Please secure the following before you try to migrate again:
1. Kindly make sure that all of the accounts is completely logout. 2. Please double check the Webzen account is the account you wish to migrate. 3. Kindly refrain creating new characters on your VFUN account that you will be using for migration to avoid any errors.

Time to transfer your accounts from Webzen to VFUN. There are 4 easy steps that you must follow!
Note for Multiple accounts: Make sure both your Webzen account or VFUN Account are logged out before migrating an account to prevent mixing up characters.
Warning: Please don't make / create any character on the VFUN account that you'll be using for the account Migration. (Since this account will be used as a container for your Webzen account characters).
1. Sign in on your Webzen account and your VFUN account. 2. Agree to transfer your account information. 3. Verify all the data that you are going to Migrate 4. Lastly Complete your application.
Please also be reminded that you can only Migrate 1 Webzen account to 1 VFUN account.
Exciting rewards will be sent to your inventory box when you migrate your account. So what's the delay? C'mon and migrate now because new Adventure awaits back in the Continent of the Ninth Seal.
It is never easy to make an announcement like this to a community, especially when it’s one that’s been as dedicated and helpful as you have for such a long time.
However, after numerous talks with all the teams involved with the C9 project, it is with a heavy heart that we announce C9 will no longer be serviced by Webzen and will instead be transferred to a new publishing partner, VALOFE on VFUN. A detailed date of transition will be announced later.
We are working with VALOFE to ensure there is a smooth transition between companies, with the priority being as little impact to yourselves as possible. You shall be able to transfer your characters over to new publisher during transfer period. We are aiming to start the transition on September 14th. (Schedule is subject to delay from target date).
To keep things short, we just want to thank everyone for their continued support throughout the years - it was truly you, the community, who made the game what it is today.

New updates are coming, and C9 will be migrating to VFUN! But have no worry! There’s no need to reinstall your current game client. On <Insert Target Date>, Just update the game client through patch and you’re good to go! You must also create a VFUN account, this account will be used as a container for your transferred account from Webzen, it’s as easy as that!
