Fixed the issue where Juggernaut [1] casting time reduction is not working when learned Vanishing Buster above level 5.
Fixed the issue where Pure Heart [1] effect is not working when equipped by Merchant classes.
Fixed the issue where Neptune Uniform [1] refine effect is not working as intended.
Fixed the issue where Fake Alloy Pot-LT [1] auto-cast effect is not working as intended.
Fixed the issue where Paracelsus Coat [1] refine effect is not working as intended.
Fixed Anulus Ring skill effect requirement.
Fixed Astraea Ring-LT [1] level requirement description.
