anointed amulets wouldn't hide their passive skill information when viewing their Advanced Mod Descriptions.
Fixed a visual bug where the passive skill information from hovering over an anointed amulet could sometimes appear larger than intended.
Fixed a visual bug with the Doomcrow Weapon Effect's feathers being the wrong colour.
Fixed a visual bug where the Maven Map Device button could appear on the Map Device without being unlocked.
Crash Fixes
Fixed a client crash that could occur when using the Roc Sentinel Legion monster as a Spectre.
Fixed a rare client crash that could occur during the Tul, Creeping Avalanche encounter.

All submissions that match the theme are welcome!
Just post your submission to this thread to be entered into the competition. It's ideal if your content is easy to consume. A general guide for this is that your submission should take no longer than three minutes to read, listen to or view. It's permitted to post content that is longer than three minutes but in some cases it may put your submission at a disadvantage if it's significantly difficult to engage with your content.
The winning submissions will be selected based the following criteria:
How skillfully your talent has been executed
How true it remains to the theme of Path of Exile
How compelling or entertaining the submission is
Conditions
The competition will run from the time of this post until Monday the 8th of March at 5pm NZT (7th of March at 8pm PST). Submissions made after this time will not be counted. We'll post the winners sometime in the following days.
Any work that is submitted must be your own and must be created after the launch of this competition.
Multiple submissions are welcome.
If you want to create a montage or mash-up of other artists' work or videos, this is permitted as long as it follows all legal guidelines of fair use standards.

In the Echoes of the Altas expansion, we added two new discoverable hideouts for you to find as you make your way through the Atlas. The Nocturnal Hideout and Primeval Hideout can be obtained from the Moon Temple Map and Primordial Blocks Map respectively. Check them out below.

We are near the end of Week 2 in the Echoes of the Atlas expansion. Yesterday, we deployed Patch 3.13.1 which included several improvements. Before we begin the next week, we wanted to give you an update on other things we're working on.
Texture Streaming
Yesterday, we released a Development Manifesto that explains the purpose of Texture Streaming and how we're improving it. Please check it out here.
Echoes of the Atlas
Is the Maven blocking natural master missions from spawning? We have investigated this and it is working correctly. It appears to just be a streak of bad luck for some players.
Taking Harvest Altas passives in Haewark Hamlet reduces their spawn rate We've investigated this and haven't found any issues but will run a few more tests for good measure.
I captured 10 bosses and didn't get an invitation from the Maven This issue should now be fixed. If you have already captured 10 bosses and haven't yet received an invitation, you should receive a guaranteed invitation drop upon your next boss kill within that region.
Ritual
Some Rituals can't be completed because of invisible enemies We're aware of an issue that prevents influenced monsters from displaying when they're revived in a Ritual. This is fixed internally and should be deployed in one of our next patches.
General
Forking River Map boss is too hard We've made some improvements to the difficulty of this fight which will be included in a future patch.
Can you add Pure Breachstones and Winged Scarabs to the Fragment Stash Tab? We're working on something for this, hopefully as part of 3.14.0.
Can you make it more obvious which Master Mission is active on the map device? Yes, we've recently improved the way this looks. This change should be live now.
Can you increase the capacity of the Horticrafting Station? Limiting the number of crafts that can be stored is the trade-off for keeping very powerful crafts accessible. We don't have any current plans to increase the storage limit.
Bugs and Technical Issues
The 'Attack Without Moving' toggle is resetting every instance on some skills We're investigating a few reports like this but don't have any updates to provide just yet.
The Blackflame visual effect is bugged We don't have a fix for this just yet but are working on the issue.
My Sacred Grove Is Empty If you find a Sacred Grove that appears empty, it's most likely that you've spawned the Heart of the Grove fight. Travel to the centre of the grove and interact with the vines to begin the fight. We're also working on better signalling that this is the case by adding an icon to the minimap as well as potential other visual indicators to draw people toward the fight.
The Anomalous Golem gem doesn't grant its increased buff effect We are aware of this and are working on a fix.
Sometimes my Zana mission won't count as completed We have a fix on the way.
Warlord's Mark on Hit grants less rage than it should We have a fix for this internally and will deploy it as soon as we can.
Crashes We have resolved many of the common causes of crashes and continue to monitor and investigate reports as they arise. If you are still experiencing crashes, please post a report on the Tech Support part of the forum. If it appears to be related to a specific game mechanic then please post your report to the Bug Reports forum.
