Halloween is coming to Closers! We go into downtime to release the next update Monday, October 15, at 10 p.m. PDT. We expect downtime to last about two hours. Read on for the full update details!
UPDATE FEATURES
Happy Halloween, Closers! This update introduces a special, limited time Halloween stage. Explore it if you dare! Players are able to earn Small and Medium Jack-o’-Lanterns from the event stage to trade for a variety of consumables, costume accessories, and costumes!
Elite players are able to enter this stage twice per day, while those without elite are able to enter once per day.
Wolfgang gets promoted to Special Agent! This promotion adds new items to Wolfgang’s repertoire. The new Extreme (and higher) gear sets provide EX skill tunings and mods, as well as FM4 tunings on weapon cores.

Halloween Event—Craft rewards with materials gathered from the event stage, plus get rewards just for logging in!

Empowerment Gear Level System
All items now have a separate Phase Gear Level on top of their equip Level. Your Account Phase level is the average of your items’ Gear Phase Levels.
All stages now have a “Required Phase Gear Level.” You need to meet this requirement to queue for these stages.
Empowerment Gear Level Bonus
Players attain an “Empowerment Buff” if their phase gear level is higher than the required phase level of a stage.
Phase gear level buff/debuff does not apply to stages that do not display the required level at the gate.

This system strengthens skills when certain items are equipped. (This does not apply to PVP.)

This event presents a collection of login rewards, playtime items, and power-ups to support your exploration of the Great Purge Ops!
Power up for Ops! Earn 20% bonus EXP during the entire event period, 20% bonus Credits, 20% bonus item discovery, and one additional entry into restricted sectors.
Harpy Promotion Celebration

Clear a dungeon with Wolfgang and get a Wolfgang token. Collect Wolfgang tokens to craft consumables and permanent costume items, like Wolfgang’s Signature Monocle.
The release event concludes on Tuesday, October 2.

Guten Tag, German Closers!
Logging in during the event rewards you with various items, including a free German Flag Face Paint!

New & Returning Player Event
New players (accounts created after August 28) and returning players (accounts with no logins since July 17) will receive a special login rewards box.

Craft fireworks and get rewards and buffs!
Players can get fireworks items via in-game content.
Players can use fireworks items to acquire Festival points; the better the fireworks, the more Festival points! These points will be tallied per account (even across servers).
When you hit certain milestones for Festival points, you’ll receive a Black Lambs/Wolf Dogs Gift Buff, which will be applied to all your characters, across all servers.
The Black Lambs and Wolf Dogs Gift Buff can reach a maximum level of 10 depending on accumulated points, and the higher the level, the better the buffs will be.
