Torment Skill: Mighty Vulcan Drake


Effects:
The Torment Skill: Mighty Vulcan Drake grants the following effects:

• Restores 1% of your max MP and HP every second.
  
• You learn the passive skill Cursed Howl:
  
  • Uses the powers of a Vulcan Drake to have a set chance of increasing crit power against monsters by 50%.
• You learn the active skill Corrupting Tide:
  
  • During the duration of the activated buff, you inflict an additional 320,000 damage on critical hits against monsters. Cooldown of 1 minute, the skill can be activated once every 24 hours and has a duration of 30 minutes.

You can only benefit from the skills of one mighty flying mount at any one time. Only the effects of the last mount you summon apply.


Seashell Details
There are eight different types of seashell in total. The different seashell ranks indicate how rare they are. Viridian Seashells are the lowest grade seashells, and hence also the easiest to collect. The rarest seashells are those of rank eight: Prismatic Seashells of the Stargazer.
Once you have a seashell in your inventory, simply right-click to use and attempt to transform it into an even more beautiful variety. Depending on the type, you'll receive different items from your shell.
(Unique) Viridian Seashell Either transforms into a Cerulean Seashell or crumbles into a Brittle Shell Piece when used.
Cerulean Seashell Either transforms into a Celeste Seashell or crumbles into a Brittle Shell Piece when used.
Celeste Seashell Either transforms into a Vermilion Seashell, 120x Metamorphic Emblem or crumbles into two Brittle Shell Pieces when used.
Vermilion Seashell Either transforms into a Onyx Seashell, 240x Metamorphic Emblem or crumbles into two Brittle Shell Pieces when used.
Onyx Seashell Either transforms into a Seashell of Glowing Lava, 600x Metamorphic Emblem or crumbles into three Brittle Shell Pieces when used.
Seashell of Glowing Lava Either transforms into a Glass Seashell of Brilliance, an Arcane Reliquary of the Duskhaven or 1500x Metamorphic Emblem upon use.
Glass Seashell of Brilliance Either transforms into a Prismatic Seashell of the Stargazer or an Arcane Reliquary of the Silverwaves.
Prismatic Seashell of the Stargazer Either transforms into an Arcane Reliquary of the Golden Sun or can be transmuted into an Arcane Reliquary of the Harvest Moon with the help of a Sand-Encrusted Argon Artifact.
The first five seashells can crumble into Brittle Shell Pieces upon use – however, 15 pieces can be transformed into a new seashell again by right-clicking.

The Dreadspire returns – more challenging, more unnerving and harder than ever before! The cult dungeon opens its doors with Patch 71, which hits our servers on 12th July. To make things really exciting, there are additional events and rewards for you on our servers.

First Party to Beat Floor 5

As you know, competition is good for business – who will complete the new challenge fastest? The first party on each server to successfully complete the 5th floor of the Dreadspire will receive an extra reward!

• Period: 10:00 AM on 12th July until 10:00 AM on 24th July
  
• Boss: Kelsaik’s Shade, 5th floor
  
• Reward: a new underwear set of your choice
  
• Details:
  
  • Each party member will receive a token to exchange for underwear
    
  • A maximum of one party per server will receive the reward

Favor of the Goddess

For our region of Europe, as with other difficult instances, we’re adding an additional buff for the Dreadspire. During the first days you will receive the Favor of the Goddess, and the even stronger Illuminating Favor of the Goddess later on. This will allow you to first try out the normal balancing before the difficulty of the dungeon is adjusted to our region with the stronger buff.

Favor of the Goddess

• Period: 10:00 AM on 12th July until 10:00 AM on 19th July
  
• Effect: +23 power and +23 endurance

Illuminating Favor of the Goddess I

The clock is ticking – are you ready for the ultimate race against time? From Thursday, 12th July, patch 71 challenges you with two additional instances and legendary Guardian Legion missions!
There’s also the Festival of the Sun and many more events.


This challenge really packs a punch: Fight your way through 10 floors full of brutal bosses in the new version of the Dreadspire. The time pressure is immense and the fight to survive becomes more merciless with every floor. Only the very strongest can prove themselves under these conditions!

• For 5-player groups
  
• 1 daily entry, 2 for club members

Failures and Entries

If you fail a dungeon attempt, you will have to reset the instance and start from the beginning (as a TERA Club member you have 2 daily entries).

A dungeon attempt will be deemed a failure and thus over if one of the following occurs:

• Your party has no survivors left (“wipe”)
  
• You do not manage to kill a boss within 10 minutes
  
• You fail an important boss mechanic

Ranking

Your rank is made up of the total time required and the floor you were able to complete successfully.

• So, if you defeat the first boss in 5 minutes and the second one in 8 minutes, your rank will say “Boss 2 defeated, 13 minutes in total”

The new Dreadspire rewards keen adventurers with various items – including the Helmet and Armor of Illusion, the exclusive new costume set!
On each floor you’ll also have the chance to obtain various items.
