Peplock Holmes needs your help cracking cases! Players Lv. 61 and up can help Peplock Holmes and his trusty sidekick Yettson by accepting the ‘[Peplock Holmes] Peplock Holmes Detective Office’ quest through the star event notifier on the left side of the screen or through NPC Peplock Holmes, who can be found in Henesys, Leafre, or Nameless Town.

Once you accept the quest, hunt down monsters near your level (20 levels above or 20 levels below). The monsters will drop Detective Office Passes—once you have collected 200 Detective Office Passes, return to NPC Peplock Holmes and you can begin solving mysteries!



There are 13 episodes altogether, each with a special mission for you to complete. New episodes will unlock every day at 12:00 AM UTC during the event period. Once episodes are available, you can complete them at any time during the event period.

Think you've got a good eye for snooping out the little details? Put it to the test in our Spot the Difference mini-game! Players Lv. 61 and up can participate by accepting the ‘[Event] Spot the Difference with Everyone!’ quest through the magnifying glass icon within the star event notifier. You can accept the invitation quest every hour at the 15 minute and 45 minute mark from the invitation that appears on top of your character.

In this game, 3 players work together to find the most differences between two near-identical pictures. There are a total of 5 stages per game, and the goal is to find the most differences and clear all 5 stages within the time limit. You'll earn points by finding the correct answers individually and by clearing the stage as a group.



You can participate in Spot the Difference up to 5 times a day per character, and there are a total of 50 different puzzles. If you participate in the event 15 times, you'll earn the Spotting Master medal!

• Spotting Master: Medal, Untradeable. Stat effects will last for 14 days. Grants STR/DEX/INT/LUK +20, ATT/Magic ATT +20, MaxHP/MaxMP + 3000, +15% Boss Damage.

NPC CONY will give you an InstaCam that can be used once every 5 minutes to take a picture! CONY wants three different kinds of pictures from Maple World: famous people, famous places, and famous monsters. Every day she’ll ask that you take three pictures from one of those categories. If you return to her with three pictures of what she asked for that day, you’ll receive the following rewards.
