• Register a main character with the Master Lantern Maker.
• You can only register one character per account.
• Once completed, you will receive the following rewards:
  • 10,000 EXP
  • 3,000 Gold
• Additionally, after registering a main character, a Crystalumen Potion is added to your inventory once every 10 minutes after 7 AM PDT, in real-time every day.
  • You can receive up to 5 each day.
  • The Crystalumen Potion is only added to the main character's inventory.
  • Time does not reset when you change channels, re-login, or rebirth, but the time in the Soul Stream does not count.
  • The Crystalumen Potion is used to crystalize Firefly Light, which is needed to complete the quest.
  • It can only be used between 8 PM and 4 AM Erinn time.
  • It can only be used in Tir Chonaill.
• All event quests and items, including the Firefly Box, will be removed when the event ends.

• The daily quest resets every day at 7 AM PDT.
• Talk to one of the Master's Students to select which student you will help on that day. You can only help one student per day.

• Find Agent Poe near the Town Office in Dunbarton.
• Register a main character with Agent Poe.
• You will receive the following reward after completing [Guide] The Summer Master Plan:

  • Summer Companion Ticket x1

• Each week, you will receive the weekly quest, [Guide] The Master Plan.
• Talk to Agent Poe and click on Select Weekly Quest to choose up to 9 weekly quests to take on for the week.
• You will receive the following reward after speaking to Agent Poe and selecting the weekly quests:
  • 50,000 EXP
• Completing each weekly quest (minus Rebirth quests) will also reward the following:
  • 90,000 EXP
  • Summer Companion Ticket x20
• Rebirth quests will reward the following:

• Incomplete quests will be removed every Thursday at 7:00 AM PDT.

• You can rent a pre-upgraded and pre-reforged (Rank 1) Celtic weapon of your preferred talent from Agent W.
• The rental is free; however, you can only rent one weapon at a time.
• Talk to Agent W to return your current rental then select a different Celtic weapon to rent.
• The weapon that you rent will have reduced durability.
• Rental weapons can only be used during the event period.
• You can also rent a Level 200 Scooter Imp (90 days).
• You can only rent one Scooter Imp per account.
• The rental pet does not have an inventory and it can be summoned for 90 days.
• The pet whistle will be removed at the end of the event if it has not been used.

• Click on the Trading Post Emblem button that appears on screen to view all of the quest objectives.

• You can use Commerce Champion Points to redeem Commerce effects that will help you during commerce.

• Commerce has been expanded into the Iria region!
• Characters who have completed the third Memoir of Blaanid's Brave Boost will receive the quest, [Guide] Iria, the Land of Opportunity.
• 8 Trading Post have been added to the continent of Iria.
  • 4 General Trading Posts: Qilla, Filia, Cor and Vales Trading Posts
    • These Trading Posts function the same as the existing Uladh Trading Posts.
    • Purchase goods using Seasonal Ducats and sell them to other trading posts.
  • 4 Barter Trading Posts: Karu Forest, Oasis, Calida, and Pera Trading Posts
    
    • These Trading Posts function similarly to the existing Scathach Beach Trading Post. You can exchange materials for trade goods and sell them to other Trading Posts.
    • In order to use the Barter Trading Post, you must reach a Seasonal Commerce Rank of Silver 5.
    • Items required for exchange can be obtained via crafting using life skills, such as Potions, Firewood, Leather, and more.
    • You cannot purchase trade items using Seasonal Ducats at the Barter Trading Posts.
    • The exchange count for exchanging materials for trade goods differs by each trade good at each Barter Trading Post.
      • The number of exchanges available resets weekly on Saturday at 7 AM PT.
      • The characters within the account share trade counts.
• In the newly added Trading Posts, you can trade with members of the Iria Trade Association, similar to the Merchant Imps on Uladh.
• New daily quests related to Commerce in Iria have been added.
  • You can receive daily quests from the Iria Commerce Association NPCs at the Iria Trading Posts.
• New BGM has been added when engaging in Commerce in Iria.
• Additional Commerce transportation methods are now available, including three types of rental transport mounts:
  • Dog Sled
  • Camel
  • Trader's Skiff
• These mounts can be rented after unlocking the permanent Commerce transportation methods: Backpack, Wagon, and Elephant.
  
  • These mounts can only be rented using Seasonal Ducats.
  • The rental period lasts the duration of the current Commerce trade season, and the mounts must be rented again during the next trade season.
  • After renting both a Dog Sled and Camel, you will be able to rent a Trader's Skiff.
  • Each mount has a different weight capacity and number of slots available for transporting goods.
  • Camels can move quickly in the desert of Connous, and move slower than usual in the snowy areas of Physis.
  • Dog Sleds can move quickly in Physis.
• Two new ports, Port Connous and Port Sella, have been added. The existing ports, Port Ceann and Port Cobh, have been upgraded.
• Ships in Port Cobh, Port Qilla, and Port Ceann have been replaced with gigantic ships.
• Port Sella has been added to Sella Beach in Iria.
• Port Connous has been added to Connous Beach in Iria.
• A new port route has been added to Port Ceann on Uladh that leads to Port Sella and Port Connous in Iria.
• A new port route has been added to Port Cobh on Uladh that leads to Port Qilla.
• Four new NPCs are available to help you sail and trade with Iria:

• The existing navigator for Port Cobh, Karis, is now vacationing in Port Connous.
• A Smuggler NPC has been added to each new port to help smuggle Milletians; Iven at Port Sella and Eirwana in Port Connous.
  • If you bring the Stowaway Ticket item to the Smuggler during the evening and nighttime, you can immediately move to Port Ceann through the Smuggler.
  • Smuggling will decrease your Merchant Rating 20,000 each for all trading posts in Uladh and Iria.
  • Stowaway Tickets can be obtained by Bandits that appear during Commerce and Bandit Hunting.
• Improvements have been made so that the remaining time until departure and time remaining until arrival during a voyage between ports are displayed.
• A unique BGM will now play while sailing.

• A new Seasonal Commerce system has been introduced.
  • Seasonal Ducats are a new type of currency used for trading during the season.
  • Earn rewards as you raise your Seasonal Commerce Rank.
  • Place on the Ranking Board to become a Commerce Champion and receive rewards at the end of the season.
• The market price cost range and Ducat yield of trade goods for each Uladh Trading Post have been improved.
• The weight and max quantity per slot of some Uladh trade goods have been changed.
• You can now check the current Market Price for the trade goods you have when you click on the INFO button at the top right corner after starting Commerce.

• The Outlaw Pursuit Wanted Board bounty tracking system has been revamped.
  • All Outlaws are shown on the Wanted Board regardless of their criminal records.
  • The reward for bounties registered on the board will increase in value periodically.
  • As before, the reward will increase if a Milletian's goods have been stolen.
  • If you succeed in catching the Outlaw, the bounty will be re-registered on the bulletin board after 30 minutes.
  • You cannot use the Wanted Board when playing as a pet.
• An urgent wanted alert system has been added for Wanted Outlaws.
  • If you catch an Outlaw with a wanted bounty, you can get a bonus amount of Seasonal Ducats.
  • Any Outlaw with an urgent wanted bounty will be marked on the board.
  • If an Outlaw with an increased bounty is not defeated and another event occurs on the same Outlaw, the bounty is increased, up to a maximum of 1,000,000 Seasonal Ducats.

• Seven new Outlaws have been added.
  • You can obtain a journal achievement once for defeating each Outlaw.
• The way Bandits are encountered during Commerce has been changed.
  • It has been changed to spawn within a random range around the character when moving into a Dangerous Area, rather than appearing at specified coordinates.
  • The Bandits can still be avoided if you proceed with caution.
• A new Iria Bandit group has been added. They consist of Humans, Elves, and Giants.
  • These Bandits only appear in Iria.
• A function to limit the number of weekly exchanges has been added to Barter Trading Posts.
  • Scathach Beach Trading Post's trading feature now has a limit of 200 times per material.
  • The number of exchanges available resets on Saturday at 7 AM PT weekly.
  • Characters on the same account share trade counts.
  • In order to use the Barter Trading Post, you must reach a Seasonal Commerce Rank of Silver 5.
• The Trade Assistant Imp's conversation UI no longer shows during trade (some support puppet's dialogue function still appears).
• PVP is no longer possible during Commerce.
• The stock of each trade item is displayed in the Trading Post.
• If you stop engaging in Commerce, the stock of the Trading Post you purchased goods from will be restored.
• A new bridge across the Suytu River, near the town of Cor in Iria, has been added.
• Yvona sells the following items for Ducats, which can now also be purchased with Seasonal Ducats. Note that her shop's stock changes every Erinn day:
