[Update Jun 14] Updated the post to clarify that only Cubes that were used during the expected event period and did not benefit from the Magical Miracle Time bonus will qualify for the refund.

Attention Maplers,

During the Magical Miracle Time periods on Bera, Scania, Aurora, Elysium, Luna, and Burning worlds, some Maplers would remain logged in, not see the "It's Miracle Time!" banner appear on their screen to denote the bonuses were in effect, but begin using their Cubes anyway, believing the bonuses were active. This was in error, and to compensate players for the missing effect on their Cubes, we will be returning 50% of the Cubes that were used without the MMT effect active to players through the Gift Drop feature within the next week. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

Attention Maplers,

During the Registration phase of the Magical Miracle Time event for Reboot world, some Maplers attempted to register for their Magical Miracle Time, but due to technical errors were unable to properly save their registration. We apologize for the error, and will be running a make-up Magical Miracle Time for those players on Saturday, July 23.

Please note that this Magical Miracle Time will only be active for players that purchased tickets for Magical Miracle Time but those tickets did not result in a properly registered MMT period. Those who did not purchase a ticket at all will not be able to participate, and those whose issues were addressed as part of the July 7 maintenance and did receive a MMT period will also not be able to participate.

Attention Maplers,

Receiving Magicial Miracle Time Benefits
We received a report about an issue where players would not properly receive the Magical Miracle Time (MMT) benefits until logging in or changing channels to see the scroll announcement and the “It’s Miracle Time!” badge on top of the screen. While we investigate this issue, we ask players to please make sure you see the scroll announcement and badge prior to proceeding with your cubing activities once MMT starts for your registered date. This will ensure that you will properly receive the benefits of MMT during the event duration.



Upcoming Reboot World Maintenance on July 7
We plan to have a Reboot world maintenance on Thursday, July 7th, in order to address the issue where MMT Pre-Registration selection was not saved after logging out for some players. For players that were affected by the above issue and were unable to properly register even with the temporary workaround from our post, the maintenance will set the MMT date the player initially registered for prior to the date not saving. Players that were able to successfully re-register during the pre-registration period will keep the date displayed on their MMT cube icon. Please keep a look out for our maintenance post this week for the exact time and details.

However, the players that purchased the July 6 and July 7 MMT tickets would have had their sessions end by the time we have the maintenance. For these players, we plan to hold a make-up MMT event at a later date. Please keep an eye out for updates for more details. Thank you.

Hi Maplers,

Due to an issue of abuse with the New Journey event's Lv. 220 reward, we applied a hotfix so that the 20,000 Maple Point Gift Certificate will temporarily not be distributed until we further investigate the issue. From July 4 at 6:28 PM PT, you will still receive the Adventurer's Hope Box but without the 20,000 Maple Point Gift Certificate upon reaching Lv. 220 with your Explorer character. We plan to distribute the 20,000 Maple Point Gift Certificate to those who were unable to receive the reward at a later date. We will provide the date details once available. Hi Maplers,

We received reports about the following issues with the Magical Miracle Time (MMT) Pre-Registration on Reboot world:

• Only certain Reboot world characters that logged in after July 1 at 12:00 AM UTC have received the MMT pre-registration quest within the star event notifier.
  
  • Note: Please be aware that the quest will only be available on Lv. 101 and above characters.
  • Workaround: Please check for the pre-registration quest on all of your Reboot world characters that you have logged into recently. The character should be in a major town, as some maps may prevent the quest from appearing.
• MMT Pre-Registration selection is not saved after some players log out.
  
  • Workaround: If the MMT cube icon does not appear on the left side of the screen and display a “registered” date, please attempt to pre-register once again. We recommend that you try again, avoiding the first hour after the restock period which has high player traffic (12:05 PM - 1:05 PM UTC & 12:05 AM - 1:05 AM UTC).

Our teams are investigating the above issues. However, due to the limited timeframe for the MMT Pre-Registration, we highly encourage our Maplers to follow the instructions noted above as temporary workarounds. For players that are affected by the issue where MMT Pre-Registration selection is not saved after log-out and are unable to participate in the July 6 - July 10 MMT as a result, we plan to schedule a make up event at a later time to ensure that these players can partake in the MMT event for Reboot world. Players who successfully purchased and used a pre-registration ticket but had their registration date reset and could not register again during the pre-registration duration should submit a ticket to our Customer Support Team. We apologize for the inconvenience.

July - Destiny: Homecoming Update
Briefly introduced on our Destiny microsite and our April 20th Maple Memo, the second part of our summer update, Destiny: Homecoming, is coming soon on July 20th. It will introduce not only the boss Kalos in Karote, The Unending Tower but also the Lv. 250 Eternal Equipment Set. Our long awaited Home, a player housing system where players can decorate to their heart’s content, will also be included to put Maplers’ FashionStory to the next level. Starlight Symphony will continue with a few new events and Zero and Beast Tamer Character Creation Event will make a return.

August - Mu Lung Dojo Revamp & Legion Rank Expansion
Up, up, and away! Mu Lung Dojo will be expanded from 80 floors to 100 floors, accompanied with other improvements. A new Legion Rank will be added above the current Legendary Legion Rank. The new Legion Rank V will require 12,500 cumulative level and 5,000 Legion Coins to rank up while it provides 45 assigned members and accumulates up to 1,000 Legion Coins.

August - Spiegelmann’s Starlight Box & Maple Pop Star Dreams!
Spiegelmann is preparing a Starlight Box filled with special gifts! Once players complete the daily mission by defeating monsters near their level, players will earn valuable rewards such as Symbol Selector Coupons, Growth Potion Selector Coupons, and various cosmetic items. Ever dreamt of being a pop star? Players can defeat monsters near their level and collect quest items to trade in and decorate their very own stage! Players will get to unlock customizations for the chair and receive functional and cosmetic rewards when they reach level milestones.

Early October - Night Troupe
Night Troupe is returning, but in Rien this time! Players can enjoy various attractions and receive generous perks that include stat bonuses, EXP buffs, and more. There are plenty of events and rewards to keep everyone entertained so make sure to keep an eye out for the details once the update is near.

That’s the high-level contents and events we wanted to share about the upcoming GMS updates between July - early October 2022. We hope this roadmap sheds light on and provides information that players may be curious about and assists with advanced preparation. As mentioned, there are more contents coming than those listed so please refer to the Update Preview post and Patch Notes post for the finalized details. Though, if plans change due to unforeseen circumstances, we will post a mid-update to inform players of the changes to the proposed timeline. The next GMS Roadmap for Q4 2022 will be released tentatively near the end of September.
