Elsword - CO Cuddles
Hi-ya, Elpeeps! Enjoying the Halloween preparations so far? We’re looking at a pretty important game update arriving in less than 24 hours. You can expect the way you handle items to reeeally change when it kicks in. Here are some Item Revamp highlights.
Switch from Old to New
After this update, wearable items found in cubes and drops, and crafted in equipment shops get a makeover. Those armor items limited to certain characters or job classes will instead become usable to all; meanwhile, weapon items’ class limit will be dropped. Imagine—the one set of your favorite equipment may be usable to multiple characters on your account (if bank sharing is enabled, of course). Isn’t it cool?!
Also, the affected items you already own will now be tagged old, and those items can be exchanged for their new versions through Ariel for a limited time. Of course, there’s a way to get rewarded for doing this, too. ;) Don’t forget to check the events!
Don’t be shy. Identify!
Any new wearable item you acquire will likely be unidentified. What does this mean? Well, only that its additional effects are not assigned yet, and you will need to identify it for a certain cost in ED to be able to use it. The assignment of additional effects is randomized. I find it pretty exciting, especially because there’s a way to revert back to the unidentified state and try again for better stats. Check out the events on how to earn Luriel’s Blessed Time & Space Scrolls just by hanging out in-game and completing quests.
+11 Enhancement Event
A rare opportunity to have the toughest weapon and armor yet. Ready your favorite set!
The Sprite of Halloween…
…is alive and flying! New cute pet alert! Say hi to the Halloween Pumpkin Fairies.
There’s also a potion that can make one of them appear in place of your current pet, but the creature must love you so for it to take effect. Halloween’s suddenly not so scary—it’s even taking a pretty magical turn. ;)
