Today Elsword launches into the holiday season with some massive and mech’d out events.

Eve’s friends throw her an awesome Birthday Event!



For starters, you can check out the exclusive Elsword NA in-game quests and events. KOG Games will also be exhibiting some amazing new Eve character illustrations, prizes and a premier Nasod Queen tribute video that has never been seen anywhere else in the world.

But wait! There’s more… For those end-game players who aren’t into cake, how about a Raid unlike anything you’ve ever seen before?

Drabaki, The Warden of Darkness, is Elsword’s new Raid Boss. Drabaki rends the very ground beneath him as he tears towards our heroes. This is a Raid Boss encounter that allows up to a remarkable 12 players join in to fight Drabaki together! Sounds easy right? On the contrary! You have to bring your “A” game. Though you may take Drabaki on with a party of 12 players, you only have 12 minutes to destroy this gargantuan monstrosity or lose.



Oh! Did we mention that he was huge? Drabaki’s epic coils, flaming purple poison and tree-sized bladed tail are large enough so that all twelve players are getting hit from all angles; it’s hands-down, the toughest fight in the game.

The rewards are epic. Drabaki has a small chance of dropping the very rare Jewel of Drabaki; an awesome +9 Weapon. As well, players who defeat Drabaki will receive a Title with some wicked stats, a Raid Boss Cube with Random prizes, high level crafting items and more.

Did you think that Eltrion was the worst of your nightmares in Elrios? Well you are dead wrong… From the hometown of Ara, Fahrmann’s Peak, lurks a beast banished from heaven. Drabaki!! A snake-like guardian with a wicked temper. Stack up on those resurrection stones…



Drabaki’s Origins
Drabaki is a snake who was banned from heaven and possesses the ability to return. Legends say that the snake will turn into a serpent and finally will return to heaven as a dragon with a special gem it holds in its mouth.



Fahrmann’s Peak Raid Boss
The Gate of Time opens a new door to a brand new Guardian who dares you to challenge what lies beyond it. You and 12 of your fellow Elpeeps have 12 minutes to defeat Drabaki or you will lose.

Drabaki presents newer challenges for players. Eltrion is more stationary and gives more clear indicators of where he will attack. On the other hand Drabaki’s snake like body is harder to avoid as it covers most of the map, however, with a little experience his moves become easier to track and predict.

In additional to knocking players out Drabaki dishes out some pretty powerful attacks including a giant black hole that sucks players in. Gewd luck…

Luriel’s Nightmare Event Dungeon
Ariel has recovered from her nightmare episode, but unfortunately, poor Luriel’s now the one having bad dreams! Having been the source of Luriel’s teddy-bear-turned-evil, Ariel tries to rescue her from the nightmare and needs your help. Find your way into the event dungeon to beat the wicked teddy bear named Slow.



Even looking all mad and dangerous, Slow still kinda looks like all he needs is a hug—a giant one, no less. But that’s no reason to go gentle on the monster, especially because you’ve got to defeat him to get those Nightmare Marbles, for which the NPC Ted will trade you some useful items. You can also receive Slow’s Treasure Chest as a dungeon reward!

Slow’s Vision Weapon
Spend 30 minutes in-game to receive a free and oddly cuddly weapon. When you’ve gathered enough Nightmare Marbles, you can upgrade it to have stat effects!

Come on, let’s all dress up as teddy bears! Are you ready for all this adorableness? It’s a Teddy Bear party: costume suits, accessories, pets, and last but definitely not the least, Teddy Bear mounts! These mounts will not be available thru Fossil Readers, so be sure to grab them from the Item Mall while you still can! I’m sooo looking forward to being carried by a teddy for once and not the other way around. :D






What’s more, a new costume theme will be introduced tomorrow—it’s the dark and lavish Goth Loli. Look how gorgeous, and how Eve’s face is a little different—all charming, colorful, and mysterious at the same time. And see, even if you choose this for Eve over all the teddy bear goodies, you’d still have toy bears for drones. Can’t escape them! Get the set, ‘kay?
